Hello, I cannot say enough good things about Manzil and his staff !I was going to a large chain pharmacy, CVS, and just transferred all my ScripS n changed to this wonderful store and pharmacy. Manzil doesn’t mind at all if you ask him a question regarding your medication or other medication and interactions that may happen.Front desk customer service is outstanding! And the knowledge base staff has is amazing!I wish I had Made this change years ago. Manzil and his staff are on the forefront delivering Covid vaccines in Montgomery County as well.I haven’t used it yet but it’s good to know that if you’re too ill to drive they offered to deliver for free.Bottom line is excellent knowledge base, wonderful customer service, and the feeling that they really care about you and they do!Valerie LandisBridgeport PA

This pharmacy is so quick and efficient. As soon as prescriptions is sent they fill and deliver to your door. They work with each customer in every situation. Theyve saved me hour walks just to get medicine for myself and my children when needed. I thank and appreciate the love and time into each customer. Manzil is the pharmacist at this location and he is like no other pharmacist when it comes to his customers. He cares for every single one of them like family. This pharmacy does free delivery during business hours but Manzil goes above and beyond for his customers on his time off. He delivers to customers homes if for some reason they can’t make it to the pharmacy. East Norriton Pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 9 a.m - 6 p.m and Saturdays 9 a.m - 2 p.m. Come in and say hello and experience great customer service.

I wanted to update my review. First for those who still go to CVS or Walgreens I say shame on you. I switched over to East Norriton Pharmacy about a year ago for one reason. Manzil(Pharmacist/Owner) solved a problem that no one else could. This decision proved to be one of my best. The reasons I have stayed however our countless. I will name just a few. 1. Manzil knows my name and my prescriptions and greets with a smile and a hello. 2. He is on top of my scripts sometimes even before me. 3. If I can not make it in to pick up he will deliver to my door at NO CHARGE! 4. Communication is easy and actually enjoyable. 5. I am supporting a local business not some giant corporation who thinks of me as a number. If you would like to know the rest then give him a try. You will never go back to the dark side again. That is a fact and a promise. Still not convinced? Maybe a little scared to switch all your medications thinking something will get screwed up? That is an excuse and a bit lazy. Go talk to Manzil bring your list and the rest is prescription heaven. I will be waiting for all the thank you notes from his future customers. (He did not pay me to write this! It is refreshing to find someone who still values customer service and wants to get to know me as a customer)

Phenomenal. My favorite pharmacy ever. Perfect attention to detail and the relationship with pharmacist is the way it should be- personal. This place is every reason I refuse to use CVS Rite aid and the like. They don’t care about you. This pharmacy does and they’re tech forward and easy to refill via text and always available just a great place. I drive out of my way to go here.

My cat has diabetes. Manzil has been so helpful in giving suggestions, getting us good pricing for the insulin, and home delivering the drug. He is very patient and caring and goes way beyond what you expect of a pharmacist.

Manzil,pharmacist provide excellent customer service. He is very helpful and save me a lot compared to what I spend at other pharmacies.

If you are looking for a Pharmacy with a Pharmacist who is always willing to literally go out of his way to meet your medication needs with best price, East Norriton Pharmacy is your place. Manzil has been taking care of my Family’s medication needs for more than 6 months now. At most pharmacies, we have to go through the hassle of providing a bunch of details every time we need a refill or have a new prescription. True Story: When I called ExpressScripts, my insurance provider (they also door deliver your medication) to find out my options, telling them my medication name and spelling it out wasnt enough, they said I have to say a word for every letter of my medication names :)With Manzil, all I need to do is send him a simple text letting him know that my prescriptions has been sent his way and he takes care of everything including follow ups/reminders when the time comes for refill. Medication is delivered to our doorsteps always on time. And, Manzil is always looking for ways to save money for his customers so we always end up getting the best price compared to other pharmacies. If you are not getting your medication from here, you are missing out on the most convenient way at best possible price of getting your medication at your doorstep.

Manzal,is by far the sweetest,most caring pharmacist,I have ever come across,what turned into a pharmacy mix up,turned into one of the biggest blessings,I think I have ever received.Over the years Ive been to many pharmacies,East Norriton Pharmacy, is hands down,the best pharmacy Ive delt with to date.There was an item that I needed,that he did not carry,instead of saying sorry about that,or writing my request off completely,he asked for details on what it was I wanted,went to another store,purchased the item,and delivered it with my medication,at no extra cost.Im so very grateful for him,and his wonderful customer service.I look forward to working with him,in all my familys pharmacy needs.Im sure whoever else uses his pharmacy,or comes in contact with him will feel the same.I also failed to mention,there was also a time,where I asked if he sold Flintstone vitamins,he said he did,told me how much they were,and even went as far as,reviewing my sons insurance,noticing that the vitamins Ive been giving my son for years,were actually covered by his insurance,so he phoned my sons doctor,and got him a script for the vitamins,If thats not excellent customer service,I dont know what is.Go in and see Manzal,I promise,you wont be sorry,great guy,great customer service.
