This place is awesome. The staff are amazing. They treat you with upmost respect. They explain everything that they are going to do. They also try hard to fit you in for emergency. I am so glad I found this place. I am very well taking care of and please with their work. I highly recommend this place.

I have fairly severe dental anxiety, and everyone here made me so at ease. The facility was very nice and clean and everyone was incredibly welcoming. My hygienist was the sweetest and I felt like I was visiting with a friend. What I appreciated the most is how she walked me through everything she was doing, there was no surprises and that is something that has always stressed me out in the past. The dentist was incredibly kind and I dont think I have ever been asked if I had any questions at an appointment before, I was surprised, didnt even know that was an option! I think I have found my dental home

Went to this dentist a week ago, gave all my information including my insurance card. Fast forward to today 8/13/21 I left my insurance card thats on file at home, so instead of the receptionist looking in my folder to retrieve the information requested I go home to get it, mind you its 11:55 my appointment is 12:00 pm. So I go home to get the insurance card, and she takes it like she is coping it gives it back15 minutes later a dental assistant came and asked for my card which I stated she mad a copy referring to the receptionist, and then another lady came out to inquire about the card so I kindly got up and stated that you just lost 2 first time patients in your office at which time I walked out. My suggestion to bright smiles of Easton is to get a new receptionist because in my 54 years of going to the dentist I never experienced such contempt for patients.

Easton Bright Smiles is a great place to go . They are kind , quick , and their work is amazing. If you have anxiety at the dentist like I do , they make sure you are comfortable as well . I definitely recommend them to anybody !

Honestly, Ive never had teeth work done in my thirty-plus years. So when I arrived at my first dentist appointment here I was nervous when they told me I would need a few things done including fillings. The last time I had arrived for an appointment with a different dentists office to have my wisdom teeth pulled I was treated poorly, and I struggle with anxiety. It made me want to never go to the dentist, but the way they treat people at this dentists office is amazing.I arrived today to have three teeth filled, and I was having a hard time settling my nerves. The woman who was helping the dentist I was assigned was so kind and helpful. She took the time to listen and understand my feelings about how scared I was to get a needle for my teeth cleaning. She spoke with the dentist and he came into the room. I wanted to leave so many times, but he was honestly the greatest dentist ever and made me feel calm. I went from having my anxiety at an all-time to feeling safe. He wasnt just a dentist, but a gentleman who cared for people and about his profession. The world needs more people like him that make patients feel safe and heard.From the reception staff greeting you to everyone who helps make this office the very best, thank you. You all play a major role in the kind of office that provides great care for their patients. We matter to you and you matter to us.

I was lucky to find Easton Bright Smiles. I am in my late 60s, on Medicare, fixed income, with multiple dental problems. I was putting off doing anything as I had been told by another dentist that I needed several root canals. I had given up on saving my teeth and was looking into dentures. I was visiting a friend in the Easton area and he mentioned Dr. G., so I arranged a a consultation.3 months later my teeth are beautifully restored and I didnt need any root canals. Dr. G. is a highly skilled professional; pleasant, confident, and a good listener. She is the best dentist I have ever seen. Her assistant, Che is excellent too, highly attentive to detail. Every appointment was on time. The receptionist was polite and respectful of everyone who came into the office, regardless of age, race, cultural heritage.Fortunately Easton Bright Smiles takes my insurance, unlike most of the providers in my home town of Philadelphia. I feel fortunate to have discovered Easton Bright Smiles and will continue to make the drive whenever necessary, and bring my family members with me.

Today my daughter had an appt. we arrived 10 mins. early. She went inside to check in and was told to sit down. An hour later while I sat in my car waiting she came out and said I would have to come back in 2 days. I went inside and lost my temper and the recipient it’s said they could squeeze her in.People’s time matters and this needs to looked into .

I like the newer Dentist, HIS name is Dr. C....very nice and efficient, no pain at all on my first root canal. Accepts medicaid too, just book early bc just like everywhere else right now, theres a Wait!!!

