I am not one to write reviews but I had to take a moment to say what a truly wonderful experience I had with this office. Everyone was so nice and caring. Dr. Sanchez was amazing. He made me feel comfortable and was very thorough in not only determining where my pain was coming from but also the process I needed to have done so much so that I was not even a little nervous to have my first root canal done. It was a completely painless procedure. The friendliness, care and concern shown by all made such a difference. Amazing! Thank you!!

The staff was kind and polite from the moment you walk in the door. Having any sort of dental work always makes me a bit anxious. They all have wonderful chair side manners, are calming, helpful and happy to answer any questions. This was honestly one of the best experience I have had!

Dr. Sanchez was amazing. He reviewed and explained the scans of my teeth before he even started my root canal. He explained in details the state of my teeth and gums and what the best approach for the best results. He continuously asked me if I were okay and if I had any questions. No doubt, the best experience I ever had a dentist chair. The staff were very informative and accommodating. I even got a call the next day, to check up on me, to make sure everything was okay, and to remind me, if I had any questions, to give them a call. I went in this morning, just before 9. I was out little after 10. I have to say it was an extremely pleasant experience, starting with the three dental assistants, who took x-ray photos. During the procedure, Dr Joubert was very informative at every step. Was I nervous? Yes, for certain. (Don’t talk to friends about root canals). A few erred on the side of terror. The technical side was impressive, too. One more compliment. You know how you frequently get estimates ranging from the lowest to the highest, and you invariably get charged the highest? I had my first root canal yesterday at the age of 60. I was apprehensive and somewhat fearful of the unknown, but Dr. Joubert was excellent! Last November I had a routine root canal preformed by another dentist. From day one it didn’t feel right. I kept going back until he referred me to an endodontist who didn’t accept my insurance. I called Dr. Joubert’s practice who takes my insurance and made an appointment. Monday I went in for x-rays and evaluation. Thursday I had the first part of my procedure done. Today is the first day my mouth has felt right in almost a year! Both the doctor and his staff are excellent. Friendly and easy to communicate with. I wish they did regular dentistry here! Judging by the 162 5-star reviews, my experience was not unique. These doctors and the medical staff know what they are doing and made getting a root canal a pleasant experience (who says that?!?). Dr.Sanchez was very knowledgeable, he walked me through every step of the procedure and is the only dental professional yet to not have to go back in and give me more Novocain (my dentist is very good too, though). Anyone who needs a root canal, you’re making a huge mistake if you go to another doctor. If I have the misfortune of needing another root canal, I will only go here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am one of those people that are afraid of the dentist an my experience this morning was amazing . The office was well run from the paperwork to the Covid protocol as well as my insurance Benefits and what was covered and what was not. The dental hygienist was an absolute sweetheart and walked me through the entire process. Dr. Sanchez was literally extremely comforting, explained everything… Gave me all my options and did a completely painless root canal . Thanks to them I am in the mend! 💕💕💕

The office gave me a next day appointment with Dr. Sanchez for a root canal. I was in pain for several weeks and when it got unbearable, East Endodontic gave me a next day appointment. I was a bit concerned because Dr,. Sanchez seemed rather young to me and I didnt know anyone who was treated by him..However, Dr. Sanchez may be one of the top 3 health care providers I have had in my seven decades of living. The dental equipment was top of the line. He explained to me the anatomy of the tooth and procedure he would perform as I looked at my tooth on a 3D X-ray. Over my many years I have had several root canals and explanations from others, but this was the first time I understood exactly what was going on. During the procedure, he let me know the next thing he would do, how it might feel and how long until wed be finished. Every 10 seconds he would ask if I was OK to make sure I was not in pain and that the procedure was going perfectly. I waited for him to come in the room for 3 minutes and when he came in he apologized. But most important, the procedure was painless. I had a little soreness that night and was almost 100% the next morning. I rarely write reviews, but would never forgive myself if I didnt share with the world that Dr. Sanchez is the Endodontist to go too if you need a root canal.

Dr. Joubert and his staff put me at ease during a stressful time. His calming demeanour and impeccable bedside manner is not something that can be taught. His genuine care for his patients and knowledge of his craft is the reason why I would recommend Dr. Joubert to my family and friends.

Hands down this was the most positive experience with not one but two root canals, and I have had a few. From support staff to Dr. Jouberts professional expertise, I was made to feel comfortable and thus confident throughout my experience. East endodontic at 250 Patchogue yahphank rd in East Patchogue is by far the best dental experience I had in my adult life. When I tell you I left this establishment highly satisfied believe me. Dr. Sanchez went to extreme levels to explain every single aspect of my procedure to me. No disrespect to the lovely lady that was very delightful and welcoming, the doctor did it for me. He did such a great job I’m thinking about going back to school to be a dentist just so I can work alongside him. Crystal clear comprehension, he answered the tirade of question I bombarded them with. Gentle hands during my root cana,l paid extreme close attention to me during the entirety of my procedure. This took me aback because I was thinking how can he be focused on my teeth and still remember to check on me. My dentist, Dr. Sarah Vignola, referred me to East Endodontic Dental Specialists Dr. Alexander Sanchez. I looked at Dr. Sanchez background and like Dr Vignola, he had attended Stony Brook Dental School. ( I earned my own Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences at SUNY @ Stony Brook, so I was suitably impressed.) I saw many stellar reviews for this endodontist.I was quite pleased when I went on my first consultation. The equipment is very state of the art, the facility is impeccable and the staff is warm and friendly. Every aspect of my treatment and the billing was clearly described and explained. My return visit involved a Root Canal to a tooth to remove an abscess followed by re-sealing the tooth. The entire procedure went calmly, safely and efficiently with great attention given to my comfort throughout the treatment. Every movement between the doctor and the technician was seamlessly choreographed. The feel of this practice is one of pleasant, efficient calmness.I was quite satisfied with my experience, and feel lucky to have found this practice. One of my neighbors is looking for a good Endodontist, and I immediately referred him to this office after I returned home.

