I had my first ever facial a week ago and it was amazing! The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting, Dawn did an incredible job. It’s now a week later and my skin looks and feels so nice. I had some troubling breakouts going in and the next day they had all cleared. Would highly recommend!

I came in to get a back massage and didn’t even realize how neglected my calves were! Esmeralda did a phenomenal job identifying areas that I didn’t think about. I will definitely be stretching more before/after I exercise. Customer service was top notch and definitely will be coming back. Thank you!!

I was on vacation with a friend and we came here for massages. Kim gave me mine and it was the best massage I have ever had. The last several weeks I was having some issues and could not get one area under control. Kim worked her magic and I walked out of there feeling like a million dollars and the pain I had was gone. Today I had my first hair cut in a year with the always excellent Kelly B! She knows how to cut curly/textured hair, total pro! I also got my first-ever facial from Courtney M, and I think I have to make it part of my regular beauty routine because OH MY GOD my skin has never looked or felt better!! Such a fabulous day, I can’t wait to go back! Oh, and super, super COVID safe!!

I have had a pedicure and have done the touch of warmth package and both were amazing experiences. All of the little details of the touch of warmth package really made me feel like I was off at a resort receiving these treatments. The staff were very professional but also very personable and they make you feel right at home. Will be returning and sending all of my friends and colleagues!

I just received a winter rescue facial from Courtney and it was amazing. Her touch was so soothing and super relaxing! This will be added to my monthly calendar!

Had a cupping massage for my first time with Kim and she was just amazing. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable. The massage was great and her customer service was excellent! Will definitely continue to see her. My back feels so much better!

This is a great place! I got a Shellac mani and it has lasted two and a half weeks, and you would hardly know it’s been that long! The best manicure I’ve had by far. Kelly was so friendly and fun to work with and professional, and the manicure was amazing! The facility is clean and very professional. I will definitely be back soon!

My husband and I did the couples massage. Best ever! So many amazing special touches, therapists knew what they were doing, relaxing and therapeutic!! All staff were professional and friendly! Highly recommend! We are from out of town and I would drive hours to do again. Thank you!!

Fantastic 5 star experience with great pricing. I have been here many times over the years for various services and they never disappoint. The minute you walk in the door you know you are in good hands. Friendly staff and awesome menu of a variety of services. Whether its been hair/make-up for an event, or some self pampering like a massage or pedicure, they make you feel like royalty. Exceptional staff and very tranquil ambiance. Plus, they have been voted Wenatchees top Spa multiple years in row! If you havent been yet, you are missing out! Tranquility Day Spa is the BEST! I am excited to use my Christmas gift card for another visit for a day of luxury.

I was recently diagnosed with cancer and Janice the owner personally contacted me when I needed to cancel an appointment due to my primary oncology visit. Her generosity and compassion as a business owner is amazing. After surgery I could not raise my arms and she has washed my hair for free and braided it for easy care. Who else would do this! I am a lifetime customer. As a retired small business owner I am also impressed with her loyalty and support to her employees. I also love the pedicure services and this location.

My husband surprised me with a Far & Away spa package, from the minute I walked in it was amazingly relaxing. I have 3 little kids at home and this was the perfect treat. Have been coming here for a couple years now for both massages/relaxation services as well as hair cuts/styles with Janice. All the staff are very friendly and professional with just the perfect amount of small town neighbor feel. Janice does an amazing job not only with cutting my hair but giving useful, realistic home hair-care advice that actually works! Her ease with both my kids when doing their hair is great. They are always smiling and happy to go visit.The spa offers a nice range of services from basic massages to body wraps and facials. All the masseurs are well trained and knowledgeable and willing to adjust to the individual needs. Both my husband and I can go to the same person and each have a perfectly tailored experience. Janice believes that every spa service should be as relaxing as possible, even deep facials and waxing. On the single rare occasion that my experience was not absolutely fabulous, Janice is prompt at requesting and considering all feedback. She has always made sure that every aspect seems to improve with every visit.I will continue to visit Tranquility for as many years as Janice is in business and lend a very high recommendation to anyone who asks.

Full spa services. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. I had a facial and a massage, which were both great. Could have used more pressure in my massage, but it was very relaxing. If I could change anything, I would ask for more pressure and a little bit of a price break. Kind of spendy, but I still enjoyed myself.

My wife and I had massages to celebrate our anniversary. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. We couldnt remember the names of our massage therapists but Im sure they are all good there.

Janice follows up on her promises. After a small debacle having to do with my haircut appointment being scheduled on the wrong day, Janice promised to make it up to me. She was very considerate, respectful, communicative and took responsibility for the mix-up. To top it off, she gave me a generous gift certificate so I could enjoy a treatment at the spa. The sign of a true professional who really wants her business to be successful is how she handles problems...Janice is such a person. Cant wait to use the gift certificate!

The services provided by the technicians were great , however, the Interaction with the owner was less than impressive. We visited this spa for a few treatments to kick off a girls weekend . All 4 of us chose a package from the spa services offered and called about a month in advance to make the appointments. We knew it would be tricky for all of us to receive our treatments at the same time, but expressed we would like to be together as much as possible and they were happy to accommodate. We called a few days before our appointment to confirm and also to make sure the various food allergies could be accommodated with the spa lunch that came as part of the packages. Everything appeared to be in order until we arrived and the owner helped check us in. She didnt have us scheduled for the correct things and ultimately 2 of the girls were shorted on their pedicures by 30 minutes in order for us all to receive them. She wasnt the least bit apologetic, in fact , she presented the problem to us like it was our fault even though we had confirmed a few days prior. Our lunch consisted of a fruit and veggie tray instead of the sandwich, pasta salad and fruit that we expected. She did end up discounting the services, but still made no mention of admission to the scheduling errors. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. Again, the services were great though!

Went and got the full spa package for my moms 50th birthday and it was better than we could have imagined!!! Everyone was professional and friendly. SO worth the money! Will be back! Thank you thank you!

I appreciate the atmosphere and amazing people at Tranquility! The team there is always friendly, helpful and generous. Janice Barnes, the owner is hilarious and multi-talented. She has supported me and the community in countless way and I am grateful for her kindness! I love Cally Steele! She is gives the quickest waxes and is an awesome woman. Youll leave with a clean wax and a friend as she is hilarious. I recommend the talents of Jordan Yanika to everyone as she has done my permanent cosmetics and I wont go to anyone else :) She is patient, knowledgeable and again incredibly generous. I am consistently impressed by the whole staff and have had many services from them. I have gotten manicures, pedicures, deep tissue massages, Swedish massages, spa packages, brazilian waxes, under arm waxes and facials at Tranquility. I will continue to recommend them as there is no doubt they are the best day spa in town with hands down the best team!!

The owner Janice has been my hair dresser for over 17 years and has always taken excellent care of me and everyone else I know that goes to her. I have followed her where ever her location would be, but I must say that she has saved the best for last. The addition of the spa has been just the icing on the cake and all of her staff are so accomadating and kind. Calle will be giving me another facial this week and is awesome at what she does. Everyone on the staff bends over backwards to make your experience one to remember. An example of how they are is 12 years ago Janice and I decided to marry on the exact same day, I was very worried about her not being able to do my hair but she set me up with someone that she felt would do a good job. Just a few days before my wedding the replacement cancelled on me and Janice came in on her wedding day and did my hair. This is just the type of person she and her staff are and I am so grateful to them all. I love the on line appointment set up they have and you receive a reminder which is so nice for us busy people. You must go check out Tranquility Day Spa, you wont regret it!!
