W&S Dominican Hair Salon has been awesome. I moved out east from the city just 5 months ago and was happy to find this salon. The owners are very sweet and kind and work as a team. I love the overall experience with my hair and having meet them both. Very hard working, professional staff.

Great people just wish they were more gentle with African American hair and used a bigger comb , instead of tugging on the hair

They are a very decent place but the wait time will drive anyone insaneee. I went at 10am and left at 3pm. The girls work and do their best to get you out of there but they are always busy.

These two girls know how to do hair. They are professional and know their craft. I highly recommend this salon

Don’t bother making an appointment. This place runs more like a barber shop then a salon. Waited an hour after my “appointment” to get started. And the workers took a break to do their own hair. Although previous reviews say it is well priced.There is no pricing posted and no explanation previous to service. Just an over priced final amount. The 2 ladies there would only speak in Spanish. Being mixed heritage it was a sad experience. I have been away from home so long. Was excited to be back in my old neighborhood and relax with some me time with ladies that wouldn’t call my hair too thick. Or flat out refuse service because they didn’t know how to do my kind of hair. Really wanted to love this place and be a regular. But left after sitting around for almost 5 hours of sitting in silence. Just a disappointing experience.

The ladies were very nice, and accommodating. They do great hair, definitely going back there.

An amazing place to get your hair done, there is a bit of a wait but the end result is worth it.

I made an appointment for 10:00am and when I walked in there were like 7 people ahead of me and I waited and a half hour later I walked out. No acknowledgement that I was there. When you have children and have to work around there schedule you don’t have time to sit and wait. She should have just said I am busy right now but if you come at 12 I would have respected the business a little more.

Love love love this place! Never thought I would find a Domonican hair Salon that would be reasonably priced, but I was wrong! I am very pleased. Now my hair will grow long again. This is definitely now my regular place to go! Hmm my hair smell so nice too!

As an African American who understands Spanish. The woman who was doing my hair was calling me dirty in Spanish. I called her out on it and she changed the subject. I think its rude because most of the clients there are African American. They want to take black peoples money but they dont want to respect them. I suggest you go to ULTA to get hair done and stop doing business with people who hate black people.

I walked in and was greeted immediately. Wendy did my hair. This salon has a very pleasant and friendly environment with a new clean feel to it. Prices are decent. I paid wash/set $30, trim $5 and rinse $10. I didn’t blow out my hair after, I had them wrap/doobie it with pins and left. I used a debit card, they charged me an additional $2. You have to let them know in advance that your going to leave a tip in the total amount charged. I was surprised when I went to sign my receipt, there was no line to enter my tip amount. Paying with cash is better overall. Definitely going back again.

Went today, clean, professional and fast. Was in and out. Hair and eyebrows came out great even after 3 months of growth and horror. Will be returning.😊👍

Taya is the real deal cornrows better then anyone Ive been to. Definitely go here for your breads, cornrows. Friendly personality and most of all didnt hurt when she was braiding.

The salon is super clean and there customers services is great. If you have long curly hair they know what there doing dont be afraid to give them a try.

I send my daughter their really good for girls with thick curly hair they it pin straight.

They are very nice here, and know what they are doing. They are very polite even though they dont speak English . Make sure you bring your cellphone here as theres nothing in English on their Television.

Clean and neat hair salon. The staff is super friendly and they are bilingual (speak both english and spanish). Ive gone to hair salons where they charged me more for my type of hair or they had no idea how to style and dry it but this place was different. They knew exactly what they were doing. I wasnt charged extra and they styled and dried it exactly as i wanted. Thank you for the amazing service!! I would highly recommend this place and will be coming back! GREAT PLACE.

It was horrible today a customer wanted just a blow out after washing she was told she had to sit under the dryer in which she does not do after waiting over an half an hour before it was her turn if you come to a place of business and you cant get what you want and they tell you what you have to do no I dont think so there fore I will not be attending this business ever again so disappointed
