This doctor has cared for my mother and is very rude. He was very inconsiderate and unhelpful with my mother and condition. He wanted her to sign in just so he could get paid for her visit. She came in the week before to get a referral to see an eye doctor, which he wrote incorrectly. His staff although very accommodating was unaware how to use the system as well. I called twice and the optometrist Office called twice during business hours. We were left with no answer. I called and spoke with a horizon healthcare specialist operator who batched me through to an emergency physician. When they answered the phone. They answered saying, “who’s this?”. I soon realized this was Dr. Prasad. He yelled at me over the phone and told me to come back to his office to get a new referral paper. I asked him could he fax it or send it electronically since we were 30 minutes away at this point and had now missed our appointment window. My mother was in extreme pain and had waited for two weeks for our Apointment. He yelled again and said he was driving and to come to the office and quickly hung up the phone.Once at the office he greeted my mother by saying, “ who are you?”He could not train his staff member on how properly submit the referral. We had to drive home 30 minutes then wait another 30 minutes as the staff member in Dr. Prasad’s Office now tried their best to navigate the referral process.He was adamant on her signing his sign in sheet. We spoke with the attendant in the office and he kept asking why she was here and that she needed to sign in. She explained that she was here because the referral was written incorrectly. He then clapped in her face and told her to leave his office RIGHT NOWHORRIBLE DOCTOR AND HORRIBLE SERVICE on his part. I am surprised he is still allowed practice medicine and treat people like animals.

I been SEEING him since late last year first he was nice i guess then he had me go for a bunch of tests and my primary dr seen the results and spoke to him he told me to take 2 perks and see a therapist totally dismissed me now i need some of my paperwork from the tedt i took to get a 2nd opinion and he is giving me a runaround and so rude time to file a complaint with hippa