This place should not even be allowed to be open. They forgot cotton inside of my boyfriend’s tooth and it has been decaying for months. He was in no pain and went for a routine visit, now he’s been in intense pain since going here. The dentist said he needed two full root canals and attempted to drill previous partial root canals out. Then, on his second visit, the dentist said he didn’t need a root canal on the one tooth and that it must have been a mistake. I’m assuming that the one they tried to drill out the first time was mistake as well. The dentist drilled into a tooth that didn’t need to be and left cotton in it. We just found it today and he pulled out dark brown cotton and his entire tooth is decayed. The dentist was arrogant, condescending, and downright rude. I am furious that this man destroyed his tooth like this. Do not go here for anything. This is clear malpractice.

Ive went to the dentist for over a period of two years and Ive had multiple issues there. I went there to get three root canals which they all put crowns on and two out of the three have come off multiple times. I am now at a new dentist and the dentist says that I need to get all three of my crowns replaced because whoever did them there did not do a well job and Im at risk at loosing my teeth permanently because of it. I just went to go floss and one of my root canal crowns did come off for the second time. Will never be returning staff was rude in the front and dental work was garbage.

Worst place in the world. Was supposed to have my dentures in on March 1st, and here we are on March 5th, still no denturesI have an appointment March 15th for a deep cleaning. I dont want a deep cleaning. I WANT MY DENTURES!!!

It was my first visit there and I must say they have wonderful staff on all levels, very friendly, fast timely manner and very thorough with very reasonable cost. Definitely going back for all my dental needs. Cant wait to show off my bright smile!

Dr. Kaur was very nice to me. I could tell she works really hard to make sure her patients get the best treatment. She is a great dentist. She made my cavity filling procedure feel painless, overall it was pleasant because she helped calm my anxiety.

This is an awesome place where they make you feel comfortable and the the staff is great from the front desk all the way back. If your looking for a new dentist office this place is the place you’ll get treated very well! I can’t say enough good stuff about them and my whole family goes here.

In my history with Easton Bright Smiles i have enjoy going there the entire staff is friendly and is always making me laugh. From front door with receptionist to The dentist. I gave them a star because it was the only option,have been going to this dentist for quite sometime now, everytime I go there it gets worst,first the receptionist(the one with the bad face)have a nasty attitude,she doesnt know how to talk to people,and am in search of a new dentist for me and my family I work too hard, for a receptionist to treat me like a begger,when I go there, also my cleaning wasnt done right it was done so fast. I have been suffering with dental issues since chemotherapy destroyed my teeth. Ive been to many dentist since this started. Here they always make time for me. I was referred to an oral surgeon and the appointment is months awaystill. So the doctor has decided to try to help me herself she doesnt want me waiting and in pain any longer. Tomorrow I go and have some long awaited work done. I am anxious but thankful.My hope was short lived, the owner got involved and extended my suffering with her incompetence wasted my time and now Im back to waiting.

Staff are nice. But I got treated by two dentist at this place. Their attitude towards the patient were very casual, disrespectful and unprofessional. They should behave themselves. I didnt have to listen to her chattering with staff member about HER husbands pizza story while she was trying to take care of my tooth. Also she watered every inch of my neck. The dentist at Bright Smiles is incredibly kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She did not make me feel bad or uncomfortable in any way. Bad experience . Dr was Indian couldnt understand what they were saying. They dug into my gums hard . Water went all over my face and my eye. The ex rays were like 12 times and I choked it was a bad experience im never going back.

This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to in my life. They will look at one tooth and schedule an appointment a month later to look at another. Do not trust these people in your mouth, with tools if they can not walk and chew gum at the same time.Additional comments: I left my last review while sitting in your office. To start, there was a problem with my visit, a repair to chipped tooth did not hold up more than a week, thats the reason why I found another dentist for my self.Secondly, while my 16 y/o son was being seen his father stepped out the office for a few, and your office cancelled the appointment and I was not notified about to the new appointment. I did not miss an appointment for personal reasons. I showed you that while in your office.Lastly, while sitting in your office you complained about being backed up and could not perform the procedure for my son. Which is not my problem. If you was not sticking your phone in my face about the review I left then maybe you could of be working on your patients. Moving forward, I will not have to deal with your incompetent staff, and you never have to see me. Have a great day!

