Listen to me right now. I’ve been going through chronic DDD, herniated discs, pinched nerves, and all the terrible accoutrements that go along with it. After all the trips to the various doctors and all the scans, the last thing you want is feeling that your Doctor didn’t really care and that they rushed you out with a quick ‘seen this before’ diagnosis.Dr. Lipetz and his nursing staff are the antithesis of that scenario. From the moment you’re walked back towards the rooms, you are treated with unparalleled respect and professionalism by his staff. They answer any questions you can have and generally have a calming effect to what can be a nervous visit.When the Dr. is with you he spends time hearing about your experiences. Hearing about your past treatments. Hell even listening about your life! And then he makes an informed decision on treatment and walks you through his reasoning. He’ll explain where he thinks the issue is. Use some deductive reasoning in the form of questions to narrow it down. And then, like I said, teach you what is wrong. He’s an absolute blessing to a worrisome heart and I truly can’t thank him enough.And then the injections. Evidently my previous pain management doctors were using a lacrosse pole for the injections because when I say that these shots were nothing more than 2 little pinches, it’s what I mean. Overall. Start to finish, this was the greatest doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. I feel like my mental health improved just being around people that seemed to care about my concerns.So from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Doctor.I’ll be recommending you to anybody I know with pain. and I forgot your young black RN’s name but he’s an absolute gem as well. Young, talented, great demeanor.
