I went in to get a set of white coffin acrylics, nothing too dramatic. The old man was asleep when I got the and he got woken up by the desk lady saying he had a client and seemed very upset to be woken up but he was the only one available. He asked me what shape I wanted and I pointed at a picture that he had up on his wall. He proceeded to ask me for a size and I gave it to him. It wasn’t long nor small but a very classic size. He didn’t know what he was doing and he got easily upset because the acrylic was not working for him since the brush was stiff and gross. He tried at least 3 times on my middle finger nail and at the third try he got so frustrated he slammed the brush into the acrylic liquid and started cussing under his breath which made the whole table shake, my friend was concerned because she has tagged along. The acrylic liquid got all over my hand and he didn’t apologize. When he was “done” he put my hands in the light and when he pushed it in I accidentally scrapped my nail on the side of the light and I wanted to tell him but he couldn’t understand what I was saying since he spoke another language. When he took out my hand and saw he started to yell at me in another language and was so frustrated with me as if he wasn’t the one that made me scrape my nail. He redid it all sloppy since he was upset. When he was done he was asking for $45 on a terrible set which ended up coming out as a long white square shape set of nails. The nail itself was very thick and was not what I asked for, nothing like what I wanted either. I didn’t want to be disrespectful and say I wasn’t gonna pay because of how bad it looked. So I payed and never came back. When I got home I quickly took them off. They looked like a joke. $45 down the drain. Do not go there.

After having this COVID pandemic they are very clean and following all sanitized rules! Man very helpful everything looks clean! Asked for a royal blue nail color and I got what I wanted! I come from Texas and I just wanted some nice looking nails and I got what I wanted!!

Probably one of the worst places I’ve been too , went to get my nails done & lady was so rude didn’t say much but when did said things in a very rude way I have hyperhidrosis so of course my hands sweat it’s nothing I can do but for someone to throw a rag on me to wipe The sweat off Is just wrong Should’ve been professional about it & wore gloves that simple ! & to top it off my nails were really horrible just made me feel so uncomfortable especially for it being my first time getting my nails done & for someone to ruin the experience was messed up ! Shouldn’t have even paid for the way the nails came out ! But she probably needed the money more than me

First and for most I recommend making a appointment a day before !Also I only recommend nail tech Annie ! She does a perfect job and is extremely nice. The way she shapes the nail is the best I’ve ever had my nails shaped, every time there perfectly even an the edges are always clean and filed and buffed really nice, no matter what shape I choose. She also has super steady hand with polish which makes my nails look even more nice. She’s able to do a lot of different nail art and make sure your happy with the final results before you leave !( I’ve had my nails done at least once at every nail salon in Wenatchee, Quincy and Ephrata and none have done a good job like Annie has )

45$ starting for shellac with acrylics!! Never heard of it starting at 45, First of all the quality of the nails is not good, they fall off around 2 weeks. Second of all they are very rushed and don’t pay attention to detail and they will give you sores and cuts.

DONT GO HERE!!! I went in for just a plain old manicure, no polish or anything. And they cut me on SIX DIFFERENT FINGERS!!! it was completely rushed, even though they were super slow. I was asked the whole time why I wasnt getting polish from everyone in there and was laughed at because my career does not allow nail polish. So unprofessional and now all the skin around my nails are super inflamed. Thanks alot for a horrible service

An employee stole my daughter-in-law’s wedding rings after a pedicure!!! My daughter in law took her rings off after putting lotion on and set the rings by the lotion container. After leaving, she realized they were missing, and my daughters went back and asked if they had picked up a set of wedding rings- - nobody had seen them. She left her phone number and continued to search around the nail drying station. We all left, and later we went back and asked again if they had seen the rings. A client who was having her nails done said to us a nail technician picked them up. So we asked them twice, “Where are the rings you picked up?” Everybody in the salon just looked at me. I asked again where are the rings? Another technician with a yellow blouse got up from doing a client, went over to another nail technician, and held out her hand. Having been called out, this technician produced the rings which we had asked her for twice — from her POCKET. It seems that every employee knew exactly what had happened, and only responded honestly when they felt they had been found out. Watch out - no HONESTY and no Integrity.

I love this place. I have gone to Anne since they were located in the mall at their first location which was many years ago. They are friendly and fun and I have never had an unsatisfactory experience. I have never seen a pink and white that looks as natural as Anne does. I would highly recommend this Salon.

I have went there many times and overall they may judge you on your nails or cuticles but they do a good job every time and if you try to make a conversation, they are quite nice. I enjoy Anne because she does a good job on acrylics but the others aren’t the best. Overall they do a pretty good job and I have never been disappointed.