They called us back fairly fast and everyone was very kind. However, when I called to follow up on a deep cleaning cost I keep getting unclear answers and no-one ever called me back when they said they would. Also if you have Amerihealth even though they state that a cleaning is fully covered once a year there was a copay involved because they used something that was not usually covered. I only know this because I was sent a statement from the insurance but they never informed me on a copay. If I would have let it go I could have ended up with the bills sent to a collections agency .

I just had the most amazing experience at Easton Bright Smiles today! This was my first time seeing Dr. G. She radiates positivity and made me feel right at home and relaxed. This is her new office and practice on her own, but she has been working as a dentist for 8 years. Very competent in her craft. I was in for a regular check up and cleaning. Then she noticed a cavity and filled it right away no novocaine and no pain. I was in and out. The rest of the staff was also warm and welcoming. Clean facilities. Parking lot. Definitely will be back!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I had the worst cleaning of my life today. The hygienist was terribly rough and kept scratching my gums. Not scraping under them, missing the tooth and scratching them with the tool! I’ve never bled so much at a cleaning before! I’ve never been in so much pain afterwards! They’ve changed their hygienist, this is not the same one from 6 months ago. Will never be going back.

This place is horrible... The hygienist was brutal and the dentist was even worse... I had to get 2 teeth pulled...I told the dentist about my fear of needles and she said “most people are but not to worry it would be over in a split second” She proceeded to numb me and then left the room and didn’t came back until 15 minutes later...by that time it had worn off and she had to go it all over again... Worst dental experience of my life...

This place is amazing!!! For many years my husband and I didnt have insurance. My teeth were in need of repair. I was so happy with the beautiful way theyve restored my smile. The best part is it was pain free. Dr. Gadekarla is brilliant, gentle, kind, and always acts in the best interest of her patients. Dr. Devin is very smart and awesome as well. He performed an extraction on me and I didnt even feel it. The office staff Becky and Zena are knowledgeable, extremely caring and courteous. The office is modern and beautifully decorated. I tell the hygienists and technicians, all of which are extremely pleasant and great at their jobs, that this looks and feels more like a day spa instead of a dentists office. My husband is very satisfied with the practice as well. I personally recommend this place to all of my friends and family. Everyone that has gone has had a wonderful outcome as well. I get a lot of good feedback. This isnt only a dentists office, the people here are professionals, artists, and wonderful human beings. They didnt only fix my teeth, they changed my life for the best. Ive been there many times and I can honestly say its always been a very positive experience. Thank you all SO much.

Bright smiles is more then just a Dentist to me its a place where I feel comfortable and anyone who knows me knows I dont like to get my teeth worked on...but the employees there are so friendly an welcomes you cant help but to feel comfortable they get you in appointment wise as soon as possible also in an out when getting work done, make sure after the work is done they ask is everything to your standards and go on to say if you get home an feel something is not right give me a call! Very clean , friendly people... But i feel like they dont clean your teeth properly, They just go over them quickly. Even with xrays, they didnt xray all teeth. I also expressed concerns to the about my one tooth which the doctor over looked... And now Im having even more issues with it.

I’ve been going here for a few years and I love them always friendly I also bring my 3 kids here and they help make them feel comfortable not all kids like the dentist and Easton Bright Smiles makes them feel great!!

My son went there because unfortunately with his job (no insurance provided) he had medical assistance. He had a very small chip in his tooth which they filled pretty quickly. While we were there (over 2 trips)MULTIPLE people came out on some kind of insurance that the services recommended werent covered. After less than a week the filing came out. He went back in and they filled it a second time. My son said he could feel the filling banging but they said it was ok. If it happened again theyd have to look into a veneer which of course wasnt covered. He went in for a cleaning and routine ex rays yesterday. They did the ex rays but didnt do the cleaning because they wanted him to pay approximately $400 for a deep cleaning which of course isnt covered. He had previously had his teeth cleaned a little over a year ago. Then to make matters worse his filling fell out an hour after he came home. This one only lasted a couple of days. So Im giving everyone a warning BEWARE. If you go be prepared to have services recommended that arent covered.

