This place is a joke, when my son first started out he was doing great, and I thought this place was great, due to the covid 19 the office closed after they moved to Hapeville Ga for good and we started doing zoom calls, but I was noticing every week the tasks we were doing was the same with no changes. I asked the owner Jey Clemons for more input , and she failed to provide any feedback, so I pulled my son out and put him in another speech Therapy organization. Come to find out Jey Clemons and her team never did an evaluation on my son, they just put him on what worked best for Insurance Billing. So I am advising all Parents if you want a good speech Therapist Do Not, I repeat Do Not take your children here!!!!

I am so grateful for the wonderful job that jey is doing with my son. When she first started working with him, he was only saying 3 words. Now, he is saying so many words and it has only been 4 months. I could not be happier with my therapist. Id give her 10 stars if I could.

Jey and Shelby are the best. My daughter cried whenever she has to miss therapy. I really like how they transitioned smoothly from the office to teletherapy because of corona virus. My wife and I went to a office before Professional Speech and we are so happy that we shifted. If you want a caring therapist who will deliver at 110% then you should ask for jey clemons

Jey is sooooo great with my baby. I have learned so much from her and I could not be happier with my therapist. Thank you Jey. Your boss should give you a raise.

Ive been here twice. During the time I had concerns of my sons behavior and speech delay so his pediatrician referred me to these speech pathologists.1st visit consisted of one therapist watching him play as she asked me questions. Her recommendation was no t.v. and picture books. She also added she wasnt certified to say that he was or wasnt autistic, but added her thoughts and said he doesnt seem so.2nd visit was with a totally different therapist in a different room filled with toys, books and other reachable objects that arent safe for kids.This therapist handed my husband and I a book of sign language, also suggested no t.v. and shook a musical instrument while my son was distracted with a pile of toys and because he ignored her she said she thinks hes deaf in one ear and recommended us getting his hearing checked. Also added shes not certified to say so, but believes hes autistic.After missing the 3rd appointment due to phone tag, they havent called back. Our insurance cleared us to be covered for several visits a month and nothing.Since then hes been cleared by a hearing specialist and have moved forward with other services.I dont recommend this place.