This place is HORRIBLE do not go most of the employees do not have there licenses they do not know what they are doing I don’t know how they are still in business there prices are outrageous for the quality of nails . They are extremely rude. My little sister had the worst first experience getting her nails done the guy had been so rough he made her bleed 3 times cutting her fingers with the drill & when she told him it hurt her and to stop he would yank her hand back to hold still . I had asked for an ombré & the lady said she knew how well she didn’t & was rude when I told her I didn’t like them like it was my fault. Not to mention her hands were so sweaty she left my hands socking wet disgusting she couldn’t even do my nails because my hands were slipping out of hers . I do not recommend this place

Chairs were broken. Staff was not very friendly. The toe separators andshoes were used. Water was cold. Just because we dont speak the same language does not mean we dont understand when we are being talked bad about. We will not be back

Not impressed at all. 3 of us went in for mani/pedis. It wasn’t very busy. We were passed through multiple people so service was inconsistent. Nail polish was all over the skin on all of us. Any clean up that was done, was done with the bare fingers of the technician which I found very unprofessional and gross. One of us had nails pop off within a week, the other 2 have chipped nails. Toes weren’t bad just not cut evenly.

Honestly I have gone before and it wasnt bad. This last time was ridiculous. DO NOT go here if you like to be acknowledged and taken in at the time of your appointment. I set up a 5:30 appointment, walked in nobody greets you or asks anything. I waited 45 min and called the lady ask if she wrote me down or not because I had already set my appointment she said she was all booked today, I said so why did you schedule me for 5:30. They took me in which I REGRET and they were just being RUDE AND disrespectful snickering laughing and talking about me. WORST NAIL SALON EVER.

Absolutely terrible experience. Staff was unprofessional and rude. My nail tech was an old man who had no clue what he was doing. Nothing was cleaned or sanitized from the lady right before me, YUCK. My nails were filed unevenly and I left with polish all over my skin. I could have done a better job painting my nails at home. Go elsewhere.

The last 4 days, I have gone in and tried to get a fill and every time they say No they do not have time. Meanwhile today is Monday at 6:30 and there was 1 person in there getting their nails done... it was completely dead, and the mall closes at 9pm. Very disappointed and will not be wasting my $$ there again!!

They are not good at all. They cut me three different Times and they didn’t dry my gel nail polish all the way so by the time it made it home they had chipped and you can sing fingerprints in it They are the worst nail place in the Wenatchee area I even called and they told me just to come in and fix it but I live over an hour away

Im surprised these people have a business. They are not professionals. I highly recommend they be shut down. For uncleasliness and for stealing my money. After already paying them and tipping them they said I still owed them more money I paid them over 80 dollars for me and my friend to get our nails done it only costs 65 bucks and the rest was a tip. As I was walking out they said I still owed them 10 bucks .Im appalled...these people are thieves .

Very sloppy work- Asked 3 times for them to be fixed and ended up coming in just 2 days later to ask for them to be re-done. They did but were snotty about it and lied to me about there name and laughed with all the co workers and started speaking in there language (obvious it was about me). They look a little better but still not fully covered with polish and there is air bubbles!! Would not recommend at all. Very unprofessional. I am not sure how they are even in bussiness? Just sad.

I came in around 5:15 and got told to wait till 6:45 ( I had nothing to do ) so I sat there thinking that if someone was free they would call me back . 6:50 rolls around an the manager approached me and told me we have 2 more women infront of you even though they were a walk-in. They told me I couldn’t get my nails done until 8 WORST PLACE EVER

Wosted experience ever. They screwed up on my nails. It was a complete set, my sister had her eyebriws done. Quoted me 45.00, and It cost me 60.00. I have never paid this much for these two services. Will never go there again. They couldnt even do a smiple flower on two of my nails. Was upset with me when i just want the tips done. Spend your money anywhere but here.

They don’t sanitize their pedi stations after client use I watched as a lady sat acrossed from us they just refilled the water right after having a previous client a minute before, gross! The man who did my toes did alright the guy who did my nails did an awful job! After I had my pedi he demanded I pay prior to getting my nails done then once I tipped and paid he proceeded to be rude and short. The nails came out looking like I let my 5 year old niece loose with the nail polish box (no wonder he had me pay and tip prior to finishing!) $43 bucks down the tube. Extremely disappointed which is sad because my nail standards are really really low lol. Don’t come here or it’s likely you will catch a fungus.

I went in at 6:40. They close at 9. He said we dont have time today for a full set. You guys shouldnt be in business. How are you going to turn people away 2 hours before closing??

