I just had my first visit which was for teeth cleaning. The staff were quite friendly. The office is modern, spacious, and clean. The hygienist Kirsten was patient, very careful, and quite personable. She took extra time to understand my history and explain everything in the detail I requested. Dr. Wolfe impressed me with his frankness, and focus on me as a patient. His explanation of the proposed treatment was direct, logical, and backed by factual information. He demonstrated to me concern for what was best for my dental health and not what could generate the most revenue for his business. I experienced the latter at another dental office which is why I switched to Wolfe Dental Spa.

Dr. Charles G. Wolfe, D.D.S. is a renowned Author. He is a local Dentist who is straight forward, yet has a fantastic personality. The Guy is always upbeat and Positive.Who likes going to the Dentist? NO ONE!! Why? Because everyone knows to expect PAIN....... Even with this expectation, Dr. Wolfe puts one at ease. He details all probabilities of each procedure. This allows One to be more comfortable.The staff is professionally, friendly and comforting. Upon entering the door, expect your temperature to be taken. Full COVID Protocols are adhered to.The office is fairly new and clean. The rooms are set up different from normal, yet efficient. The chairs have a massage feature to keep One comfortable and occupied while waiting. Personally, I prefer a TV.Before making an appointment, make sure your Dental Insurance provides adequate coverage. As we all know, Dental Procedures can be VERY EXPENSIVE!!PLEASE LIKE, RATE & FOLLOW ME.....

I waited to write this review until I received my permanent crown today because I did not trust this practice to behave professionally if I was honest about my experience.At my first appointment with Dr. Wolfe I was told that I needed to have a crown replaced and several fillings done. I completed the fillings first and then scheduled the procedure for the crown replacement. During the initial conversations and appointments I let them know that I suffer from severe anxiety and have a prescription to address this which I take prior to any appointments that require numbing or drilling.I completed the fillings with little issue but when I returned for the crown appointment (the cost of which had been pre-authorized by my insurance) I had taken my anxiety medication, undergone the numbing procedure, and the dentist (not Dr Wolfe, but a woman who I had never met before that day or been told would be completing the procedure) had begun to remove the crown- the process was stopped and I was told that in fact my insurance would not cover the procedure and I would have to pay approximately $1100 more than what was agreed. After letting them know that I could not afford this and asking what my options were, I was told that there were no other options and I had to complete the procedure that day. I was then made to sign a loan application through Lending Club (which did impact my credit through the opening of a new account- though I was explicitly told it would not) and have the loan approved before they would continue the procedure which had already been started.I felt and feel that this entire situation was unfair and unethical. When I have relayed this experience to another dental professional, I was told that no part of this should ever have happened and I would have been better off getting out of the chair and seeking out another dentist even with the crown already impacted. I wish that I had.After this experience, one of the fillings that had been done by Dr. Wolfe cracked in half after 6 weeks. I was blamed for this saying that these fillings dont break under normal conditions- but they did.Today, I requested my record at the start of my appointment as I do not plan to return- because of this I was asked what had happened and Dr. Wolfe offered to honor the original stated cost of the crown. This indicates to me that this was possible all along but not offered. Additionally, Dr. Wolfe stated that he was not happy about making the offer but felt obligated. I stated that he was welcome to make that restitution if he felt that it was the right thing to do but that regardless I would not be returning as a patient. He did not follow through on this means of making it right.I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values ethics, safety, or quality.

They have a pleasant staff and I didnt feel like they pushed unnecessary work on me. They gave me options and explained what needed to be done. I had my first crowns done and they made sure I didnt fear the procedure. I have referred my friends and family here!

I had a very nice person Marianne that cleaned and examined my mouth and also doctor wolf was very nice and explained everything that should be done in my mouth I would recommend any family or friend to go there and experience the same thing I did I also recommend Mary Ann to anyone of my friends or family members I am very satisfied and happy that I went I havent been to a dentist in over 5 years.

The place is well cleaned. The staff are nice and you often finsh quite faster then usual. This is a great place to go.

