AMAZING!!! Kind, compassionate, professional staff. Ms. Lopez has a heart of GOLD!!! Very support and wants you to be made whole. Even through the pandemic and remote services, the staff is courteous and follows through. On occasion, due to the nature of the business and their concern to give clients the highest attention, the schedule may be slightly altered. However, they are ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL.

They are flip floppy, and the consideration of the child about appointments with them means nothing, inconsistent!!!!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I have been seeing Ms. Lopez for one month now and I love our sessions. Office is clean and I’m always seen on a timely manner.

I never got the chance to see this doctor because of the receptionist attitude ! The receptionist name is Christine. Christine was very rude and did not provide any type of good customer service. The arrogance made me not even want any services with this doctor. The worst part about this is I was referred to this doctor by my own employer and I’m highly disappointed they would have Christine as the face of their business... I cancelled my appointment. I do not recommend this place at all.

Really wish I could give zero stars. Initially me and my mother had no complaints as we brought my sister here often. However, the receptionist Christine and Ms. Lopez decides to do some asinine bs by charging us a $50 fee for failing to cancel an appointment, AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS NEVER MADE! My mother continuously called, I continously called to schedule an appointment but no one answered the phone. Instead of flirting with men and trying to get in someones personal business, Christine needs to learn respect, ethics, manners and more importantly PROFESSIONALISM. Ms. Lopez needs to hire better staff and actually discipline her staff. Never again with this so called office!