Rude people I was so excited for a girls day we even made a reservation so we could sit together. We could not and the man I got was rude and rough. I never treat my self and was super disappointed. My nails are different lengths and lumpy. My girlfriends were so thick she went back but they are still bad. I never leave bad reviews but people have to know..

Not a good experience. Employees either busy talking or watching game on laptop across the room instead of our pedicures. They had thier young child as Secretary today. She was rude, eyerolled when asked questions, and annoying. Very inappropriate to have in a work place. Noticed other potential customers get frustrated with her and leave. She was working the debit card machine which was outrageous. Unbelievable I had to complain about it. Not a pleasant experience at all. Last 2 visits have been disappointing this just made the decision to never return easier.

Very nice nail salon but work was shotty. Nail polish was all over toes, nails not cut even, and design needed work.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Got a nail infection from this nail salon and I believe the guy who did my nails is named Kevin. Not only did I get an infection (I have pictures for proof) but He was also on his phone off and on through the whole thing & this is the 2nd time I get him that hes just texting while doing my nails. Horrible service and salon. Do not reccomend this place at all!!!!!!

I went in about two weeks ago for the first time and unfortunately because there wasnt anything else open I got a pedi. I got an older gentleman who was rushing to get done, he had applied too much nail polish on both of my big toes. I had noticed but kept quite after getting done he walks me to a counter where theres a little fan, 5 min later he tells me Im ready to go up and pay. I pay and walk out as soon as I walk out I dont even make it to Macys when I notice my big toe was all smuged from all that extra polish. I go back and let them no literraly a min later. The guy is upset and mad dosent hide it at all I sit trying to control my frustration get my toe redone and sit at that counter again this time 10 min. My time is up I walk out go to my car both of my toes are smudged from all those extra coats. I didnt go back, I was done. This place was a waste of time and money I highly dont recommend. I learned that when your salon is closed on a sat you dont go trying to find whatever is open because you will get a whatever service. People dont waste your time and money here!!

Had a horrible experience, i got a full set and I wanted a simple rounded nail and the guy looked at me like I was crazy and did a terrible job. My nails are embarrassing.

Went in for my birthday, was the last one to be serviced which isnt a big deal but the whole pedicure was rushed to make up time so Id be done at the same time as the rest of my party. No massage, just slapped lotion on my feet and then dunked them twice and then painted my nails. The whole nail filing process was harsh and hurt almost 90% of the time. While my nails were being painted the gentlemans fingernails actually stabbed my toes, it was the weirdest feeling ever, super uncomfortable. Never going back.

I had a bad experience the first time I went a couple months ago but figured Id give it another try. Both were men. The first time the service was great just a bad job on my nails...all different lengths. Weird, I know. This time is was just horrible service in every way! My nails are not even, one filed at an angle?! Buffed too hard and cut my toe...the second time he buffed and I asked him to stop because it hurt (it was on the top side of my big toe, why would you buff there anyway?) he didnt understand and kept buffing the same spot 3 more times...each time I told him no and yanked my foot away. The reason...he was listening and looking at a group of his coworkers talking dramatically the whole time he was working on me. That is why he cut me and filed wrong. Grrr. I have all the supplies to shellac my own nails but figured Id treat myself to a massage and relax etc. Instead I was in pain and on the edge of my seat worried he would screw up again. I should have just gotton up and left after the second time, so ultimately it is my fault for staying. Massage was a joke. Two of my nails are not even filled in completely?! Worst pedicure EVER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. ALL of my coworkers and friends have stopped going there also because they have gotton sloppy. I cant believe they charged me at all let alone the full $35.00! Go anywhere else, save yourself the pain and screwed up feet. I thought about arguing and refusing to pay full price or anything at all, but it would have been a waste of breath since he didnt even understand what stop that hurts...or thats too hard and no mean. Wow. Can NOT believe they are in business

Won’t come here ever again they didn’t do my eyebrows good they made one thinner than the other👎 Decided to give them another try and took my husband to get his eyebrows cleaned and the guy that was there asked what I wanted to have done and I said eye brows and I told my husband to fallow him and he told my husband he wasn’t going to do his eyebrows because he was a guy and was laughing and as we were walking out he was laughing and pointing at us taking to his coworkers I’m sure about us....so unprofessional 👎👎👎😏😒

Horrible job my wife was very disappointed they were trying to charge her $50 for some red nails and she ended up getting the French tips and they still charged her $30 she went with her cousin and they charged her $5 for some lotion she recommends vivans worst nail place shes been too
