Welcoming, friendly, quickly took and cleaned my hearing aids, explained the results of testing my hearing and answered all my questions. Very professional, while warm and friendly. Office is spotless. Asked if proposed date for next appointment would work for me. Introduced me to a new employee before I departed.

I have nothing but great things to say about this office. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I never felt rushed at all. The Doctor went over every aspect of my visit. Everything was explained to me and all questions answered. I was shown all the newest and greatest hearing aids and was able to take them with me just to try them out. I was never pressured into buying anything. I did make my decision on a new pair of hearing aids because they are above and beyond what I could of hoped for. I can actually hear people talking to me in a crowded room. It’s great to be able to be included in a conversation without asking someone to please repeat that. What a great experience! I was warmly greeted by Chris at the checkin, offered a coffee and made comfortable until my scheduled appointment. When I met with Dr. Aland, I found her to be very professional and thorough. After the examination, she helped me understand what is happening to my hearing and gave me some tips to help me better manage my team at work. Clearly a 5 star experience.

Dr. Aland is absolutely the best audiologist. Her office manager, Chris, is as cheerful and welcoming as she is efficient. I’ve been working with Dr. Aland for years now, and recommend her to anyone and everyone who expresses an interest in improving their quality of life with better hearing.

I have been a client with them for 15+ years. They are always professional, considerate and really listen to your needs. I would recommend that even if you don’t think you need a hearing aid @ least get a hearing test done. You loose your hearing gradually and probably won’t even notice a change. Next time you are watching TV, check what volume it’s set on. I tried the new ResoundGXp 7 and was impressed by the new technology that allowed me to stream phone calls, music, tv through it hands free. Also, it can be programmed to adjust to different situations such as restaurants,outdoor activity, etc.

Every time I visit Chesapeake Hearing, it is an uplifting experience, beginning with the warm personal greeting by the receptionist. The waiting area is more like a home with comfortable seating and free beverages and snacks. The professional staff are excellent and pleasant in their personal attention to serve the patients needs. I cant think of anything that would improve this outstanding service.

As always the overall experience with Chesapeake Hearing has been excellent. They are prompt and very efficient. They fixed my problem and had me hearing again in minutes. Love these guys !!!

Chesapeake hearing center is a wonderful place to go for hearing assessment . The staff are always courteous and well informed . The doctors answer all my questions an listen to my concerns and problems are taken of quickly.

Just an amazing experience. The entire staff was professional and friendly. This is the best customer service that I ever experienced.

The people who work here really do seem to care about the patients. Too often a doctors office will treat you like cattle, this is definitely *not* the case with Chesapeake Hearing Centers!While they may not admittedly be the cheapest source for a hearing aid (I got this $20 amplifier from Walmart!), the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

I made an appointment at Chesapeacke hearing in Easton and am so pleased I did.I was concerned about extra noises in my ear but the staff calmed my concerns while explaining the purpose of each test as it occurred . Immediately following examination all results were reviewed and , explainsd and patiently answered all my concerns .
