I’ve been debating for a while now on leaving this review because of where I thought I stood with Tamera, but after being disrespected for having to cancel an appointment last minute (I was called into work) & not properly taken care of when I had not 1, but 2 allergic reactions to my lash extensions, I feel it’s necessary to put this out there. I used to see Tamera when she was just kind of starting at Skin Solutions & was a consistent client for 2 years until I had an allergic reaction to my last fill for whatever reason since there was “no change in product.” I wasn’t offered a removal at the least, so i had to book & pay for one after just paying for the fill. I then went back after a year to get a full set again thinking my body would be okay, which is my fault, & unfortunately had another allergic reaction after paying $130 for a full set. I contacted her the next day & was given Hydrocortisone cream that was squirted into a zip loc bag & another bag of qtips, but again, was not offered a removal or a small service for free since I paid & tipped her. My eyes were swollen, red, puffy, & extremely itchy. I even texted her & asked if she or her referral lady could do a removal & was never texted back in July 2020. I ended up having them on the whole time, which ruined the length & thickness of my natural eyelashes. I’m extremely disappointed & appalled at the way I was treated when I had to cancel an eyelash lift & tint appointment, in February of this year, last minute because I was called into work, which is entirely not her fault & is mine, but to tell me you would “refer” me to someone else & I wasn’t able to book with you again unless I paid a $50 fee first, is absolutely ridiculous, considering I’ve never missed an appointment with you before. Please do not personally contact me & ask me to remove my review. I hope you choose to treat others with the kindness they deserve next time.

I was looking for someone to give my fiancé a Brazilian Wax. With all the great reviews I wanted Tamara to be that person. Unfortunately she is not doing weekend appointments which is the only time my fiancé can go. However, I am giving 5 stars because she was kind enough to recommend someone of whom I will be following up. Tamara is such a bright, charming business owner. The spa is very relaxing and enjoyable. As it is hard for us working, busy moms to find alone time, its hard to decide what to do when the time finally comes. This is my go to when I get that time. I leave there so relaxed and feeling so refreshed. Waxes are great, facial is amazing and theres even a surprise awaiting every time you lay down and get ready for the pampering! I love her location, her room is soothing and she uses Epionce products.
