I had the good fortune to be treated by both Derek and Jennifer at the Patchogue office of Professional Care. During the six weeks of treatment, both were most professional, caring, personable and focused. They not only “worked the kinks out,” but they asked me for my feedback during each visit. It was their ability to listen to my own evaluation of the treatment that impressed me. If not for the context of getting physical therapy for a nagging injury, I might almost say I “enjoyed” each visit! They are truly an asset to the ProCare organization.I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention the wonderful treatment I received from Al, who explained all my exercises with a great deal of patience, and made sure that I was doing each movement properly. However, it was his positive attitude and cheerful demeanor that made the workout almost enjoyable.In Jennifer, Derek and Al, you have three quality employees. At 76yrs. old and a lifelong runner, being able to use the gym each day is most important to me. Please thank them for me.

In 2009 I had accident that left me with permanent damage to my neck and shoulders and in continuous pain. I want and I need the best care possible; I found that care at Professional Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. From the therapists to the aides, front desk staff to the back office staff, everyone is well educated and trained. They know their job, and they do it to perfection in a very friendly manner. The facility is well designed and immaculately clean. The owners, Jim and George, have involved themselves in the local community by holding food drives during the holiday season, offering free workshops and events, and participating in other community happenings. The office is not close to my home, but the care I have received is well worth the travel.

When you are coming out of surgery and you need to do physical therapy to make sure youre going in the right direction, This is the place you want to be All of the physical therapists are very good at their jobs which helps you feel better along the way... All good people again It is a beautiful BLESSING When a therapist is so good at their job it helps you get better faster and easier without all the pain they explain everything to you... I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to go there..

I have only been here 4 times so far but I can tell that this place is for me. The therapists are hands on and seem very knowledgeable (5 star) service from the front desk to back of house. Ive done pt at other places and this place tops them all so far. I finally have some hope that I may get a bit better, have less pain and feel possibly like myself again (praying).if you have to pay out of pocket dont worry its affordable (promise) I have faith in professional physical therapy and give my stamp of approval.

Top notch rehabilitation service. Everybody in here and I do mean everyone is completely kind and considerate. It is definitely not rare for this type of service but they go above and beyond. My son has been going here for two injuries for years now off and on and I must say they have always kept a excellent staff aboard.

All the physical therapists, assistants and receptionists are professional, kind, patient and friendly. I have been going for the last two months and I am very happy with their service. I hope to soon recover but in the meantime I throughly enjoy their company and service.

Like your PT assistant’s like Maddy who is with you every step off the way to recovery. Week after week after seeing your amazing PT Elizabeth she teams up with you to make sure your doing each exercise correctly and that you have the best of the best in your mind and body to perform your best. Maddy even genuinely cares about your day and the exercise you can do at home. I wouldn’t have stayed this long If it wasn’t for her and Liz’s support. Together they make a difference in my life and can also in yours.

Where do I begin…. If it wasn’t for Jim and his wonderful staff, I would not be enjoying life right now! My latest injury was back which led me to another hip replacement and I never thought I would recover. In fact, on my first surgical epidural, the nurse called me a cripple. Well that’s not the case anymore. I’m almost 100% and know with Jim’s help I will be 100%! I don’t just highly recommend Jim and any of his therapists, I swear by them. They are not you’re usual physical therapists, they are your saviors!!

My experience here has been nothing but phenomenal. From the first time I walked in to the smiling staff that you felt even behind the facemasks from each staff member from the front desk to every single person that I’ve dealt with has been simply amazing to help me on my path to recovery. Got to say my shining stars of Liz and Maddie words cannot say how amazing each day their true care and value of my mental and physical health mean to me. My husband and I have been under treatment by Professional PT in East Patchogue for the past 6 months. From the moment you step in the door Rebecca and Ann Marie greet you like a family member. Jackie has been our therapist and she is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Not only does she adjust the treatments for our needs but also the exercise program to obtain the best results. We are so pleased with the treatment we are receiving. Alex and Joe and the rest of the support staff are so upbeat and encouraging in our exercises. We live in a 55 and over community and have recommended the facility to several of our friends. They share the same good experiences and we will continue to recommend Professional PT.

