Love Dr. Egan & his team ! They are all kind. I went with Invisalign’s & my teeth are fixed in less than a year 👏🏾 I work in the medical field so my hours are difficult to give myself self care, not with Dr. Egan I do EVERYTHING AT HOME. I’ve probably made an appointment 3 times & that’s including my consult ! Best money I ever spend 🤞🏾

Easily the best orthodontist in Suffolk County is Frank Eagen. My children both had braces and their teeth are beautiful now thanks to Dr Eagen and his team. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody.

Dr.Egan and his staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. Plus, they even went out of their way to ensure my payment plan was doable for me and were extremely flexible and helpful. My 1st impression was 5 stars. Perfect. Everything was great. I gave them my $500 deposit. Until my neighbor saw the price quote on my table and said not one of her kids (who needed more or about the same work) were about $2,000 lower. It was the same price for braces as well as invisalign. So I figured Id research 1 more place in the area. I called the office the very next business morning and spoke to the office manager. She was kind and understanding. Even said, let me see what we can do about the price to toss our hat into the ring. I told Egan to hold onto my deposit as I was 75% sure Id be back.When I asked for the records to be sent to the other orthodontist office I got a call 2 days later and was told Id be charged $250. for the time they put into the assessment. Id get it back if I ended up doing business with them. That seems a bit excessive. Im my opinion considering they still had my deposit. It was a way to show good business manners. Maybe Im wrong, maybe Im not. I was never given a lower price to... keep their hat in the ring.Lets see how long it takes to get my $500 deposit back.Im sure their services are great but this conversation left a terrible taste in my mouth.3 stars for my overall experience... 1 for their flexibility and desire to work with their potential patients.

From the moment I called Egan Orthodontics, I knew we would be in good hands. The staff was friendly and helpful with setting up an appointment. When we checked in, my son was excited to see his name on the board and was quickly called in....zero wait time! After x-rays and pictures, everything was explained to me and a plan was set up. Dr. Egan took his time examining my son and answering my questions. As a former patient, I couldnt be happier with the level of service we were provided with and will be provided with in the future through Egan Orthodontics. :)

My daughter just became a patient here a month or two ago. The office is always well kept ( I actually asked who they used to clean their office. As the owner of a cleaning company myself I can appreciate and applaud a job well done! ) The staff is super friendly. Dr. Egan is very kind, patient and informative. I just love everything about this office so far.OH! My daughter broke a bracket a week into having braces and they were able to get her in immediately to have it fixed and get her comfortable again!

I was referred to Dr. Egans office after exploring the options of braces for my first son. I had already met with two other orthodontists and did not feel a connection. I know that sounds odd, but if you went to these other offices maybe you would understand. At Egan Orthodontics, I immediately felt comfortable, the staff is extemely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The office is clean and fun for kids and has the latest technology available. We have never waited long for the visit. Dr. Egan is very professional - both my kids like going to their appointments. I would highly recommend Egan Orthodontics.

Very positive experience working with Dr. Egan. Hes a dedicated professional and an expert at his craft. I was a severe case and using Invisalign, Dr. Egan transformed my bite. I continue to be stunned by the results Dr. Egan was able to achieve nearly a year after the conclusion of my treatment (which consisted of over 50 trays - did I mention my case was severe?). And Dr. Egans office staff is always cheerful and friendly. Very highly recommended.
