I give this place 5 stars for this reasons. Dr. Ogunnowo. Her presence and the manner of which she speaks to her patients its full of CARE.. not all the staff speaks to you with respect. But this woman!! She is to be respected throughout. Her honesty and advice is above and beyond. I can go elsewhere, but chose not to just because of her. You have a gem. Continue the great work..

I was very disappointed today when I went there for Tb test and physical test for my school requirement. I am the last patient. My appointment was 5:00 PM but waited for almost 3 hours. Sadly, the Dr. ( She said I dont want to see her, I dont know her and new. Why they giving me new patients? I am tired and I walked out in here! Why she need to be rude to the patients its very unprofessional the staff over there is worst and looks like they dont know what they are doing! They dont have any compassion to their job. Manners cost nothing! I wouldnt come back to that center again.

I went for my vaccine and the second jab. Felt safe and attended to from the minute I entered. Front desk staff were happy and smiling. Crowded but socially distanced. People were being seen rather quickly for a community health center. Filled out my paperwork and within minutes I was being seen. Very clean. Extremely professional while being kind and fun. Thank you very much for a visit made easy.

I had a very positive experience while getting my 2 shots of the Corona Virus vaccine. First, as I was greeted by the 2 gentlemen at the front door. The older one, went out of his way to show me where I could park.Second, the young woman at the front desk, was very professional. After I was taken to the back, I was impressed by the staff saying good morning as they went by where I was seated. That’s something you don’t usually experience when attending a large facility.I also took a senior citizen friend to get his vaccine. He too, was very pleased with the attention he received.

Staff was very competent and professional. Appointment was scheduled without any hesitation or problems. The staff followed up to confirm and remind me of the appointment. At the facility in East Orange everyone was helpful and very efficient, did not have to wait around.

I had appts for my daughters set for 8/4/21 and they literally changed the appts to 9/16/21 and it was for physicals and immunizations for school! I hate that place very unprofessional!!!! Even the general medicine part sucks! I will never step place in that office again!!! LEGIT!!!

If only the wait times werent horrendous! At every visit so far, the average wait time to see a doctor is at least around 3-4 hours. Just one time out of 5 was the wait time around 2-3 hours. And this is all with an appointment!Imagine having a 12 pm appointment and waiting there until 3:30 pm only to be told that the doctor may not be able to see you! Thats the type of experience that is common here.This office is normally understaffed. One time they announced that they wouldnt be able to see all of the scheduled patients. So dont believe that an appointment guarantees anything!The only redeeming factor is that most of the staff is nice. The female doctors tend to be very attentive, and most of the receptionists are very helpful.On the other hand, there is one older male doctor who doesnt care at all about patients. He rushes them in and out of examinations. And there is one receptionist who is always miserable and rude.Despite what other people have said in reviews, there is parking available. But the lot is always full. Fortunately, you can easily find street parking nearby. Just pay attention to the street cleaning signs.If you are ok with the poor scheduling, poor staffing, extremely long wait times, and the possibility that you wont even be seen because there is only one doctor working today, then feel free to roll the dice.But trust me that you would be better off finding medical help elsewhere. If you do go, heres your I told you so in advance.

I am happy with the level of service that the facility provides. For a neighborhood medical center, one can been seen by a professional for a variety of issues. I have my Internal Medicine professional as well as my OBG right on the premises. However, i was not too happy with the dentist so i asked to be transferred to someplace else where i am more comfortable.

The experience was very smooth and fairly easy. The staff were very patient and friendly. I recently relocated to New Jersey and I was looking for a Doctor for my Daughter and from the day I called to schedule a visit everything went well. Keep it up!!!

The staff are very helpful and accomodating.

Avoid this place if you can. nothing gets done until you become irate. Best you set aside 2-3 hours if youre gonna go there. Making an appointment is sometimes useless. Getting paperwork sent over to another office is another issue in itself.

The doctor was very understandable, very nice and patient. Thanks very much my son enjoyed his appointment.

A few years back the wait time use to be long but now you wait no longer than any other Doctors office 1/2 hour to 45 minutes

Good day I’ve been coming here for over 3 years never have any complaints , the people here are pleasant and take there time regarding the situation. But the other day I came here with appointment for 2:00 and arrived a little late 15 min . But apparently they put in me as a no show .. and said that I was a hour late .. which I didn’t seem to understand . That about the only complaint I have

They seem to be better coordinated than the Irvington, NJ location.

Appointments don’t matter in this place. Even if you make an appointment at 3:00PM they will see you at 5:00PM if there is people that were register before you (even if their appointments is at 3:30PM) because they go with “first comes first” I been coming to this place for a couple of years because is near from my house but after I had to wait more than 4 hours to see a doctor (Is not the first time that happens to me in this place, and I had an appointment and came 1 hour before my appointment to register) I am done with this place. The receptionist don’t care if you been waiting for hours and you literally have to talk to the nurses because receptionist don’t know anything. There was many people that came after me and they saw the doctor first. Im not coming back.

NCHC is a very clean environment. The employees are pleasant. I have been coming to the center for over 15yrs and they have actually gotten better. I will definitely recommend this center.

This company is the WORST place to work at and I will be reporting EVERYTHING and EVERYONE! I reported a manager that was harassing me since September and when it got to a point where I couldn’t take the harassment any longer, they fired me and didn’t do ANYTHING about nothing I reported and NOTHING about the situations I told them about. They UNDER PAY BUT MAKE SO MUCH MONEY. THEY FIRE EVERYBODY SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME DONT APPLY

Ive been with the NCHC now for a good 4 or 5 years; and I was pleasantly surprised to find so much under one roof at 444 William Street. You really dont need to go anywhere, and that is why I like the NCHC. You will find the Podiatrist, OB/Gyn, Internal Medicine, LabCorp, Pediatrics, Dental services, etc., all under one roof at 444 William Street.The administrators, nurses, and doctors, alike, are very attentive to your needs, even when we you are a pain. Its not easy working with so many patients, but everyone works hard, in a respectable manner, to make your experience a nice one. Thanks, NCHC

This place is worst. The don’t care about the patient. This place have bed bugs all over. And the supervisor that work there are rude and I think she’s Haitian she was trying to help her people first before me. The front desk are rude and also there’s a nurse at obgyn are also rude she stinks and the supervisor that works there are taking food from the patient so that she can let her other Haitian that work back there to let them go first.

Worst place to go for health care. They have you waiting for three and four hours with an appointment. Nurses and staff in the women health center are always by the front desk talking and laughing. The front desk wait for the waiting area to full up then register patients. You constantly have to ask the front desk if they registered you. They doctor spends about two minutes in the room with patients and seems bothered when you ask questions. Stay away, the only pro to this facility is the outreach initiative worker who is professional and friendly. Part from that stay away.