My daughter had ACL reconstruction in January 2020. Tore her ACL and Meniscus playing lacrosse indoors her senior year of High School. She spent the first few months rehabbing in Professional Cares office in Riverhead with Brooks, Sarah , Marissa and staff. Her experience with that office was extremely positive, and one of the reasons we chose Professional Care was so that she would begin the return to sport process with Dr. Tilton in Patchogue. We knew that he worked with many athletes , high school, college and professional, and since our daughter is playing D1 lacrosse we needed someone who could get her back to where she was preinjury. Dr. Tilton was fantastic for our daughter. She met with him 3x a week for 10 weeks and really got the most out of her. He kept her on track, the facility was excellent, it allowed indoor strength and conditioning, and she was able to work on her running out doors as well. Dr. Tilton is big on technology in the rehab process. He was able measure and track speed, explosion, technique, and power and set and meet goals for her recovery. She is now beginning her journey as a college athlete, and her coaches told her just the other day that her therapist did a fantastic job. Mentally and Physically she is so much stronger than preinjury, and she intends to continue working with Dr. Tilton when she comes home for break. He offers one on one, and group training for athletes which is a really great option, and he is incredibly reasonable with the cost for these young student / athletes.

The purpose of my PT was to repair and strengthen the partial tear of my Achilles tendon. On my first day after being evaluated I had a PT work with me. She was excellent. The entire staff, from the ladies working the front desk to the assistants , are all excellent and do care about you. Youre treated with care and respect and as close to a family member as you can get.

I would like to thank the entire staff for the great care I received. The staff is top notch...competent, caring and courteous. Every time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed.Colin is the best physical therapist. He took the time to thoroughly assess my knee issues and devised a personal recovery plan for me.Before PT, I was limping and could not sleep due to my knee pain. Mentally, I was discouraged.However, after several weeks of therapy with Colin, I can now walk without limping, I can sleep better, and I can resume all of my regular activities! I feel like a million bucks!I’m walking on air! I have my life back. Thank you Colin!The exercises I was taught help to strengthen my leg and stabilize my knee. To me, the care I received was exceptional. From my observations, I believe every patient gets exceptional care!I’m so happy I chose Professional Care for physical therapy.I only have high praise for Professional Care.

Ive been coming here for 5 weeks to rehab my torn meniscus. All the therapists and support staff are phenomenal. They take time to get to know you and build an excellent rapport to foster a positive therapy environment to help you achieve the fastest recovery possible. The team really knows what needs to get done with orthopedic injuries to get you back to optimum functioning. Hopefully I never need PT again but if I do I know where Im coming!! Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I attend ProCare 2 times a week for 3 months throughout the summer for Occupational Therapy on my right elbow. When I first arrived, my arm was stuck at a 90 degree angle and wouldn’t go any straighter than that. By the time I left, my arm is now almost completely straight—something my surgeons told me was incredibly unlikely to happen.Amanda was my Occupational Therapist. She helped me in so many ways. Aside from aiding in my physical strength, Amanda helped my mental and emotional strength get back to where it needed to be. It is very demotivating to be told you won’t be the same ever again. Most times you want to give up and cry—give in to the pain. Amanda does a phenomenal job on picking your spirits back up and making you realize you can get better; you can push and do anything you set your mind to. She didn’t just save my arm, she saved me.Meg worked as Amanda’s assistant. None of this would have been possible without her. She gives such a friendly vibe to every workout; you barely feel like you’re even there!It goes without saying that the facility as a whole complied with COVID-19 rules and regulations. Every time I attended I felt safe and secure. As someone who has a very weakened immune system, this was important to me. Every time I walked in, I received the warmest greetings. Everyone there is so kind and personable. They remember you—you’re not just a face in the crowd.Thank you Amanda, Meg and the ProCare team for making OT such an enjoyable experience!

My time at professional care has been excellent I would highly recommend this facility to others in need The staff is very professional And caring Its a great environment and I feel my needs were met I must especially mention 3 people who were key to my experience. She is a treasure ...as my PT person throughout and such a pleasure to work with. She made this an amazing experience for me. Dont ever let her go. She is skilled beyond her years. The employees are very nice and tried very hard to help me with my knee but my knee would not cooperate. No matter how hard they tried i could not walk on my knee however I appreciated their efforts in trying to rehabilitate my knee.

In July of 2018 I sustained an injury to my upper back and shoulder blades. I had chronic pain and breathing was difficult. The next five months were filled with one doctor appointment after another and test after test. Nothing was found to account for my symptoms. In December of 2018, I approached Theresa and asked for her help. After speaking with her I knew right away that I had finally found someone who listened,cared about what I was going through, and wanted to help. She later referred me to George for an evaluation.I have been going to Professional Care PT since January and I couldnt be more grateful. With Theresa and George I couldnt have found myself in more knowledgeable, capable, and caring hands.They were always patient, positive, and always encouraging. Theyve helped me get my life back when no one else could. I was completely lost when I came to them, and I honestly dont know where I would be today if not for their help.

