I have been seeing Dr Williams for sometime and I trust him implicitly He is very professional, caring, and listens to what my issues are. I highly recommend seeing him...HES THE BEST ORTHOPEDIC PHYSICIAN/ SURGEON !! His staff is also wonderful and helpful.

Amazing staff They work extremely well under pressure. Everywhere is understaffed at this time. They do not let that get in the way they always make sure to return my phone calls. Dr. McDonald is very thorough he listens to his patients which is not something you find everywhere. His MA Esther is amazing very professional on the phone and complete all documents at a timely manner Great team to work with thank you for taking care of me.

I found Dr Powers informative, responsive to my needs and questions, competent in understanding the situation with my right knee, professional and courteous. I was pleased he was able to ease my pain with a cortisone injection and demonstrated his concern by scheduling a follow up appointment in three weeks. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn’t thank his staff for making my experience a good one, especially Denise who I found very personable and engaging. Thank you.

We actually see Dr Williams PA and my son and I feel like she really cares. Hes got a, so far mystery illness and even though its not anything to do with Orthopedic she is genuinely concerned and even referred us to a doctor.I also wanted to add that the staff all seem so happy there! Dr. Brian Powers listened to how I was feeling about the pain in my leg. Before surgery he suggested alternatives such as physical therapy. Which I followed and together came to the conclusion that survey was the best. The staff made the experience less stressful. Now to recovery after the findings from the surgery. It was the best decision because any delay would have exacerbated my injury. Very pleased

Caring, but quick even got me a quicker appointment with the surgeon in their network. Worth the wait because while busy its because so many people are treated well by Mountain Valley.

Today I had my diagnostic appointment for a recent knee injury. I saw Dr. Paglia. I was very happy with his no-nonsense approach, and how quickly he had his initial diagnosis without aggravating my injury more than necessary. We’ll see how the rest of my treatment plays out, but so far I am very happy with the staff (who are all very kind and deserve a separate rating of 6 stars) and Dr. Paglia.

Dr. Cibishino is excellent. He did my daughters knee surgery and she is doing great.

Dr. Menio is a caring physician. He takes his time examining and asking questions. Testing provided information for my treatment. He’s a conservative doctor which I appreciate. I’ve been treating me for several problems over many years.

Mountain Valley Ortho has and always will be my “go to” for anything bones. My husband broke his arm on vacation in Cape May and the ortho doctor we saw down there knew of the great doctors in Mountain Valley! Not surprising at all. I have seen Dr. Componovo for a number of orthopedic issues and every time he is very professional, understanding and a problem solver. The staff is nice as well they remember your name and your problems there’s not a high turnover of people so you build those relationships it’s just an all-around nice office

Dr Componovo is very easy to talk to. He explained all the ramifications of the knee surgery concisely and was very clear about the possible downsides. I felt much better about my decision to go ahead with the surgery after this consultation.

I had a hip replacement 2 years ago by Dr Componovo who really cares about his patients he has a very calm manner & an EXCELLENT SURGEON my surgery was a success I dont even realize I have a new left hip I have no pain. I had back surgery with screws I had discomfort for a couple of weeks with a Dr A Williams another fine doctor who also treats his patients with utmost care it is 6 months out no pain in back. I am in need for a right hip replacement which I am looking forward to with Dr Componovo & his PA Tony & Nurse Kathy is tops MVO gets ********** 10 stars

Dr. McDonald listens to my concerns regarding my injury and thoroughly answers all of my questions each and every visit. I always leave feeling well informed about my treatment and recovery process which is important to me.

I went to see Dr Barnes on 8/4/21 and I had a great experience. Dr Barnes was very professional and very knowledgeable.

Worst experience took me 3 months for them to review my records (that they lost) then finally did excepted me as a patient I had to wait another 6 weeks for a appointment then sat there forever went through the entire visit for them to take X-ray and tell me all that is wrong then say we can not do anything for you you live in New Jersey. Which they knew prior to me going there. Ridiculous It is literally 15 minutes from my house and all my other Dr.s are inPA. I payed a co-pay and I am sure they’re billing my insurance all to do nothing but waste my time. Dr.Szolis was a jerk and I would not refer him to anyone. Don’t waste your time.

