This is a satellite location in East Point. I used to see a doctor here years ago but have since just used the main hospital.I have mostly used this location for pharmacy purposes. This location is strict with enforcing social distancing and covid restrictions.Upon entering the premises your temperature us taken. You are then asked at the door the reason for your visit. The pharmacy has a number system that runs pretty quickly. Most of the time there is one associate at the window, sometimes two.The associate that I see every time I visit is the nicest person. She has a pleasant demeanor and is very professional. Although I have had to wait for my medicine, I have never waited longer than maybe 25 minutes. Its pretty much in and out as far as Im concerned.This location is extremely convenient and affordable. I love it.

To be honest, I do believe that this particular location is very unprofessional from the time u walk in. When u first walk in the 1st receptionist/staff member at the desk doesnt even speak to you.. doesnt say Can I help you or anything?! so youre literally standing there until the receptionist/staff member on the other side of the wall acknowledge you and finally ask Can I help you?. The atmosphere is very nonchalant and unwelcoming.

One of the worst locations y’all have. Very unprofessional and the females always have nasty attitudes all the time ! THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST GRADY LOCATION !!!!!!

This place is amazing. The lady on the pharmacy is sweet soul. And if theres an issue she will help with it.

Believe these reviews I have never been treated so poorly in my life!!! The nurses ( one in particular named Monique) have nasty attitudes, instead of trying to listen she wants to yell at me in a lobby full of ppl!! I love Grady but this clinic needs to do better!

This clinic has way more pros than cons! It’s clean, well run, and convenient/easy to get to. The staff is courteous and professional. The rooms are well lit and clean. I’m uninsured at the moment so having this clinic is wonderful. Take full advantage of this clinic if you need health services.

The phone conversation was enough for me. Very poor customer service skills. Being a place that handles pregnant women, unborn children you would think to have a more caring person answering the phone. Maybe someone who can give a little more detail besides yes and no.

I called the pharmacy to refill my medicine for 3 days straight!!! No-one answered the phone i had to go there...

I miss going here. They did so much more for me with no surprise bills even though my insurance was extremely limited. I could get my test results over the phone or in the app (where Im going now, I have to make an appt just so they can charge me again for the visit). They always had my meds right there in office and they really treated me like a whole person.

Pharmacy sucks!!!No one called me for my prescription. No one answers the phone. Will be sending my prescriptions somewhere else.

Ive been waiting on the phone for almost 2 hours before someone will address my concerns and Im still waiting.

First, let me say I am a retired Nurse, so I KNOWhow a clinic is run, they doan EXCELLENT job at this clinic! Thestaff is kind, efficient and professional.If you have an issue, then it is YOUnot them! Some of you go to ANYGrady facility, ready to complaincheck your attitudes

This clinic is staffed with very good doctors and medical staff, but it is extremely difficult to get follow-up appointments. Appointments can be as far in the future as 3-5 months! It can also be very challenging to get return phone calls from The Nurse Advice Line and local pharmacies have advised me that they experience difficulty reaching the doctors if they have questions regarding prescriptions. The waits at the clinic are not long and the staff seems dedicated to providing quality healthcare, but the inability to communicate with them, for any reason is POOR. This should be taken into consideration when choosing them as the primary care doctor. Also remember that appointments are backed up. If they correct these matters, they would render superior healthcare. On one occasion I left a voice message with my name, phone number and all pertinent information about my medicine needing to be refilled. I never received a return call. Again, I called and spoke with a nurse asking a medicine refill and I never received a call back or any type of follow-up. This nurse gave her name and assured me that I would receive a return phone call. It never happened. :-(

Ms.. Daphene was great and very personable. They had me in and out. Also willing to go the extra mile to assist me in getting my needs met.

The worst facility that Grady can have. They take at least 4 hrs to get your meds. Pulling a number is there way of taking control. But it shouldnt take that long to fill prescriptions nor does it take long to put it in the system. This place is ridiculously terrible. The only medical place I know that dress code isnt inforced.