We love Easton Bright Smiles. Appointments are always on time, never wait too long. Waiting room in cool, lots of TVs and magazines. Everyone is always very nice and extremely helpful when we have questions and very flexible with appointments, taking school schedules into consideration. Dr. Anitha Gadekarla is great, taking care of the kids and keeping the parents well informed along the way.

Nice friendly staff very professional clean waiting area . The only problem here is not enough parking.

I was at this dental office with my two children. My 14 yo son and my 8 yo daughter. They were good and not fussy at all giving me after school appointments. Both my kids do not like to go a dentist as like other kids. But.. they had a very different experience at this office. The front desk lady was very warm and welcoming. The office was well decorated, fresh and clean. The new patient registration process was very organized and quick. Dr Gadekarla was pleasant and very sweet to the kids. She explained every single step to my children with great patience. My daughter was very impressed as it was first time ever that a dentist showed how each instrument felt, on her hand before she tried it on her teeth. We had the last appointment for the day around 5 pm. In spite of that Dr Gadekarla took all the time to make my kids comfortable and did a great job with them. She also did extra work on their teeth without any hesitation about insurance coverage. I am glad that my children had a great experience and are no more worried about a dental check up. Dr Gadekarla is a pleasure to work with.

Worst dentist experience ever. I had a filling done by one dentist same-day pieces of the filling fell out then I had a tooth removed from a different dentist the worst removal of a tooth ever after numbing it she didnt touch the areas to check to see if I was completely numb she immediately started yanking at my tooth causing tremendous pain I will never go there again if it was the last option on Earth

I almost always write positive reviews for businesses, but sadly today my review is based on my negative experience I had today at Easton Bright Smiles. I arrived 15 minutes early for our 3 appoints (myself and 2 daughters) to allow time to fill out paperwork. A long 40 minutes later, I was asked to come to the back to discuss my insurance not working. Of course I knew I was covered, as I set these appointments up through my dental insurance company. Needless to say, they werent having any luck with getting through to the insurance company, which isnt their fault, but should be done long before the time of the appointment.From there is only got worse.To make it simple:* Hygienist never introduced themselves to any of us patients, and just began doing their jobs.... which can be scary for 3 and 5 year old kids, and simply rude for us adults.* It took 10 minutes to get x-ray wing bites of my 5 year old, who has had these done multiple times at other dentist.* Knowing I had 3 scheduled appointments at the same time (even though that didnt happen), I brought my mom with me to assist with the girls while I was getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienist asked my mom to sit in the waiting room because she was in the way. That did not happen, as she remained with my girls.* I had to ask the hygienist to floss my 3 year olds teeth, when she told me she was finished with her 3 minute cleaning.... seriously?!?!* Over an hour past my scheduled appointment time, and they hadnt even started my cleaning. I told them to cancel my appointment and that I would find a different dentist.* As I began to check out, and explain that they could cancel my appointment, the office staff were trying to explain that it wasnt there fault about the insurance. Again, the issue is it should be determined days before the appointment, which provides time to get a resolution and not waste the patients time.Only positive experience was the dentist herself. Dr. Anitha Gadekarla is the only person to have introduced herself and to explain what she was doing, which was to examine the teeth and apply fluoride.Sadly, I wont be seeing Dr. Gadekarla again, but I hope she takes the time to fix the problems listed above, through training of her staff, to provide her future patients a better experience.

The fillings they give are horrible they fall out and hurt a lot and when they give you needles to numb your mouth for some reason they always leave the room and come back when your not even numb anymore so they have to give you more needles in your mouth just for the filling to fall out a few days later for no reason.