Mountain Valley were great encounters for me. I had an ACDF of C5&6.Dr Williams’s Humanity and love for his job, his experience and expertise all culminated to make a special experience.He listened, he offered his opinion, answered my questions and concerns, explained all the choices I had in my case and ultimately let me, the patient decide my treatment.At office visits I did not have a long wait while I waited to be triaged. Rated 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recovered quickly from my surgery, my scar cannot be see unless I show someone the scar( neck folds are helpful..lol). He cut right in the crease of my neck. After surgery I wore a hard collar for one week, then the soft collar. God has been good to me during my pre/post and now years after the surgery. Thank you Dr Williams and team of professionals!! Thank you YahWeh !!

Dr Mcdonald is great, he knows my feet and gets right to the issue so I can walk regular again.

Amazing Physical Therapists that take their time to explain the different exercises and benefits from them. Kevin, Dawn, Gabrielle, Hernani and James are truly patient and don’t overwork you. COVID prepared and safe staff all around! I almost didn’t want my training to end!

Excellent experience. Everyone very friendly and efficient, all Covid aware and appropriate. Jim and Kevin were both excellent, good evaluations, good exercises and good motivation. I feel much improved as a result and I am able to do many of the exercises at home. Would definitely recommend and I would return in the future.

Doctor componovo did a great job and the nurses went far and beyond to make sure i was ok big thanks to the whole team i had a complete hip surgery and was walking within 6 days with a cane some severe pain mostly throbbing which is understandable after a major surgery but feeling great after 1 week keep up the great work and THANK YOU for giving me my life back

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Cibischino. I told him I eat a plant-based diet (which was recommended to me by other doctors). And now my charts say anorexia/bulimia. He diagnosed me before doing any tests and all my nutrition tests came out normal. I did not get better at all after being on crutches for 6 weeks (you can’t heal a cartilage tear on crutches). He started screaming at me “YOU DON’T DIRECT THE CARE, I DIRECT THE CARE!” This was such a traumatic experience.

They get a low rating because of the wait time. It’s ridiculous that they tell you to come at a certain time but you wait over an hr to be seen. Look elsewhere ! Was told I needed emergent back surgery ASAP so I went through with it even though I was given little explanation of what to expect post op. Day of surgery the physician gave me a 20 minute talk on addiction. Afterwards my discharge instructions were wrong, my nurse was asking about my walker and they were trying to admit me when I was told it was same day surgery. The doctor had already went home for the day so they had to call the office. Went home and started recovery. I’m not a medication taker to be honest. I messaged them via portal to find out when I can start taking ibuprofen and no answer. Had my first follow up today and the doctor was in emergency surgery which I get. I waited over an hour to be seen which again as a nurse who has worked on days where staffing was tough I get. I didn’t complain. Had my x ray and saw Susan Rubin the PA. She was rude and mocked my answers to questions. When I reported my concern with tingling when sleeping her only response was that it was because I was not taking one of the medications. She literally made so many rude faces I was shocked. When I explained my concern about taking the medication one fact being that If I were to develop side effects I did not feel the office would get back to me in a timely manner she shook her head and said “I don’t think so but whatever”. She looked at my bandage and left. Saw me for 5 minutes and argued with me over a med, didn’t provide any education, and didn’t even try to explain to me what I can do instead of taking the med. she didn’t even tell me the results of my X-ray! Didn’t educate me on the upcoming weeks healing post op, none of it. I hate to use the I’m a nurse card but I am and it takes a few minutes to provide education for a patient and to show some bedside manner. So now I’m at home waiting for them to call back to tell me my X-ray results and answer the questions that she was too busy to answer. Try st Luke’s comprehensive spine place. If I wasn’t told it was such an emergency, I would have went there. The other staff that work there like Amanda Collins and another woman whose name escapes me, are running around there working so hard to manage all the patients, they are very kind and do seem to listen to patient concerns.

Im very displease with the service Im receiving with Ms Jodi. Filling out my disability forms for my disability so my claims can be process so I can receive my money i paid into just for these times I get sick. I been told by staff there, they have been talking about my paperwork. Ive been out of work sense jan 19,2021. The first set of papers was filled out for a week. And Im still out i have been Patient Im getting negative vibes about this situation , like Im the problem. I dont want any problems i just want my paperwork fill out and be fairAbout Estimate return date going back to work not a week at a time. I pray I dont have to go thru this again.