I cant believe how evil and uncaring these medical staff is towards pts at these grady eastpoint clinic its just a pitiful shame and ridiculous how so call medical staff gets away with how they treat pts just horrible they care less if you live are die under they so call medical care you best believe one thing you are nothing to them ga is getting real bad about how they treat people in health care just heartless i will never go back to eastpoint grady Clinic ever again just horrible medical treatment i receive from these clinic )

After waiting 11 weeks to get a new patient appointment I arrived promptly at 10:01am for a 10:20 slot. Was seen promptly by the nurse at 10:57, and eventually by the doctor at 11:41Staff at the front desk were efficient and friendly and the PA or nurse was very professional and caring. Apart from another nurse bursting into the exam room without explanation or apology and banging around looking for something while my medical history was being taken, and then walking out mumbling, while leaving the door open, the intake session was fine. She also apologized that they were running late, which I appreciated. By 11:37 I was offered another apology and was seen just after that.The Doctor was excellent and I always feel that delays are sometimes a good sign that means the doc is spending time with each patient. And she certainly spent time getting to know me.All in all I was there for two hours but had a good experience and felt confident that my health was their focus.

These is a horrible grady east point medical clinic and it dont matter to them at these clinic about bad reviews about how these medical staff treat they pts the whole staff have a bad nasty attitude towards they pts the office manager is so rude she will not call you back if your life depended on it she will ignore all your e-mails they are very lazy and rude medical staff they do just enough to get by and its horrible the CEO at Grady health system allow these people to be mean and un careing to sick people) pts ) these medical staff is so heartless i will never ever go back to these clinic to get my medical care seen about just a evil and horrible medical staff smh .

Worst service ever. I verified with my insurance company that the doctor is IN network but they refused to check with my insurance company. They kept saying that they are only using their system to verify the insurance not going to call insurance company at all.

I can see the doctor and get my medicine with 1 visit. Both in under 2 hours.

The doctors try to microwave your appointment without giving any valuable information. Just standard testing and no follow up. I could get the same information for free off of Mayo Clinic or Web MD.

Worst doctors Ive ever dealt with. Even worse nurses and admin. Everyone is rude, tired, unhelpful! Stay away from dr. Onyeabor especially

Was in and out in no time. Staff was amazing, front desk , Medical Assistant Heidi , Dr. Williams, and pharmacy staff.

I waited for over a month and a half for prior approval from a Dr for some medication. After over a dozen attempts to resolve the issue over the phone, I had to take time out of my day to go back to the clinic. The person at the front had no sense of urgency to assist me; which was no surprise since the his supervisor/manager Candice McCory never returned several voicemail request for call back.I tried their complaint system where I spoke to someone named Eric who was supposed to look into complaint and call me back before the close of business. That was 4 days ago.This was my 1st time at Grady and my last. I pay too much for premium insurance to be treated like some POS. Because thats how I felt being totally ignored by everyone from the receptionist to the site manager to the corporate compliant department.If you have an option other than Grady, I ask you to use it. If East Point is indicative of the whole of Grady I truly feel for the residents of Atlanta.

I normally come to this location to see Dr. Ramaseshu Sarma, MD! Shes my OBGYN that I see on a regular basis! Shes an exceptional doctor! When I first visited her last year, I was having quite serious complications with my reproductive system and Now Im in much better health simply because I was under her care!

My wait wasnt long I spent about 2 hours total from getting there until walking out with my meds.Im so thankfulLadies behind front counter took awsome care they are kind souls and Dr Hunters nurse is wonderful and my Dr Hunter ...hes a gift from Godjust thanking all of you at GHS

Probably wouldnt give it a single star if I could. First time coming here with my mother and seeing the customer service that she received was upsetting on another level. The doctor did not show any sign of concern for the things she was telling him and he was really rude. Wouldnt recommend
