I have been going here for years and my hair is natural chemical free Elsa is the best. I had damaged hair and she bought it back to health and growth. I only let her do my hair though. Im glad shes finally back open. Forever I will be her client.

They are not open on Sundays. Even though they say they are, they are not. Even though they make you book an appointment, they will not be open. If you live in a different city, please do not waste $40 on a Uber to come here. Especially not on a Sunday, because when you get there they will have the metal gates down, lights off, and any phone calls will be left unanswered.

Elsa and Carmen does my hair amazing. I let Elsa cut my hair with no issues. GREAT service! And hair comes out beautiful. I recommend bring your own shampoo and conditioner always.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone my hair was very greasy the lady kept burning me . This is by far the work Doobie I’ve ever received. My hair smells burnt 1 star from me

Elsa is an amazing stylist! Iv been going to her for 13 years faithfully only person I allow to touch my hair. Love how honest and caring she is! She has legit dyed my hair every color I wanted along with all the different cuts and has yet to manage to keep it curly healthy and thick! Love you Elsa! 😘😘

I took my 16 year old daughter there to get a doobie and Ambreir hair color and She did a great job I was totally impressed.

I love this place Ive been with them for over 20 years. Elsa mother started taking care of my hair first thats how long Ive been with them. I LOVE her dearly. Elsa is an AMAZING beautician. She really takes care of her clients hair. She also has growing hands. My hair is health because of Elsa and her mom. They are forever my beauticians.

My experience was awesome I took mt younger daughter to get a blowout. Though my daughter cried at times she was very patient and gentle with my child and never showed signs of annoyance my daughter hair came out beautiful

DO NOT See Olivia.There are two sections of this salon, the Black and the Dominican. What Ive noticed is that most of the reviews found online are about the Dominican side.I got a relaxer. Upfront, everything looked fine and they had charged me $55.00 for a virgin, which is a very good price. It was all good until I arrived. First of all, Olivia didnt start the process off properly. She avoided parting my hair and putting protection products on it. Quickly, she started placing the relaxer with her fingers with no type of order. She got perm all over my forehead, neck, ears, and clothing. She combed hardly and parted with the sharp end of the comb, so after 6-ish minutes of having it in, I was burning like crazy.This employee does not deserve to be a hair-care professional and her performance was horrific and unacceptable. I gave her the benefit of doubt and let her proceed. My hair came out under-processed and poofy as if she put in a very light texturizer. All she did right was wrap my doobie. In the beginning, I asked if she cut hair, and she said yes and I gave her a chance. So I let her cut my hair into a pixie style. That came out bad too. I dont mind because hair is easily grown back, I just care for anyone whos seeking to go here. But hey, at the end of the day, I got a relaxer.I DO NOT recommend to come here. And SIS, just pay $75+ for your virgin relaxer because a good experience is worth it.
