Dr. Teixeira is my in-laws’ doctor. They have tried to reach his office for multiple things over the last few months and no one calls back. My father-in-law was being admitted to hospice care and the office couldn’t bother to call back. My mother-in-law is diabetic and burned her arm and her home care nurse called the doctor to see what he recommended to treat it with. This was 3 days ago and still no call back. These are only the most recent. This has been going on for a long time. This is unacceptable.

I have been trying to get in touch with Dr. Teixeiras office for the past two months for my mother, leaving 6 voice mails. It does not matter what time you call, no one answers the phone. They are not responding to pharmacy requests to get prescriptions refilled. II just received a call back.

My grandmother had a virtual appointment TWICE with him in which Dr. Teixeira didn’t call. The first time nobody called until almost 3 hours later saying they had a COVID meeting so that’s why he couldn’t meet during the appointment time. We rescheduled for the next day. Again, he the missed appointment and nobody from the office called at all. Have been trying to get in touch with someone from his office since last week and nobody will return phone calls. Absolutely horrendous way to run an office.

Dr Teixeira is a very caring doctor. His staff is so nice and helpful.

Professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and thorough. He identified and is working to correct issues unidentified by my previous primary care physician. He always has made time for questions from myself and my wife as well regarding my medical care. Recommends to specialty, which have so far confirmed his assessments. I work in the medical field myself and I would definately recommend Dr. Teixeira as a highly qualified and patient centered primary care physician from the perspective of both a medical professional and a patient.

Im not sure about all these reviews either! Dr. Teixeira is a great doctor and very thorough when he sees patients. I now seeing Laura and I think she is also fantastic, no complaints at all. The only complaint I have about this office is the wait time in the waiting room but I have accepted this and know to go prepared with my cellphone to be able to catch up on emails, reading, etc while waiting.

Used to be the best doctor. Not anymore. Too many mistakes and too many doctors in the same office. You leave 5,10 messages and the nurses never call back. Huge mistakes with my father.i am very disappointed. And the nurses are not nice at all. Too long waiting in the waiting room.

Doesn’t spend quality time with patients and misses life changing diagnosis. Also, doesn’t submit referrals in a timely manner which then causes patient to pay full premium for treatment facilities, i.e. physical treatment. I would give a zero star if I could. It’s basically a patient mill there. Cares more about money than patient’s health. So sad and concerning.

He was nice at first. After a while being there that changed significantly. He basically stopped listening to anything I had to say because of his overflow of patients (in one ear and out the other)he couldnt even remember what he had said to me the last time I was there. He then became EXTREMELY rude and would not even let me see/speak to him directly. Laura Tavares is the only sincere and genuine doctor he has there, but I recommend any other doctors office because he controls what Dr. Tavares can & cannot do.

Treats My Mother Like Gold. i like that hes bi langual just the wait time.. is the worst. i feel as if he double books patients but overall no complaints if my mother is happy&Healthy therefore im happy.

My parents are elderly and patients of Dr. Teixeira. My sister or I accompany my parents to their appointments to make sure we all understand the medical condition and prescribed treatment. Dr. Teixeira sees a lot of Portuguese patients as he speaks Portuguese fluently. I am impressed as to how much time he takes with my parents explaining the situation and addressing them directly instead of taking the easy route and speaking English to us. I find that he listens well and makes the appropriate recommendations. I also believe that because he takes his time with patients like my parents, sometimes he does get behind schedule. I commend him for taking the time to answer our questions on the portal and sometimes call the house to provide additional information. The same is true for Laura Tavares, NP. I would not hesitate to refer others to this office.

Ive met with Dr. Teixeira personally one time when I joined as a patient and I havent seen him since, however my first meeting with him was lovely.. Very polite man, very honest and genuine. I think his practice has now taken on too many patients b/c youre lucky to even get an appt. anymore unless its an emergency. Ive called the office and had to wait between 15-20 minutes on the phone before anyone picks up and when someone does they are extremely rude. Ive gone on the path of leaving voicemails or messages through the portal they have as well but your lucky if you even get an answer. Im not happy and looking for a new PCP, very unfortunate I was really looking forward to this office being great I had heard such awesome things about him...

Im not sure what these other reviews are about. Doctor Teixeira is a very kind and patient oriented Doctor. He has recently seen me, I am no one to him, and he has actually called me on the weekend and at night to make sure my pain has been managed and that I am ok. I work in healthcare and care say he is an amazing Doctor above many many others.

I heard so many nice things about this doctor and I actually had to talk my mother into going to him our first appt we saw dr texeira for a few minutes and he was pleasant we were taken care by a nice women but i wish the dr spent more time with us. Then my mom had a follow up appt this time it was a guy that works there. He did not want to listen to my mom again we saw dr texeira for maybe 2 minutes top and this other guy was rude and litterly told us we we had to leave cause there was another patient i know he wanted to go home but we also waited quit a while so he should take time . I have never felt so disrespected. He chose this profession and should take time with the patients. Not rush them. He is the professional NOT in this case. I did not catch his name but i know my mom was holding back tears and that upsets me cause i wanted a better doctor and like i said dr texeira is pleasant but he does not have time to see his patients.. It is unfortunate😥

Dr. Teixeira is a breath of fresh air. His bed side manors reflect true passion and concern for the patients total wellbeing. My elderly parents are new patients, they both left their first appointment with Dr. Teixeira feeling like they just met a new true friend, and a feeling of trust and comfort.

The front office is rude beyond belief, office manager could care less about your concerns. Texteira himself has too many patients and is rushing through the service. This has caused a mixup in records and delay in delivering result. Do not recommend.

The practice is tri-lingual. Attentive medical caregivers.

He is awful! I wouldnt let him take care of my dog! Takes forever to see him. If you make an appointment at 1 he wont see you till after 2!
