Left a message on a Friday when they were closed needing a cracked tooth fixed (as a mew patient!) and received a call Monday morning that a cancellation occurred and they got me in that day! Even called back once my insurance ran to let me know cost BEFORE the appointment. Service itself was quick, courteous and gently informative about my tooth issue. Really great experience as a first-time patient.

I am highly unlikely to ever use your services. Let me tell you why.In a search for professional services you consider many attributes, often unconsciously. In my case there were two that settled my mind.1. For the past three weeks, I have heard your voice every day on the most annoying web-page video ad I have ever witnessed. It was so annoying I had to install an Ad Blocker, just for you! You invaded my privacy and there’s no way you will have access to my teeth. Period.2. In order to let you know how much you annoyed me, I found your web site. It is one of the worst designed, most appallingly colored (background and fonts) that I have ever seen. As a Web Designer I was embarrassed to look at it. I tell my clients that a web site is a shop window to quality of services and customer service. In your case, it’s a Fail. How can I trust you with color, accuracy and care?No way! People, there are many other dentists in Easton … keep walking, nothing to see here.