😊 I was so so pleased with the service we received today. The receptionists are the sweetest woman ever! My Dentist sent me to Dr. Sanchez for an emergency root canal. I have never had a root canal and dont do well with needles so my anxiety was at an all time high. I had a root canal done on March 13 2021. I was honestly really scared because I have never needed a root canal done. I got a referral to dr Sanchez form my dentist. I got to say he was amazing and always asking if I was ok And if I was in any pain. He was so attentive to make sure that I wasn’t in pain and if I was okay while he was working on my tooth. I would reccomandation this dr for a root canal to everybody. He was also very thorough on explaining what was going on and what he had planned. If I could I would give him more than 5 stars. So naturally it would need to be corrected from the botched work! So when I was told I needed to retreat the tooth I was panicking. Dr. Joubert is super chill and professional. I was treated with respect and kindness while he and his assistant worked on my tooth. Honestly, I have had filings that have been more uncomfortable than this retreat root canal. Do yourself a huge favor and relieve yourself of any nervousness of getting a root canal and go see Dr. Joubert and staff!

Great experience. Dr Joubert was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me clearly and consisly. I was referred by an oral surgeon who believed i needed root canal. Dr Joubert felt that my tooth needed to be extracted and referred me back to the oral surgeon. He was honest. He could have done the root canal and a few months later I would have needed the tooth extracted anyway. I highly recommend him.

No one wants to get their first root canal during a pandemic, but Dr. Joubert and East Endodontics made things as smooth as possible for me. Clerical was professional and friendly. Very friendly staff, excellent doctors, and most importantly, painless procedures. Nothing during the procedure (riot canal) I had and nothing afterwards besides general soreness (which was next to nothing). I would recommend this place to anyone. Great experience.

This practice rates number 1 from the girls at the front office to dental assistants and of course the amazing dentists. You are given special, kind caring TLC. Absolutely amazing! I have such a fear of dental work that I’ve waited YEARS until it was too late and I needed 2 root canals :( when I say Dr Sanchez was amazing and understanding it’s an understatement! I literally felt NO PAIN the entire procedure. He checks with you every step of the way (so much so that he even says “sorry I know I’m asking a lot but I just want to make sure you don’t feel a thing.” His staff is so amazing after only being there 2 times they were joking with me and making me feel right at home. IF YOU HAD A FEAR OF THE DENTIST IN THE PAST AND YOU DONT GO SEE DR SANCHEZ YOURE PUTTING YOURSELF THROUGH UNNECESSARY ANXIETY! Great People and Great Office!

I can not praise this office and Dr. Joubert enough in this review.I started experiencing some tooth pain back in early April 2020.During of which, we were in the heart of the Covid-19 Pandemic.I was able to see my dentist for an emergency visit, where he determined my root canal from years ago (15 plus years) was starting to fail.He recommended Dr. Joubert to correct the situation. I had a total of two visits to complete the procedure. Both visits to his office was absolutely wonderful. The procedures they followed dealing with Covid-19 made me feel at ease, and Dr. Joubert was extremely patient while explaining all questions and concerns I had. Professional, accommodating, and extremely caring. This is the entire staff at East Endodontic. A Root canal can be quite intimidating however Dr. Sanchez made it less intimidating for me. He explained in detail every step of the way. No pain at all, simple discomfort and soreness of the mouth due to being opened with the mouth guard for an extended period. That was it for me.

Dr. Joubert and his staff are outstanding in all respects. I was referred to his office for retreats on 2 teeth. Dr. Joubert explained in detail the need for the procedure and was able to display my scan on the large monitor on the wall while explaining it. I honestly felt no pain when he gave me the Novocain injection. When he said a little pinch I waited for it but there was none!! Everyone in the office is wonderful and truly concerned for your well being. Cindy and Joan are awesome! I seriously hope I do not have a need to revisit the office in the future, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call upon Dr. Joubert again.Thank you East Endodontic you are the Best !!!

The office fit me in on a Saturday afternoon got an emergency tooth problem. Dr Sanchez was very kind and took the time to go over my options. We decided the tooth had to be removed and he even tried to find someone to do the job Saturday. When he couldn’t he made sure I had the pain meds I needed to be comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Sanchez!! Thank you!

I took my daughter in for a root canal, and she was terrified to walk in the door. Dr. Sanchez and the entire staff were very patient, and very helpful in easing her anxiety. They gave her all the time she needed before doing any work. And once they got started, she actually ended up enjoying herself (that may have something to do with the laughing gas.) I highly recommend this practice, and cant say thank you enough to everyone there who helped me and my girl :-)

Im the person who needs a root canal during a pandemic . I went to my regular dentist Dr Rostkowski and he took an xray and he sent me to DR Joubert to get a CT scan...well wasnt good news but he was able to do it right then and there!! I was scared since i never had a root canal before and hearing the stories...ughhhhh....the only thing that was uncomfortable was me laying down for the time it took and it was not that long!!! HIGHLY recommend and will definitely refer him to family and friends...and anyone that reads this review.....Now i know why my dentist sent me to him!!! AND STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY!!!!!
