I asked for two braids with color at the end the lady that did my hair made one braid all the way up and the other braid going down and she didn’t put the color at the end. Also the braids started to come out when I asked her can she fix my hair they said that they not going to fix it so I just wasted my money here and I been coming here for so long I will never ever be coming back here again don’t waste your money here!!!!!!

This is a good place to get your hair done for the price of it all, she has lots of help, but it could benefit from more cleaning better chairs add a bathroom, the place seems to be a bit run down but to her is her place of business and I cant knock her for that, because she sure has a lot of people coming there. Besides shes very nice warm and kind hearted the type of person you enjoy doing business with to shes great 😊👍

I have been good to to Sylla ever since I was a freshman in high school(2009) i love the way they do hair and everyone always love my hair.

I found this place randomly on the Web. Was looking for a place that could do fishtail braids. Went in there, got the fishtail braids, was out in 1.5 hrs if that, got out so quickly. Every time Ive gone here Ive never had to sit down and wait. I get right in the chair and Im out. Syllas is an excellent find.

I have been going here since I was a teenager. My hair is always nice and neat but, I have spent anywhere from 5 to 7 hours in there and that is way to long. I have taken my daughter there to get her hair done. I just choose to save my $40 and all of my wasted time and braid her hair myself.

On Wednesday 8/9/2017, I got box braids for the first time. When I walked in I showed them the style I desired. The woman that braided my hair was great. She multitasked like a pro! She answered the phone, talked, ate her snacks, drank water, operated the television BUT the most important thing she kept braiding MY HAIR. I was impressed and amazed. It took her exactly 4 hours, which was wonderful for one person. I did observe something that happened within the shop that made me a little sad, thats why I gave 4 stars but its a possibility I may come back to get my hair done again before the summer ends. I was happy with the outcome of my hair.

If I could give no stars I would!!! The lady that was suppose to do my hair was extremely rude and late!!! I proceeded to leave and the owner blocked the door begging me to stay!! She did apologize for the worker and offered me massive discounts but as a owner you should never block the door and prevent a customer from leaving because of poor customer service. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE

I didnt like that they werent consistent with the size, once they got to the middle the braids were huge.

THE OWNER OF THE STORE LOCKED ME & MY LIL SISTER IN THE STORE BECAUSE I ASKED IF I COULD GET MY MONY OFF MY DEBIT CARD . SHE TRIED TO CUT MY HAIR OFF BRCAUSE IT . THAN WE HAD TO CALL THE COPS BECAUSE WHEN MY AUNT SHOWED UP SHE LOCKED US IN AS WELL . I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN . I WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE HONESTLY. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE

They take a very long time. Not to mention, I had to take my daughter back after 5 days, because her twists in the last two rows of her hair all came out. Theyre cheap, but you get what you pay for