I did have a follow-up I ended up canceling not only because I dont want to deal with the practice anymore but because I am feeling a little better and things will resolve on there own. When I hurt my ankle, I wanted to get a second opinion; therefore, I decided to go to Mountain Valley. Most of their doctors are knowledgeable; however, the organization itself is HORRIBLE. When you first walk in, they give you a tablet and tell you to fill everything out, including paying your copay where you can swipe a credit card. When it came time for me to sign forms, it asked for signatures and usual. Feeling rushed because I was called back a little early, I signed all forms. I even swiped my debit card on the tablet to pay my co-pay. The doctor visit itself was okay, they ordered an MRI, which is what I wanted. A few days later I get a phone call letting me know what my out-of-pocket expense would be. However, a few weeks after the MRI I checked my bank account. I found that the full amount that I owed was taken out of my account, however, it was $80 more then what they told me. When I called the billing department, they were very rude saying that I should of though of this when I was filling out paper work and that I had a chance to change it. They said I received a couple emails; however, I looked and have no emails from them. I called back and spoke with the manager. She was just as rude telling me the exact same thing and that I signed the forms and they will not return my money. I told her that I will dispute the charges with my bank. She had the nerve to say that I can do what I want but I can not be seen for an appointment until my balance is satisfied. Then they emailed me and mailed me the signed forms as an I told you so action, which I had no recollection of signing. How this whole thing was handled was VERY unprofessional. This whole thing showed me that they dont care about the patient, they just care about their money seeing that they would deny a patient service until they get paid. I just wonder who else they have wronged.

Overall my experience with Mountain Valley was very positive. The staff was very friendly and provided a relaxed atmosphere. Dr. Cibischino seemed a little rushed on my last visit, but it may have been a busy day for him. My knee feels much better after the treatment I received.

Do not use this guy! All he does is push physical therapy without even trying to figure out what is wrong. No bedside manner whatsoever!

We have used Mountain Valley Orthopedics for many years and they just keep getting better! Their Doctors are excellent. The care we received for ankles, knees and feet (many visits) was superlative. The fact that they can take care of everything on site (X-rays, MRI, PT etc) is so convenient. We are very lucky to have a place like this in our backyard. Wish I could give them more than five stars.

What a terrible place

Doctor Barnes was great. Was very nice and polite. I was given a cortisone injection in my hand and he made it pleasant and told me stories and made me relax. He is a great doctor and knows what hes talking about. He explained and drew out on paper exactly what was wrong with my hand.

We have used Mountain Valley extensively over the last few years (neck, elbows, knees, etc.) FORTUNATELY the Doctors are amazing! Always informative and helpful, they explain in detail and I never feel rushed or a bother. The fact that they have everything you need under one roof is definitely a plus! Their PT Staff is great! I would highly recommend!

I have had some very serious injuries and 3 major accidents from automotive to snow sledding and I fell 50 ft off s cliff while hiking. I have been to a few pain management doctors and I was never able to live any type of normal life. Mt valley orthopedics was my saviour and they are always asking my pain level and they are willing to discuss any and all options to make my life bearable. I have seen a doctor, a physicians assistant and now I have been seeing a nurse practitioner and I love them all. Very courteous, professional, knowledgeable people who I actually look forward to seeing them monthly. Dr. Powers is one of the best specialist/surgeons in the field. He totally fixed me and Im forever grateful. However for an entirely different reason I saw a back specialist there. About a month later I began to receive robocalls about chronic pain. I consulted absolutely no one else about my issue. I find it oddly coincidental.

Excellent group of Doctors! With active children we have utilized the services of Mountain Valley Orthopedics: Surgeons, Physical Therapist and Chiropractor. Dr. Cib has performed multiple surgeries from shoulders to Knees on my sons. Karen Buzzard and the other physical therapist have helped get them back on the playing field, and Dr. Kim has performed Chiropractic adjustment on my back and neck allowing me to continue an active lifestyle running Spartan Races and Half Marathons. The Doctors and Staff are like family to us. Kind, considerate professionals. I also like that they are an independent group and spend whatever time is necessary to answer your questions.