Well Monday January 4, 2021 was my first visit and all staff members were very friendly. They answered all my questions as expected. So far so good. I will update as I go. Well everything went as planned. I had gotten everything taken care of that needed to be done. Looks great and was at a fair price. Woud recommend Wolfe Dental Spa.

To be upfront I have never been a fan of the dentist and I dont have a set of perfect teeth. Unfortunately it is a necessary evil.... or so I thought. Having been recommended to Wolfe Dental Spa by a friend who stated that they were extremely supportive of veterans, I decided to give them a shot.Walking in the door I expected to see a few veteran support items around, but I was shocked to see that they had more than a VA clinic. Photos will be taken and added this week.The staff made the paperwork, and the pricing process for different services an utterly painless experience. I would normally be a little skeptical about being treated this way, but I sat down and observed interactions with other clients. Everyone was treated with the utmost respect, and they went above and beyond to help reduce certain costs for those in genuine need. These kind folks were something I hadnt seen out of doctors office in years. At this point, I was already sold on this office.I was escorted by one of their dental hygienist to yet another shock; an immaculate room for my services! State of the art equipment, a chair that massages you, great views, I can go on and on. It may not seem to be such an experience but I urge you to prove me wrong after experiencing it yourself.A few moments after being walked into the room, I met with Dr. Wolfe. Dr. Wolfe has numerous awards for excellence in dentistry and is extremely knowledgeable. In total, we spent about 10 to 15 minutes talking about my dental work needs for my family and I. He briefly explained the different options the dental spa has in pricing, payment plans and discounts. Dr. Wolfe also informed me of something that I have never heard from any other dentist, I still had a baby tooth!Last but certainly not least, the service. I knew that the work I needed was normally painful without an anesthetic, so I was prepared to experience some moderate pain. My dental hygienist performed the work flawlessly and completely, I say again completely, painless with no numbing agents! I actually had to double-check to make sure that no anesthetics used. The hygienist walked me through every step of the way, explaining every single item that she was using, and was consistently checking to make sure how I was feeling. Superb, outstanding amazing, whichever adjectives youd like to use this was my hygienist.As I stated earlier visiting the dentist is very necessary, but it certainly does not have to be evil, anymore! I highly recommend this spa to anyone seeking dental work. I could write more but Im about to hit my limit on words.

It was my first time there and I was surprised at how friendly the staff were. They made me feel comfortable instead of terrified. Dr. Wolfe explained to me what needed to be done and showed me the xrays. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

I first came to see Dr. Wolfe and his team for a second opinion and options in Jan. 2019 for dental work. I decided to go with dental implants as he recommended, it was a long process, he is extremely knowledgeable and the details that matter to you about your teeth matter to him as well. The team is very kind, gentle, knowledgeable and I appreciate every single one that has helped and cared for me during my visits. They go up and beyond with calling/ emailing insurance to make sure I was receiving coverage, scheduling visits, and most importantly they communicate very well with me. It is Aug 2019 and I finally have my forever smile and I am extremely happy with it.

Great dentist very sensitive to peoples needs

I wasn’t to a dentist in a very long time, mostly due to claustrophobia and past bad experiences. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The staff was awesome, professional and comforting. Dr Wolfe was great, explaining as he went . A great experience. Scheduled my next appointment without hesitation.

Dr. Wolfe is the most intelligent man in the world to hire Anna! They make an awesome team. I, unfortunately, have a lot of dental issues. I call, they get me in, Dr. Wolfe, Anna and the other staff work to get me taken care of and out the door so I can resume life. I am grateful to know them and will be recommending them to everyone I know so long as they are in business.

The staff was incredibly nice! Dr. Wolfe explains everything very well. I will always go back!I’ve been a patient for 2-3 years and every time myself or my wife go it’s been a comfortable, easygoing, and honestly fun experience! Well I had another appt. For 1:20pm, I arrived at 1:05pm to a sign that said they were in a staff meeting and would return at 1:20. Well I waited till 1:35 at which time I left a note that I would need to reschedule, on the receptionist desk because no one was still in the office. Staff meetings should not be held when there is appts. Scheduled. Our time is just as important.

