I don’t have enough words to express how awesome my experience with Jen has been. Every time I leave her, I feel like a new person.Jen takes the time to really listen to what’s going on with both my mind and body, and customizes my treatment accordingly. She also makes dietary and lifestyle suggestions.She’s super flexible, I was suffering from a migraine that lasted over 16 hours today, Jen came in on her day off to treat me. In a matter of minutes my migraine was gone completely.I’ve also noticed a significant improvement in my mood since I started seeing her.I always experience a deep relaxation during my sessions, no matter the reason for my going in. Love Jen and her acupuncture therapy! I was very nervous after being referred by a doctor to receive acupuncture, but she took great care of me and even asked what scents i enjoyed the most and filled my private room with the scent of my choice! She listened to me and explained how the needle placing affected the body! I recommend going to Jen anytime for acupuncture!

Ive been seeing Jen for about 4 years for sinus, allergy issues, and its helped! Jen is also knowledgeable with foods and how some can aggravate some sinus, allergy symptoms.12/31/19 I tried one of Jens Accu Yoga Soul Connect Sessions today. Ask her about it, definitely something to consider!

Ive been seeing Jen for acupuncture for about a year now. I went in first for a migraine. Since then Ive worked on other aches and pains, discussed diet, exercise and everything else and have become a healthier me.
