I was looking for a good local podiatrist for my father. My google search led me to Dr. Thealls office and we were not disappointed. The staff was nice (esp Anna) and the Dr. was patient and personable. You can always tell when someone puts their heart into their work.

I would give no starts if I could *beware* they charge $25 dollars for missed appointments(there were a few missed because of in and out hospital visits)..this person is a dialysis patient in a wheelchair..battery died over the weekend..Medicare patient on a fixed income of 700 a month and the doctor wants part of it...what a joke.. that policy should be waived given the community in which he chooses to practice..of course when we made the appointments she had every intention of keeping it but do they realize things happen that are out of patients control..made appoint with Dr. Demi Turner in montclair and look forward to creating a healthy Doctor/Client relationship!!

Dr Theall has been my Podiatrist for the past 25 plus years. He has treated my corns, callouses, ingrown toenails etc. Initially my feet was a mess. I have been suffering with foot pain for many months, as time passed it started to affect my back and walking or standing was painful. I tried many different shoes and supports, but nothing helped. I went to see a podiatrist that who barely looked at my foot and just told me to stretch and it would go away in 6 months or so. It was very frustrating . Finally, I was able to find Dr Theall, who took the time to examine my foot and see what issue was and most importantly helped me with the right treatment! I got customized shoe inserts, orthopedic shoes and medication. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the staff is great everyone is very pleasant.

I am the parent of a disabled adult who was severely in need of a podiatrist. My daughter has trouble communicating and expressing herself. It takes a special kind of doctor to treat her with the respect and care she deserves. I found TWO such doctors at Gentle Touch Footcare. I am always hesitant when I take my daughter to a new doctor. Will they take the time to understand her way of communicating....will they be patient? I neednt have worried.From the very first time my daughter and I set foot inside the office we were treated with kindness. The office staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Both Dr. Theall and Dr. Saleh talked TO my daughter...not AT her. They explained to both of us what her problems were and the method of treatment. They were WONDERFUL!! I am extremely disappointed in this place. I visited them some months back because I have an old scar on my left ankle that was causing some pain. From the first visit it became obvious that these doctors did not know what they were doing. Right off the bat I showed them that I do not wear socks on that leg as it make it sore and painful. Inspite of this they went ahead and tied my leg up in a tight and bulky bandage that barely fit my extra wide shoes even with the zipper down, claiming it will help the bone heal. I went along with the plan telling myself that they are doctors who know what they are doing but, I was wrong. Instead I ended experiencing the most excruciating and agonizing pain i had ever felt, and thanks to my leg I have a very high pain tolerance threshold. I could not even sleep properly at night because the leg kept pulsing. Finally when I thought the pain will drive me out of my minds I took a pair of scissors to the constricting bandages. The doctors were neither concerned nor apologetic but were instead condescending even after I relayed my experience during the second visit. All they cared about was selling their products to me, even those not in the slightest bit related to my case. Do yourself a big favour and find better qualifications elsewhere. These sleazy guys will also keep sending junk mails to you even after you change your address and no matter how many times you call them to stop. Makes you wonder who they are selling your information to.

My first visit to this office was Satisfactory, they took care of the problem.The staff was friendly and Dr. Saleh was excellent. I was given a follow up appointment and when I came back I was surprised I had a different doctor, his name is Dr. Theall. From beginning to end he was very rude and condescending. It felt like an interrogation rather than a consult of determining the progress of my condition. I will never visit this place again.

I have never enjoyed visiting a Foot Doctors office as much as this one! I was referred to Dr. Thealls office after breaking AND dislocating my 4th toe. The pain was escruciating. Thankfully; I have followed Dr. Thealls and Erics advice to the T and I can say I have had one of the speediest recoveries! I thought my summer was ruined. If you are experiencing any type of foot discomfort I strongly suggest you visit Dr. Thealls office. I promise you that all the smiles you will be met with will have you feeling better immediately!

I have been a patient of Dr Theall for over 5 years. I have juvenile Diabetes and of course I have to pay close attention to my feet due to the many complications diabetes can cause. I do see Dr Theall regularly as I should. When I call the office it is for an emergency. Either a sudden spill of hot grease on my foot while baking, a splinter on the bottom of my foot, a bruise from bumping into the foot of my bed are only some of the many reasons where I had to make early morning emergency calls to the office and I was seen instantly. The staff was always accommodating, understanding, and patient. From all of my experiences my last experience was very emotional ajnd shocking. I called the office early in the morning due to discomfort on the bottom of my foot. I was seen instantly only to discover my discomfort was due to a foreign body that entered the bottom of my foot which was a stranof hair. This foreign body was removed however due to walking using my own poor compensatory techniques this led to many x-rays, a MRI, a soft cast, and time off work. Throughout this unpleasant shocking experience the ENTIRE staff was great. I got very emotional for the very first time . The medical assistant Eric was very knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions were taken. I am so very happy I listened to his advice and the advice of Dr.Theall. Now approximately 3 wks later I have orthotics and very fashionable orthotic sneakers. I am happy and pain-free

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude towards the staff at Dr. Bruce Theall podiatry office. The entire staff was very welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable. Special credit to Dr. Saleh, he was able to evaluate my foot problem right away, and found the best solution for my foot pain. By the way, this was my very first visit to a podiatrist. Prior to my visit with Dr. Saleh, I had experienced sudden pain in my right heel. I didnt know what caused the pain, but assumed that it was from exercising, a strained muscle or something. It was so intense that I was unable to walk home from the train station, which was five minutes away from my home. So I took a taxi home, and started working on my foot pain with home remedies, I did so for about four days, but no relief. Thankfully, I was on vacation that week, so avoiding work was easy, but unfortunately, my vacation plans were ruined.Anyway, today I saw Dr. Saleh to pick up my orthotics. I havent experienced foot pain this past week, thank God. However, Ill be wearing my orthotics to prevent future foot pain, and continue with my foot exercises, which Dr. Saleh had recommended, since I have flat feet. And I sure appreciate my feet more than ever now. Cant do much within them.Thanks again to the staff, and I would highly recommend your team for anyone in need. Best podiatrists in town!
