This Establishment is super strict to anyone and i dont tolerate strictness here its so strict this place is horrible bad service. Not meant to insult or anything but the strictness level is Very High if you cant stand strictness then I DO NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE AT ALL I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FULL OF STRICTNESS.

If I could give it a .5 star I would. I called to inquire about their swimming program for my daughter and the staff member that answer my call was very rude and disrespectful and couldnt provide me with any useful information. HORRIBLE!

Horrible program. Very unorganized and unprofessional staff. There is no communication between them and they are all clueless. The Aquatics Program Manager (ROGER CASTAÑEDA) is an arrogant sorry excuse of a person. No common courtesy at all...I called to inquire about the program and was given all the ridiculous details...Whatever, still went. I got there early and came across the flyer that confirmed everything I was told.He contradicted everything that was on the flyer and had a I dont care... I changed it... so be it...I dont care about your inconvenience attitude.Things happen for a reason, I am glad I was able to see how this program is... they dont take the program seriously. I would prefer a place that enjoys what they do and cares about the families that become a part of the program.
