Overall experience was the best. We were seen immediately and found a great selection of frames and settled on one that was perfect for my wife and I. The optometrist was efficient and knowledgeable. The staff was very helpful to us. Adrien was professional and patient as we made our selection. We didnt feel rushed and felt we got our moneys worth. I recommend Wise Eyes, it will be a WISE decision for you as well.

I just have a new pair of glasses at the Wize Eyes Eyewear at 2440 Hempstead Turnpike location. This is my first time to visit this optical store. My experiences are absolutely positive and I am thrilled by the excellent services I received. On that day, there were several customers came in, Dr. Sheffler took time to perform the eye examination thoroughly on me. Her professionalism and experiences are impressive. Ryan who works at the counter helps other costumers and me to select frames. He made very helpful suggestions and brought as many options of frames to me and other customers. Finally I decided to go one style of frame, he took several different colors for me to try. The store has variety of different styles and colors of frames to choose. Lens material is crucial, too. Ultra thin lens really make the glasses much lighter and nicer.This is the store I highly recommend if you are looking for the best optometrist, best service and best choices of your eyewear.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful place East Meadow Wize Eyes is and all the people working there. I have lived in Levittown for 20 years and this is the first place I actually trusted and feel comfortable going back to and can recommend to my friends. I have had my prescriptions changed a few times, not fault of theirs, with no problems. My glasses are always ready when I go to pick them up and my children and I always seem to find a stylish pair of glasses.

I got my first set of contact lenses here some time ago and Adrien was (still is) so helpful and patient with me with selecting the perfect kind for my eyes and helping me to feel comfortable using them even for the first time user. And now i go back there for everything for sunglasses, contacts and regular glasses. They definitely have the best service out of all the optical places ive been to in NY and its very rare to find a place with someone that actually CARES about their customers.

I have been going here for years. Adrien is always helpful and patient when helping me. She has a good eye for a style that fits me every time when I get glasses. I believe I have been going here for ten years and I will continue to get my glasses from this location.

My eyesight was checked twice for the most accurate prescription lenses.The first pair I purchased needed to be exhanged, and Adrien helped me choosea different pair of Dior frames, that fit my face perfectly. I quicly became a very satisfied customer. I was truly surprised to find such a wide selection of interesting,quality frames in a Wise Eyes Outlet store.

Great place. My girlfriend had gotten a great eye examination. It was strange that the doctor did not let me in the room with her (because he was afraid I would steal her medical information) and he was kind of rude about it. I guess it was bad bedside manners. My girlfriend actuslly thought he was joking. But he wasn’t. I mean other than that the quality was good. I’m just a little angry. I need to go back to anger management now. Grrrr haha >_

The glasses I bought were rimless. After wearing them for a while I could feel a significant strain on my eyes. This was in part due to the fact that the glasses clearly sat crooked on my face. After taking closer inspection it became clear that the lens for the right eye was appreciably smaller than the lens for the left eye. It is noticeable to anyone who sees them on my face.Because of this I brought them back, making the half hour drive from my home. After presenting the problem to the optician I was told it is because my eyebrows are crooked. One only need look at the lenses with the naked eye to see they are not the same dimensions. After the optician took them to the back to make a supposed adjustment I was told that all the screws were loose in the frames in a manner that would suggest I was somehow responsible for it. These glasses were purchased about three weeks ago. If there are hardware problems the fault does not in any way lie with me.This tone persisted throughout the entire so called customer service until it became clear to me that the repeated trips to the back to make some adjustment were a ruse. No adjusting was going to make one lens the same size as the other without actually replacing the lens.It was at this point that I requested my money back. I was told flatly in a loud emphatic voice NO! There was no other offer made for rectification other than more trips to the back to make more adjustments despite not having the proper tools. Apparently eyeglass repair tools are like sushi knives and each technician must bring them home with them nightly. So I was left with no other option than to accept whatever adjustments were made with the improper tools until I got tired of standing there.There is no reason for anyone to trust their precious eyes or their vanity to this business and pay them hard earned money when the final product has the same general quality and appearance as that which would be lashed together by a survivor working with the salvaged scraps of a dead world in a post apocalyptic age.Dont go there and subject yourself to Benito Mussolini D.O.s dictates just to end up looking like a Todd Rundgren groupie.

Consistently received poor customer service.

Ive been getting my glasses from here scince i was in 4th grade. i really like this place because they have nice glasses and also if u rglasess need to be repaired they will fix it for u.

Doesnt have the feel of a professional eyewear place. Not the most helpful staff.

Felt like the were crooks manipulating me to spend a lot of money. It wasnt cheap.

Expensive and bad service.

I went there 3 times. Never opened. Ive been going there for years. Not anymore.
