The staff and Dr are by far amazing and attentive to all needs! They provide so much help to everyone. Such an amazing experience with the office. I highly recommend Dr. F. Dr. is very compassionate about her patients and all that she does.

Was on Hold for 1/2 Hour, and again for 20 minutes, and yet again for another 20 minutes. Couldnt get a person on the phone to make an appointment. Never encountered anything like this before. People keep picking up and throwing back on Hold without even a word.There are plenty of other doctors in the world to pick from.

My first time going to this place was for a Covid test for my son and I. Not sure about the doctors but.. This Covid team is horrible. I will never go there again for anything. The staff sits around talking instead of getting clients in and out. They do not call you with results and when you call its really hard to get anyone on the phone. For a situation as serious as this they need to do better. Still I do not have any results and the web portal is terrible.I was referred here for a Covid Test.. Youre response is that Im not listed as a patient. No Im not. Your team failed to contact me. Lets not try to put that on me and as far as your web portal Im on there too. I was sent a link for that as well. Not sure what youre trying to accomplish by responding. No need.

I normally dont come to this office. Been here maybe 3 times just for testing & ALL 3 times its been an issue. Was here yesterday, got a call while sitting here waiting from the tech asking if I was still coming to my appt. ??? Really??Today I get here, after confirming my appt this morning, they tell me my appt was canceled yesterday. NO ONE CALLED ME to tell me this !! 10 mins later they get an office manager who tells me my appt was canceled due to an insurance matter that I took care of YESTERDAY, after explaining this I get told I was late so the Tech had already left. I was 5 mins late & waited 10 at the office. So the Tech couldnt consider waiting for a patient that might of been stuck in traffic during traffic time or there was a cancelation on my appt?NEVER AGAIN !!! I love & will not trade my Dr for anything but I will not set foot in this office again.

Dr. Acevedo is a great doctor but his staff is horrible. I have had to call the office like 5 times to get a very important medication called into the pharmacy. After the 5 days of 5 calls the medication is still not in the pharmacy. I have had to call many times because my referrals where filled out wrong or not given to me and after exhausting call i have to leave my job and go into the office to get results. I have requested for Dr. Acevedo to call me but never received a call so i have chosen to go and find a new doctor. I have told the staff the issue and that i wanted my records and with no hesitation was given the form to get my medical records and find a new doctor.

All of the office has very rude people who worked for him they have u to take all these unnecessary tests that dont have nothing to do with your health problems in your life I definitely not going to recommended this doctor office to nobody I know whoever is living in East Orange New Jersey I definitely try my best to tell them that I am definitely not going to take two hours train ride up North to see the doctor they didnt like it

I see Aida Ramos and she is an amazing clinician always very detailed and the staff is very warm and welcoming.

Acceptable wait time to be seen. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Excellent physicians.

Had to be scheduling appts almost every week so they can give me a letter to stay away from work due covid. I got charge $200 for a 15-20 mins call, no wonder why they need me to make an appt all they time. Now im supposed to go back to work and they won’t give me a letter to go back until i see a doctor, which i dont have a problem but im supposed to go back to work because my leave its to expired and they won’t give me a letter until i see a doctor. Their next doctor appt its in 1 week and im supposed to go back in 2 days. Because they never scheduled me to my appt and i had to reschedule. It’s either give me a letter to go back or to extend it, otherwise I could get fired from my job, but they don’t care.

Really disappointed and unable to get ahold of these offices. Both office phone numbers had their answering machines on with the “office closed message” at 3:30 pm. I called this morning to get the results of my Covid 19 test. I was told my results were not ready (even though it’s been 48 hrs) and to call back before end of day. The woman said they were open until 4 pm but when I called back at 3:30 pm; the answering machine was already on. Also, their website says they are open until 5 pm, 7:30 pm, and 6 pm depending on the location. Whoever owns this please know that the office staff is packing up early and not answering patient calls!

I dont like the fact that i have to see different doctors and Every time i make a appointment, its always a test. More then one in a day. I got no results. Since i beem going there i been having problems with my body. Everything was fine before i went there. They just want money...

I found Dr. Salerno office just looking up providers not knowing what to expect. From the first appointment till now I love my Dr. Evans she great, the staff is the best Ive ever had very caring & friendly. Also the office is clean & beautifully designed and very modern. The Best part since Ive been going I feel great!

The appointment is never when they say it is. The place is always packed. The medical assistant already fooled me twice on getting tests done that they say its covered by insurance but it is not. Fooled me once the first time. Shame on me the second time....

I enjoy my visits every one is always helpful answering all my questions. Waiting to be seen by the doctor is usually not a long wait. The doctor tries to make sure they cover everything about your visit.

Ive been under the care of Dr. Salerno for 3 years +. Hes one of a kind ! For the first time in my life , I finally got a Doctor who takes keen interest in my health . I love this office. The ofice staff is great. The doctor is excellent. I get all my diagnostic test done here and it’s within walking distance from my house. I’ve never been more pleased with my healthcare.