My family has finally found a great local family dentist since relocating here 12 years ago. We drove back to NJ for years to see our old dentist. It took a while to find a new home for my family ages 2-80. Dr. Wolfe and his team welcomed us with open arms. They are knowledgable, kind, professional and very skilled. Now we can go right down the street for the same quality care we are used to.Dr. Wolfe is an expert. He goes out of his way for his patients. His whole staff does. We have had the best experiences! I had a cavity filled there, and it was a walk in the park. My tweenager had 2 teeth pulled, it was no big deal. My toddler asks to come visit whenever we drive by.If you are looking for a new dentist, or are dissatisfied with the one you have, go see Dr. Wolfe. Take the plunge on finding a new dental home at Wolfe Dental Spa. You wont regret it!

This is by far the best dental practice in the area. Such a beautiful practice. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The Doctor and assistant/helper lady really took the time to address my issues and make sure I was informed. I dont have any dental insurance and when I was done with my appointment the Office Manager sat down with me to explore all my options as far as paying for my treatment. I am so impressed with the high level of care I received and did I mention the office was BEAUTIFUL!!!! The only issue I had with this office is being on hold for a while when scheduling appointment and the girl I spoke to kept putting me on hold but i guess she was new to the office. but i must say it was worth the wait.

I give this dentist a 3 thumbs up. I am a newer patient of the office and by all means I am really impressed with the level of care I receive every time i am there. I had some teeth pulled and I was really nervous but everyone there made me feel really comfortable about what was going on. The staff is so amazing at every visit expecially Alicia and Anny. I wouldn’t tell my friends to go anywhere but this office.

I came to Dr. Wolfs office and I was greeted by a nice receptionist. As soon as I walked in I noticed that the place had a relaxing design and felt more like a spa rather than a dentists office.My dental hygienist was so friendly and spoke very calmly. she was great! The room had a large window so you can look outside at nature. The chair had a heat and massage features ( did I mention it was like spa?!)Later when it was time for me to get my filings done, Dr. Wolf and his staff did a wonderful job helping me overcome my apprehension. They explained everything step by step and let me ask as many questions as I needed.So, if you had a bad experience with a dentist in the past, go to Dr. Wolf. They will do it right!I am glad he is my dentist!

Always a positive and friendly atmosphere at Dr Wolfes office!I had not been to the new office until today and what a pleasant surprise it was! The waiting room was sun-filled and welcoming--comfortable seating...and not a long wait at all. Jackie was as thorough as always, and informative~~ letting me know of some minor improvements to my dental care that will help in the long term. No cavities ---so far, so good! At 53, Im very happy with that!Overall Im glad I made a point to get in for a cleaning and check-up.Thanks again to everyone in the office for treating me so well!P.S....the massage chair while getting my teeth clean was a plus!!Toni Hummel

Weve been patients of Dr. Wolfe for some two years now, having been referred by our daughter when we relocated to Forks Twp. Dr. Wolfe and his entire staff are true professionals. We have had some fairly extensive work done there which has been accomplished to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

It takes a lot for going to the dentist to be an enjoyable experience, but Wolfe Dental manages it. I went in to have what I thought was a check up done, and then they started to numb me and I had no clue what was happening. Seconds later they had a drill in my mouth and I was scared. They did not let me know previously that I would be having a crown in. I even let them know that I did NOT want anymore work done because my mouth had already been through a lot.

Great office, perfect location. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Wolfe did a very good job explaining my care options.

Great except. Wonderful atmosphere. Good care. Efficient sign out and scheduling.

Experience was good during first visits, however since their move to a larger location interactions have been terse bordering on rude. Poor communication on what was happening with my last treatment led to me walking into what was previously explained as a consultation appointment to a receptionist handing me a bill for hundreds of dollars for a procedure that was never confirmed as necessary. That experience was enough for me to decide to change dentists. When I called to cancel my last standing appointments and told them I was changing dentists, the receptionist simply responded by saying “ok, bye” and hanging up. No question as to why, they just hung up.Any family member who I had previously recommended to Wolfe have all stated they disliked the practice and did not return after their initial appointment. Looks like I finally made the right decision. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.
