Dr. Roy and Quality Care Physical Therapy were very professional and hands on from the beginning.Between explaining the process and her supportive staff, my experience with Quality Care and Dr. Roy was top notch.She does know what she is doing.

Roy is my therapist and she massages my knees..asking how it feels and it really feels great...there is also improvement which relieve the pains and strengthen the muscles in both legs... I climb my stairs much better now the staff is really caring and shows concern is a great help. Thank you.

Quality Care Physical Therapy is Awesome! I I didnt know what to expect when I first began therapy, but when I first walked threw the door I felt a calm, kind, caring at home feeling, from the receptionist to all the staff.DR Roy is such a caring, hands on Dr.that truly cares about the patients, and the therapy that she is giving. The employees at the east Orange quality care are very courteous and caring about there patients. They always ask patients how are there patients are feeling . Doctor Niki is very nice and she’s caring she makes sure that you do all your exercise and do it correctly . when she is in private area with you She talk to you and make you know what she doing. I love when she massage my feet’s , I feel like I want to go to sleep i have to remember that I am not home. I think the staff is great.

Quality Care is exactly what you receive here. The staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Roy is amazing. I have Achilles tendinitis brought on from having flat feet and doing too much cardio at the gym. Dr. Roy took the time to explain in full detail the effects of my injury, why I am feeling pain in areas that I thought were unrelated to my injury. She also gave me a workout plan that I have been following. This was a big deal for me because I worked very hard to lose 30lbs and I was worried I would start gaining the weight. That has not been the cause. I have been able to continue to lose weight while recovering from my injury.

Dr Nikki was extremely detailed caring and gave my Achilles the proper attention in order for my Achilles tear to heal properly. I would recommend quality care, the Dr.’s Dr. Nikki and Dr. Roy as well as the staff are courteous and makes it feel like a family

Machines were wiped down before and after patients used them. I thoroughly enjoyed my care. The ball, bike, heat treatments and hand massages were awesome. That massager thingy for deep tissue massage is the best. I must find one of those. I fely a huge difference after my first session.Im very satisfied with this place. Overall it was good experience receiving PT at this facility. My physical therapist was great & always available (which is most important to me). There is rarely a wait time & they even stay open later than most PT Offices. The facility was always clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful all the time. Dr. Priti & her staff are great. She is one of the best. I appreciate the services I received at Quality Care Physical Therapy.

So I have been working with( Dr. Pretty ) the improvement for each session is immediate. I have been cracking my neck for years and essentially in pain everyday and every time I have a session hear something gets better and stays improved. Everyone at work. Polite friendly its clean they do everything spell check on you a lot. As a patient here, I am more thank satisfied with my experience . Dr.Prtti and Dr.Ron are awesome ! Dr.Prtti is very attentive and careful with me. Came in with an unbearable left knee pain and so far my knee is doing great. Physical therapy definitely helped me, especially with the care Dr.Pritti provided !

Dr Prita (I cant spell her name) really helped me with my heel spurs and planters fitiatus. Pain went from a 8 to a 1.

I asked the woman at the front desk for a report that states that the therapy treatment that I recieved is not satisfying my condition, as my neurosurgeon requested me to retrieve from their office. She told me that I would have to renew my prescription and come 12 times in order for her to print a report stating that? She seemed to have taking it personally. Its clear to the surgeons that I need surgery and the PT is not the solution... and needed the report for their records, so as to report to the insurance company when they request approval to do the surgery.I should report her to her superiors. Even the child that was with her seemed very irritated with her. How trifling and shiftless is that? I swear! I will never go there again! Nor recommend them especially if shes working there. How does one try to sound professional and look incompetent and lazy at the same time. Like eggs and popcorn, its just dont go. Huh? Thanks for nothing!11-28-2018, 8:50am

I couldnt even get to the phone call the first woman didnt understand nothing I said the second woman came on she was Stern and all I wanted to do was make an appointment for physical therapy for my first visit out of surgery dont go there

When I first came to Quality Care Physical Therapy, I could not move my arm. Dr. Roy was very patient. Each session she massaged my arm and stretched it a little bit. After several sessions, the black and blue marks on my arm were gone. I recommend Quality Care for any shoulder injury.