The therapists who helped me were great to work with. They took their time to genuinely help and improve my situation. They really care about helping all of their patients get well. Overall excellent experience and I would highly recommend Amanda and the therapists at Procare to anyone in need of occupational or physical therapy.

I have been going to Professional Care Physical Therapy since September and the quality of care is unmatched. My concerns are heard on an appointment-basis and my physical therapist Jackie is always modifying my treatment to suit where I am. I even talked my mom (who was not thrilled with the idea of physical therapy) into leaving her practice for Professional Care Physical Therapy and she said the difference was night and day - she told me The vibe is so friendly and positive that you walk out wanting to skip through the parking lot to your car! and I couldnt put it better myself. I truly cant recommend this facility and everyone here enough!

This is the best physical therapy office Ive ever been to. The people are all so nice helpful and knowledgeable. The office is very professional and is set up very well. The people at he front desk make you feel at home as soon as you walk in especially Sarah. Alana and Sammy are really friendly and helpful in setting up and explaining what you are doing. Awesome staff. I have been to a lot of therapy places and this is one of the best. After your time with your therapist the assistants works through your excercises one on one with you. Making sure you do them properly and are there to assist. The therapists are all great i have had an appointment with most of them. Each have different techniques but there is not one time i left there in pain or not wanting to go back. I have always hated going to therapy but i never minded going here. Very accommodating of your needs and the hours they have pretty much accommodate everyone.

Since I am slightly accident-prone, I have been a patient at Professional Care on and off since they opened in 2009 for foot, ankle, hip back issues, and following a few orthopaedic surgeries.The therapists and the staff are always friendly and quickly make you feel like family. Therapy is really a group activity, and there is tremendous camaraderie not only among the staff, but the patients as well.In my experience, the therapists to the aides have successfully managed to know when to push and when is too much. Everyone is very attentive to your needs.If you live within driving distance, I highly recommend them - you wont be disappointed. Ive never been!

Being a competitive athlete growing up, lets just say Ive been to my fair share of PT offices. Professional Care Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation has by far been the most impressive office in terms of treatment, service, personalization, and effort. Your first evaluation is a one on one talk with a therapist who examines you briefly and then explains what exactly your injury may be and their steps to full recovery. The workers all have amazing attitudes and you start to feel like family, not just a patient. The care and effort they give toward each individual is a testament to how happy they are doing their jobs. Ive been a frequent flyer in this office for almost 8 years and Ive never had a bad experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. You never feel like youre just another patient because the therapists take their time with you. The aides are always there to help you with your exercises and really push you to do the right thing. This is the best physical therapy office I have ever been to and I will never be treated anywhere else!

So, I immediately made a call and was pleased to get an appointment. Maddy, her assistant, is also very good and always makes sure that the exercises are being done correctly. My daughter has been a patient of Professional Care Physical Therapy for just over a year from MPFL knee surgery. The staff is always so polite Sarah always greets us with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. All the PT staff are always polite as well. Everyone works together to help my daughter reach her full recovery potential. Sammy, Derek Jackie to name a few always explain what is going to be expected of my Daughter and show by example I am very happy with Professional Care Physical Therapy If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everyone is great & makes you feel at home. The treatment I had for a bone fusion in my right foot made me a believer in the health care system.. I cant put into words how grateful I am for the ability to walk without limping or pain.. this is the first time I can walk without pain in over 10 years.. now Im having trouble with my neck and the choice for treatment was clear. Hey Guys It’s Luke, this place is absolutely incredible. I have been coming here since 2017 and it’s been a great experience the whole time. Tom (one of the the therapists) is actually the one who told me that my shoulder was messed up after hearing from a doctor that it was okay. He referred me to Doctor Paci and it turned out I needed surgery. Unfortunately, I got hurt again and got the same surgery again but the set-backs in sports were made up by the bond I made with other employees and therapists. The help and guidance everyone gives you is genuine and when you leave this place you will feel completely different, whether it was because your injury or pain was cured or because you had a great conversation with one of the staff members. I highly recommend coming here, no matter what age or whatever injury you have you will be treated like family.

ProCare is a truly amazing place with a very caring and compassionate staff. George and his team skillfully motivate their patients and inspire them to do their best through encouragement and kindness. George is exceptionally knowledgeable, and the entire staff REALLY cares how the patients are progressing. Several years ago, after breaking two femurs, I experienced the wonderful work which ProCare accomplishes. I arrived in a wheel chair and am now back to walking as I did before my injuries. I highly recommend ProCare!In addition, George and his associates are actively involved in a variety of programs and activities to enhance our local community. It is my pleasure to recommend George and staff!!
