I fell when I was pregnant almost 30 years ago, After my daughter was born, the pain was agonizing, I went through MRIs, X-rays, physical therapy, nerve testing, pain killers, and finally a spine surgeon at Hopkins wanted to do “exploratory surgery”. I ran as fast as I could out of that exam room!I was told by a friend to try her chiropractor, she told me that they are not the “witch doctors” anymore and many insurances actually pay for these REAL docs now. I gave this chiropractor in Towson a try, and had so much pain relief for the first time in my life in a very long time. I have been to about 4 different chiropractors over the last 30 some years and Dr.Z is by far the best one. Unfortunately, getting older has also played a huge factor in my pain, so pain management is key. After Dr. Z adjusts me, I walk out of the exam room almost floating and pain free just like 30 years ago. Best chiropractor ever!!!!

Very fast, friendly staff! Getting an appointment took no time and the doctor is very professional. My back is feeling way better just from the first session.