Very competent and caring staff along with top notch doctors who actually listen. Modern equipment and prompt service. Best of all, they are very quick in getting back to you regarding insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses.

This was my second visit to Dr Barnes for two different reasons over the last 2 years and I have to say both visits were pleasant and all questions were addressed. Though no one likes to go to the doctors office, Dr. Barnes makes it a comfortable experience and the staff from reception to X-ray are always pleasant and professional. I would not go anywhere else.

I brought my daughter to see Dr Barnes and was extremely satisfied. We were able to have the X-ray taken on site the same day which made the diagnostic process much easier. Dr Barnes was very professional and had a kind bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr Barnes and the doctors of this practice.

The wait time here is RIDICULOUS!!! I previously witnessed a woman get turned away for being 5 minutes late for her appointment. I waited over an hour for a 10 minute follow up appointment in which the results could have been provided over the phone. For this kind of wait time it makes a lot of sense not to show up on time because the doctor was clearly backed up. On top of it all, I saw my results on the online portal two weeks before they called me to advise my results were in then had to wait two weeks for this appointment. The staff is nice and all but I’m really considering going elsewhere; the wait time is really dreadful.

Dr. Cibishino and Dr. Barnes have both treated me and performed surgery on me and I am extremely happy with the results. Their staff have always been friendly and helpful,and they have always worked with me in a professional manner. In addition they have a physical therapists and facilities to help in your recovery process and that is an invaluable asset to help during the recovery and rehabilitation after surgery. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need an orthopedic specialist.

I arrived on time (half hour before scheduled appointment to fill out forms as a new patient) and immediately filled out the required forms and within 5 minutes was taken in for specific exam (height, weight, blood pressure and a few questions). Within another 5 minutes I was escorted down the hall for X-rays and then escorted back to the exam room. Within 10 minute the doctor came in, introductions were made and he shared X-ray results and explained those results with me and his diagnosis and treatment. An appointment for two weeks after was scheduled and I was out in 45 minutes fro the time I arrived. Very professional yet courteous and friendly visit throughout.

I called trying to make an appointment and they would not make the appointment unless I gave them information I did not have on hand. Very unprofessional and very disappointing because of the fact that even if I gave the information over the phone they would request it again in person.

Amazing staff & doctors!!! In & out, including x-rays & a cortisone injection in 45 minutes. I dont think Ive ever had an appointment that quick! Friendly staff, professional & love the use of online paperwork done on Ipads, perfect for patients with hand trouble! Will return in two weeks for my other wrist and cannot wait to get it done.

1. You’ll never reach a real person. The entire system is automated. I just went through the ENTIRE automated menu, even those which didn’t apply — got nowhere.2. You need to arrive 30 minutes before your first appointment or they turn you away. I watched a woman who had arrived late through no fault of her own — they’d listed the doctor’s office in the wrong suite — and they turned her away without even a slight attempt at fitting her in or rescheduling. She was in tears, in pain, and the front desk people could not care less, making fun of her after she left. Height of unprofessionalism.3. They sent my oral script to both the local pharmacy and to my online pharmacy, resulting in a week delay in receiving my script while we tried to figure out the snafu.4. The doctor I saw was listed as as being in suite C. He’s in suite D (which accounts for #2 above).5. The topical meds prescribed were rejected by my insurance because they needed pre-authorization from the doctor. The insurance company faxed the forms to the office twice. Three weeks later, I still don’t have the script because the insurance company still doesn’t have the preauthorization.6. I waited fifteen minutes in the office after my appointment to schedule an MRI. They then told me they’d call. After three days, I had to call them to schedule the MRI.7. The doctor’s administrative assistant who responds via the portal only and has yet to return a call seems functionally illiterate, using text-speak. She wouldn’t know a capital or a punctuation mark if it bit her on the nose apparently.While my interaction with the physician’s assistant was good as was my interaction with the doctor and the X-ray techs, the problem lies with the poor office staff. They claim in their responses to reviews that patient service is important to them, however this isn’t the case in the slightest. They do the doctors a disservice.In two words? Go elsewhere.

