The providers and staff are good and polite most of the time. However, the staff needs needs more organization and training in communicating properly with patients. They seem to simply not care if patients get their prescriptions, test results or any other follow up matter with other providers or insurance needs. Been waiting for over a month to get an insurance authorization and still nothing!! I only know it was denied because I personally called the insurance company myself. They simply just dont care and its unacceptable in health care profession!!

Dr. Ramdas has been my doctor for a while now. I wish I could rate them a zero. I called them last night informing them I test positive for covid. To see if they can send a prescription over to my pharmacy because Im having difficulty breathing. The operator said she will have the doctor call me back. I never received a call back. So I called back today during office hours and they tell me the doctor gonna reach out to me Monday. I asked can the doctor just send over a prescription I am not trying to come to the office. The nurses that answered the phone said the doctor is very busy today. And she wont be able to get back to make anytime sooner. I am very disappointed with the doctor and his staff.

Frighteningly incompetent.Dont answer phone, launches into some weird company message, voice mailbox is full, hold for 10 minutes and then they dont know how to schedule an appointment for a specific test. Is this place legitimate?

If you want to be taken care of by mechanic Go there because you never get to see the doctor but you get to see lots of mechanics plus eat something please because you will be there the The minimum 3 hours before you even get to see one of their mechanics

I have been a patient of Dr.Ramdas for well over 10 years. Ive also had the pleasure of working with him. Dr. Ramdas is a great doctor, he actively listens, compassionate, knowledgeable and transparent. Unfortunately I cant say the same for his NP that works with him. Last year she sent me for all these test because they said I had an enlarged heart, retaining urine, microscope blood in my urine but didnt take action until the third urine test, also she got one high blood pressure reading and immediately began talking about medication without seeking other factors why my pressure was high that day. After seeing many specialist, 2 mammograms, an ultra sound and a trip to the breast specialist, they found nothing. The NP never called to give my results, and recommendations of any. Today, one year later, I visited the office for a simple physical exam, only for the same NP to tell me I must take a Covid test to be seen. I refused and now have a new doctor thanks to failing to let me know before coming to the office when I made my appointment and requiring a Covid test to be seen. The new doctor only takes a temp. I will miss Dr. Ramdas but that NP I refuse to deal with.

I have been a patient of Dr Ramdas for little over 2 years. The receptionist have been very polite and professional. They always try to help an accommodate your needs. The medical assistants are caring and professional. The medical providers show concern and care about your well being. Thank you to you All..

I have been going to Dr. Ramdas’ office for quite a while and he’s definitely a great guy. He listens to your concerns. Now there’s new staff, he’s barely in his office, no one picks up the phone; they just forward to voicemail. The service is a slow. It’s quite upsetting. Staff is poor in customer service.

Always love the care and respect from Dr. Ramsay and his staff. He show is concern about people health and what is going on with them. Hes a great listener, not like other doctors I had negative experience with. Other doctors doesnt take the time to hear what your chief compliant is, they rush to get you out, dont explains things well, and misdiagnosis you. But with Dr. Ramdas, hes different. Not only he helps to resolve with causes you to be ill, but he takes the time and energy to solve the problem. Yes I will refer anyone to him. He doesnt make you feel like a complaining patient. He makes you feel welcome. A plus in my book.

My Dad was with Dr Ramdas and i went back to the US with Dad for his check up aboyt 2 years after he had relocated to Nigeria. The staff at the clinic were attentive, polite and very helpful and Dr Ramdas himself was exceptionally amazing.He remembered my Dad instantly!!! And made the trip very easy and fulfilling.
