Horrible experience. I initially was just going to let it go, however there sign in front of there store actually says right now come in for the bad service 1 Google reviewer gave. So I thought I should voice in. It is not just one bad review.This guy is so rude and blows vape in your face. He clearly doesnt want any customers and acts possessive, rude and demeaning to the female employee. He drove us out of there before we really could look at much. I dont know what we did to offend him so badly. This guy has to be a son of an owner or something to still have a job here. He clearly hates his job (that he cant even do) or hates customers coming in at all. If you can get past this horrible excuse of a human there seems to be an ok selection. HOWEVER I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Not because of the horrible employee alone, but what kind of owners allow this harassment in the work place. Im surprised no legal action has been taken yet. Plenty of witnesses to help theses poor ladys out.

Ive been a customer on and off for the past three years, since I relocated to the area. And, Im not at all offended by the obviously disgruntled employee. We all have bad days. However, Sup bro isnt any kind of greeting whatsoever, especially when accompanied with a huff and a puff. And when the clerk had a question for said male employee, it was obviously too much of a hastle to just say you were out of a certain flavor of soda. So projecting a loud NO! before she even got her question out was the route to take.To the guy in question, seriously dude, if you hate working at Elations that much, quit. Im not saying you need to roll out the carpet and just bow at the whim of everyone no matter how they treat you. But I was literally in there for a soda. No off color questions, no weird behavior, just a dude off work looking for a grape soda. If you plan to make money in this world there or otherwise...... youre gonna need to figure out how to handle all that obvious anger. Otherwise, youre gonna cost your shop.To the other clerk, thanks for keeping it moving and laughing along. And for returning my debit card that I left. You told me what flavors you had, sold me the one I chose, and wasnt at all bothered to do it.To management, Im not here to be a snarky person. Just saying....maybe this isnt the experience you want a customer to have. Im honestly laughing at how extra this guy was. And honestly, yall wont miss my business. But, you might wanna get that guy a hug, or a role model, or something.

0/5 i took my kids here thinking it was a toy shop with cheap prices but what my kids saw they cannot unsee. Theyre now begging me to go back and get them the long pink cylinder toy. This ruined my kids childhood and how am I going to explain to my kids what this place *was*.

Went here a few times over my Christmas vacation in TN. Didnt really know what to expect because Ive never been in a place like this before but Im very happy with my purchases. Its been roughly 5-6months since Ive been here and everything I bought hasnt broken so Im not sure why theres so many complaints. The staff here is very welcoming and they wont make you feel weird or uncomfortable which I was very happy about as a first timer.Coming back to Tennessee next week hoping that the help wanted sign is still up, Thats how much I love this store and its employees!!!

Small and convienent for first time people. Quiet and peaceful environment and the staff are very friendly. Nobody bugs you while youre looking.

I have shopped at this store for years. Good people work there, the products are fantastic, and the environment feels calm and friendly. My only problem with this store is the service you receive after you purchase a product. I purchased an APX WAX product that requires you to change the coils in pretty much the same fashion as any tank for vaping. The store had NO PROBLEM taking my $50 for the product, but now here it is three weeks later and they STILL dont have coils for an item that they sell frequently. The only solution I was given was to wait, which thankfully I didnt. Out of curiosity I called to see if they had the product in and it was still out of stock 3 weeks later. This is terrible service in my opinion and I have resorted to using APXs website to buy what I needed, which is a major inconvenience considering the store 5 minutes from where I live carries their product line. APX may want to consider pulling from their shelves.

A mess of a driveway. No real way to discern whats a parking lot and what is uncharted concrete garbage. Staff is rude as hell, but what can you expect when 35 year olds are stuck in a dead end minimum wage job . get better staff or open some booths or something.

Ive bought a good bit of stuff from there but the last couple of times I get home and open the products and all of a sudden they no longer work. Im a bit pissed its just weird that they work at the shop and then they fall apart. Im tired of wasting money with the stupid no return policy I have the box and the receipt it is not my fault the products suck. If you back your products you should have some sort of a return policy.

About last year, I bought a steamroller/pipe because a girl with huge gauges in her ears told me it was name brand and bragged about it a lot.Right after getting home with my new pipe, I found out that it was an off-brand piece of nonsense that started falling apart. No joke, the glass bowl fell right out of the pipe as I unwrapped it. On top of that, it was a plastic tube when it was suppose to be glass. (I am talking about an incredibowl. She lied and sold me a fake incredibowl)Today, when I went back into Elations for other purposes, I saw the same girl that lied to me. I asked her if she remembered me and she denied it.Then, later on, as I went up to the register to pay for my new items, I asked her again if she did remember me; and she finally admitted to it this time.I told her that she lied to me and ripped me off and the first thing she said was HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?!That statement alone made me mad and I never want to return to this store again. Not to mention, everything is over priced.For example, that piece of junk off-brand steamroller can be bought online for a lot cheaper. Or, you can buy the real thing for the same price. I also noticed a vape pen was priced at 60 dollars when I bought it for 30 bucks over on Hwy 58.Anyways.....sorry for the rant. But I give this place a low rating because of the high prices and the lies I was told. But more importantly, that girl with the big gauges in her ears will lie to you, and will do it with no remorse. On top of that, if you confront her, she will just say HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?!tsk tskk.....