Diana Larrea and Gady was my favorite doctors that will improve your health. but I don’t like when the nurses be giving me appointment to see different doctors I only wanted to stick with one doctor that know my history well and doctor Amanda told me a false health information saying I got the chickenpox when I went to my local Dermatologist and the doctor told me I was Allergic reaction to a medication I was taking and food I ate I changed my primary doctor from Salerno I don’t like how different doctors tell me different things when it could be wrong sometimes

They are amazing! The whole medical staff rocks. Bringing my mom over to Salerno Associates was the best decision I made for her. They are very thorough and professional. All your labs, evaluation with other specialists, and testings are done on site which saves me a lot of running around with mom.I work as a healthcare professional and honestly, Im very picky when it comes to chosing doctors/medical facilities but SA have met all and I have no concerns.My mom sees Dr. Marino there. She is very compassionate and her bedside manners are excellent . She takes her time to assess my mom and asks questions in regards to her overall health. Help her manage her disease/ medications.Last but not least, the wonderful medical assistants they have. You guys rock! Always very courteous. Thanks for all you do.

I’m a patient of Salerno Medical in East Orange NJWhat I like about the office is the staff are very friendly and accommodating they always make sure to call you and remind you of your appointment they are very good with that also they always explain to you what you’re being testing for and the office is always clean!

This place sucks, they keep changing your appointment. Customer service is terrible and they don’t try to help you. Made an appointment and still had to wait about 4 hours while other people who came in after and had later appointments got to go first.Appointments kept getting postponed and they did nothing to try and get you the earliest date available. Do NOT go here for immigration their prices are a rip off and expect them to postpone your appointment until 2 weeks later multiple times.

Good staff and doctors. But the waiting is horrible compared to a few other places Ive been to. If my appoint is at 12:30 it should be around 12:30. Not 3 hours later. There is a reason why I show up an 1hour to 45 minutes prior. No matter what I lost a half a work

Hello,I hope all is well. I have been a patient of this office and there seems to be a pattern of non-quality or thorough services. From no-follow up calls for blood work results to my multiple request for a full blood tests/medical resuest not being statisfied to now simple prescription transfer to my pharmacy not being completed.I fully appreciate and acknowedge the work that your office, each staff member does to provide life-altering care but i also need to hold your office accountable for the pattern I’ve seen over the years.I would love for the office to spend the same amount of energy and investment into your interior designing (very posh offices) to better interior operations and services care. You cannot claim to be “the leading practice” and be mediocre in client services. It would make the practice amazing. I have praised your offices to family members, encouraging them to become patients of yours...and i am now starting to regret it! I realize i was telling them to go to your office based on the appeal of your physical locatios rather than the services that I have experienced.Please improve your client relations/services - I know you guys can do it!P.S. My experience at this doctors office was horrendous. Never in my life have I dealt with such blatant disrespect from an establishment that practices medicine. My appointment was at 12 and I arrived 15 minutes early. I waited in the lobby for two hours. The ladies that were working at the front desk had unflattering attitudes and got upset when I asked about the wait time. Additionally, two people got into a physical altercation in the waiting area. This place is disgusting and money hungry.

I highly DO NO RECOMMEND THIS MEDICAL OFFICE. Currently waiting 2 HOURS for a medical check up for my mom. Appointment was 250 PM, and all we get are excuses about why Aida APN running late. Literally same excuses everytime (my mom doesnt want to change unfortunately).Update: waited 2 Hours for the appointment only to be seen for 10 minutes. RIDICULOUS!

Ive been with salerno medical for a couple years and I can truly say the office in east ora ge is very elegant I feel like Im in a beautiful house and the secretaries are all so nice and you feel very welcome and the waiting isnt long unless you are going for a lot of test lol Im very pleased with my doctor ,she answers all my questions.

One day I had to go to the doctor to check my blood pressure and I got there late in the evening the medical offices was closed already but dr.Moreno still let me in to check my blood pressure which was very high and I looked at that and said this is great because she didnt have to do that

There is absolutely no concept of timing and appointment, anyday with or without appointment you go there is at least 50 minutes wait time and they cant call you. Receiptionists are absolutely worthless and seems only thing the facility look for is money so if you want a family physician you are knocking at weong doors,

Ive been very happy with the care I received at Salerno Medical since becoming a patient.

Experience to worst. Staff is incompetent on handle, schedule or answer your basic concern.. Extremely long hours waiting to be seen, then when your in the office your out 15mins flat.. NO loyalty to their long time patientS -everthing must have an appointment!!! May I add are 3 weeks to 1 month to schedule..I cant even get a call back for results for MRI. ULTRASOUNDS, XRAYS. OR BLOODS WORK...LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE. I called them and of course no WALK INS!!! THEN I ASKED to call the pharmacists for a muscle RELAXER DUE TO PAINFUL SPASMS IN MY BACK AND HIP. solution had to go to ER..UNBELIEVABLE I WORK HARD FOR MY INSURANCE PREMIUMS..NOT FAIR.
