Norco has a new manager locally here in E Wenatchee. Her name is Julie Dunlap. I am personally very grateful for her professional and kind assistance helping me with a piece if medical equipment that had big problems. She provided excellent customer service. I want to share that Norco has my busiess and you can feel comfortable being their customer. Thank you Julie!

Just had my respirator fit test, Richard did a great job. He was very thorough and made sure we upheld L&I regulations. He also explained the process very well. Ive bought CO2 from Norco in the past and have always been satisfied with their service.

New digs are a major upgrade. Technicians for fitting cpap supplied are great. But the computer/ follow through have been a disaster. One error or omission after the next. The first 4 or 5 times I called they had trouble finding me in the computer. They have mailed my orders to the wrong address after reviewing the correct address ahead of time. This time they contacted me to tell me it was time for new supplies. I reviewed my insurance and shipping information. Three weeks later, no package. When I called, no record of the order. If this was the first or even second time, I would not take the time to write a review. Batting average of follow up is 4 out of 5 chance to have to make a second call and be told there is no record of the first call. Everyone there is polite, but there is a MAJOR DISCONNECT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CUSTOMER FULFILLMENT. This is upsetting. NORCO used to be a big don’t really care company, and it is now employee owned. I love to support that type of arrangement and it breaks my heart they just can’t get it right

I have been using a CPAP for 4 years and NORCO has been handling my supplies. Its a short trip to pick up my supplies in East Wenatchee and the staff, especially Robert and Jasmine, go out of their way to make sure my supplies are correct and treat me with kindness and respect. Today, the manager went out of his way to help me with a glitch in the system. Thank you Rick and thank you Norco.

Excellent customer service. Great management. Ive recently moved my business from the Moses Lake store to this branch. Management is much more efficient at this location and put together.

I have been a cpap customer for over 10 years and was denied a new CPAP machine because I am moving out of town and do not have an address. I am not moving until August, and I have been trying to upgrade to a new machine since August 2018. My CPAP currently stops on its own, and I have an RX for a new machine and insurance too. Dont share any details of your life with these guys or they will take away your rights to healthcare needs. Choose another company.

I raced down from Chelan to get my weezing 11 month old baby a pediatric nebulizer and barely make it to Norco 3 minutes before they close. The guy at the counter asks what I need and I tell him a pediatric nebulizer; at this point its quite obvious that he is annoyed I strolled in right before close. When I show him my RX he says that his system is closed and says I have to come back tomorrow. Really!?!?!!? You sell life savings equipment and you close your system before 5pm? So I go down the street to Valuplus and got there 10 minutes before they closed. Not only did they have the pediatric nebulizer for less money, the owner of the store took extra time to work through an insurance issue. Valuplus even had an emergency contact number right on the front door for after hours. Go-to to Valuplus.

High Tech Automotive ran out of Nitrogen at the KPQ trade show on a Saturday. Called Norcos emergency line and the manager Rich took the call. He headed down to the store to meet us and he also got us a full bottle for our EVAP gas smoke machine tester. Great customer service. Thanks Rich!

Called them about a wheelchair repair.They sent a tech out to service my chair only to tell me they dont fix chairs.They could have told me that on the phone.I would not recommend.