Dr. Cibischino is a very skilled surgeon. He performed surgery on my hand and all has gone very well. He carefully explained what needed to be done, how he was going to do it and what was expected of me. The doctor answered all of my questions taking all the time that was necessary. My follow up care by Dr. Cibischino and his staff in my opinion has been impeccable. The doctor is friendly but professional at all times. I am very thankful I was fortunate enough to have been in his care.

First visit I was seen by Dr Barnes and I was satisfied with his treatment. However, the second time I saw Dr Montel Johnson.....what a disappointment. Visit was rushed as if there was a 15 min cut off limit. The doctor aggravated my knee which resulted in more swelling and pain. He prescribed the wrong knee brace and put a symptom instead of a diagnosis on the script, which was suppose to be changed but never happened. The support staff do not promptly follow-up with requests. Look elsewhere if you want quality treatment.

The team of doctors and the medical personnel are great in regards to the overall patients care . Dr. Szollas is a great physician and listener. I highly recommend the practice to all whom I have come in contact with over the past couple of years.

I’m still struggling with the pain and the symptoms, since the appointments with the reumatologíst and spine/neck doctor are far away. Dr. Paglia is one of the best, explained everything!

I have dealt with this office 2 times. The first time was for a broken leg which was overall a decent experience. The second time, today, was absolutely horrible. First the office tells my wife we will have to pay out of pocket because they dont believe the insurance is active. My wife waited 45 minutes and while waiting hears the nurses talking behind the very thin walls saying she says she has insurance but lets be real she we know she doesnt. She probably wont pay the $275 anyway. This is absolutely one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional things Ive seen in awhile. Needless to say I am very disappointed with our visit and would recommend anywhere but here. I would recommend leaving your limb broken before visiting Mtn Valley.Just FYI the Ortho at St. Lukes confirmed the insurance was active later today.

Dr. Kim was amazing. Was experiencing back and neck pain. This was my first visit to a chiropractor and am very happy I tried chiropractic care. This was the first treatment in 20 years that helped alleviate the pain. Dr. Kim was friendly and thorough. I did not wait more than 5 minutes. The staff is very professional. No matter who I talked to I knew they were actually listening and wanted me to talk. I am confident that I made the right choice to call Mountain Valley Orthopedics and asked for Dr. Menio again. I have met many people that have had Dr.Menio for various Orthopedics issues and not a one complaint. Thank you.

I must say Dr. Menia is an awesome doctor and very pleasant and caring. Evelise Mercado, Clinical Assistant was very nice and very knowledgeable of her position. I had a great experience!

I have been coming to the office in East Stroudsburg for 25 years. I have 8 very active kids and have had great experience with them and have recommended them many times over the years to people new to the area looking for a great ortho. HOWEVER, this office has changed drastically as it has grown. You need to arrive half an hour before your appt. or they will turn you away. I went to them after severe pain in my elbows left my fingers numb and painful. They did xrays, then ordered nerve tests by a neuro. I called 3 days later and left a message after going through several press one for this, press three for that asking about pain relief because tylenol and advil werent helping. Late in the day I had a message on my phone telling me to continue taking medication that was listed in my file that I hadnt taken in years, then the nurse said Oh wait, those are old prescriptions, ummm, just take tylenol. I called back, went through the same routine, said AGAIN, tylenol is not helping - no call backA week later I was driving to work and got hit with waves of pain that brought tears to my eyes in my left shoulder. After the third time it happened, I called the office, couldnt get through, left a message asking if I could get in or should I go to the ER. Two hours later, no call back, so I went to the ER.Went for the nerve tests, its now 9 days after the tests, a month since I was first seen. Ive had no phone call with results, no follow up. I did get a message in my email that my credit card on file will be charged for the xrays in two days.Three fingers are still numb and Im going somewhere else. I would not recommend this practice anymore, they have outgrown decent service

Dr. Menio is not only an Exceptional Surgeon he is the BEST!! As a Doctor, he is Extremely caring and cautious in length of time for his patient to heal. His Assistant Evelise is Awesome in responding to calls or paperwork you need always making you feel comfortable. Trust me your in GOOD HANDS with those TWO!!!

Mountain Valley Orthopedics is the best! I had hip replacement surgery, and every person that I came int contact with was competent, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Powers, Dr. Componovo and the staff at Mountain Valley!
