Dr. Brown is amazing!! She is my mother’s doctor and she treats her with respect and lots of patience. She explains everything to her and answers her questions. She has excellent bedside manner. I appreciate that she takes my mom’s health seriously. Staff is very helpful too.

I went with my husband to his appointment and was approved by the front office receptionist, after she asked someone in the office, to accompany my husband to talk to the doctor regarding family history illnesses. Both of our temperatures were taken and written down. When the back office medical assistant called my husband in, she stated I could not go in and I explained to her that I needed to talk to the doctor about my husbands concerns and current health issues along with family history illnesses. She said I would have to wait and she would co.e back to get me. While my husband waited in the room for the doctor he texted me and said I would not be allowed to go in because the medical assistant said no visitors allowed. It clearly states on their website that no visitors are allowed unless its special circumstances and still not even at that I wasnt allowed to go in. My husban d had the doctor see him and the only thing done on him was a physical exam which he already had at the beginning of this year and my husband didnt even get to talk to the doctor about his health concerns and came out of his appointment more confused than what he was before his appointment. Professionalism is very much needed with the staff to suit patients needs.

I highly commend Dr. Waliany and Alma, his assistant. They truly care about patients. But some of their employees do not know what theyre doing. This clinic has nonsense HIPAA requirements. Exaggerated. To make an appointment for my husband they require to speak to him himself. To ask if they accept a certain medical group the representative requires the same. So nonsense. What has my husband or any patient to lose? No clinic has ever done these. Oh what a stupid policy!

Via care is the best.they have done an amazing job with my girls and myself hats off to them all from medical to mental health dental.simply the best.i want to do a quick shout out to east l.a. facilities.you make my 2 girls and me feel at home.thank you for youre hard work and compassion.thanks to all especially Dr. Gittens Dr.kim Dr.kwon.Dr.Tu. They never pick up the phone and then they do they put you on hold for 10 minutes and they still don’t pick up. The girls at the front office are unprofessional talking about other patients out loud smh worst place ever!! Don’t come here and don’t waste your time.

Called to schedule an appointment but unfortunately had to hang up because of bad customer service reps asking questions with attitude and not able to help. Please train employees properly!

They didn’t want to see my son because I was 15 min late and NOBODY WAS AT THEIR CLINIC! I drive from El Monte and prior to that the appointment took 2 months to get and most likely will take another 2 MORE TO GET RESCHEDULE! Pooor service!

Ive been working here at Via Care CHC for the pat 3 years and let me say that its a great place to work at. I have worked at different places for the past 40 years but this is the best place ever. Great benefits, good co-workers and the satisfaction of helping our community...priceless. I encourage any of you to come and visit us or apply for a job opening. Im blessed and thankful for my job. Worst medical company ever! Including with Judy been unprofessional nonetheless the staff in the front desk(receptionist. Emma,maria)in which they have no knowledge on how or what thier company operates policies !save yourself time and stress and avoid this VIACARE CHAIN headache ,you will thank me later. And if you plan to go on disability through Via care mind as well say goodbye to your job of getting fired for lack of communication from the Drs to send out paper work and at then end they try to blame it everything on you. Just to clean their hands . This medical business just focuses on getting thier cut of money from your insurance and not caring for thier patients health concerns

Worst place to work for!!!!! Racist..they care about the numbers not the patients. Some doctors are great..management is the worst!! You have to be a brown noser to keep your job. If you have a problem and tell management..be sure that youll lose your job within a week! Supervisor knows your passwords...and they sabatosh your inputting...and you cant do anything about it!!! They dont care

Worst Via Care to go to, I had two appointments for both my children, my son and daughter, 30 minute difference from each other and they couldn’t see them together because I was told there where other patients before my daughter. I got there an hour before her appointment and filled out paper work and 2 hours later after I was in a room for an hour with my son they still didn’t see my daughter because they said they didn’t have a room, everyone who came in after me and had later appointments than my daughter got seen before her. The receptionist really need to learn how to do there job it was ridiculous, I’ve been to other sights and they have rude receptionist but at least they do there job right. Would not recommend this location. It’s dumb that they have you sign a form saying if your 15 minutes late to your appointment than they cancel it and if you miss two appointments than you can no longer make an appointment if they can’t even keep there appointment schedule.

Honestly whats the point of getting there early anyway if you still have to wait 1hr to gwt called in then to be told to wait outside for a room?? My mom had appointment at 9:30am got there at 9am but still was called in till 9:50 claiming there is only two doctors . Like tf?? Maybe dont have so many appointments setup... wasting patients time

Its the second time i been here and both times ive had to wait more than 1 hr to be seen! I dont see why make an apt. . . and another hr after ur in the room waiting for a dr to come see u!

Had a horrible experience today with a rude recipients who is very unprofessional and who lacks manners. Thanks to her I didnt get to see my doctor and she didnt care about my appointment TIME.

Via care is the worst! I do not recommend it. My mom had an appointment for a mammogram and ultrasound for a breast cancer diagnosis. We went to southgate via care. One doctor left 1 order and the other left another order. I waited almost a month for the appointment when one day before the appointment I was told that southgate had not sent the order. I got off work and went to fetch her. It was of no use! My mother has been in pain for a week and apparently they do not care because they do not do their administrative work well. Due to your mistake, my mother missed her appointment, which was so costly to obtain!

At first I felt lost because I had to fill out new papers, but the receptionists helped me and explained the whole process to me, the nurse who attended me was very kind and took the time to explain the new procedure step by step. The doctor helped me with the problem my son had and helped me make it easier to make the appointment for my children to get the covi vaccine. 100% 🙏

The service is efficient all the workers are always on the lookout for the patient, definitely if I would recommend

The nurse who treated me was super rude, I dont know if it was because I didnt have an appointment but anyway that should not be a reason to treat patients badly, wait an hour and a half for me to do their displacements and an hour and a half more outside than why Rooms were reserved, I had to leave because I didnt feel well after waiting so long in the waiting room.Oh but if you are pregnant there if they take good care of you because they know they take more money from the doctor, it seems that it is the only thing that matters to them.I really do not recommend this place and less to take your children and if you are sick they will not attend you because they only attend with appointments and if you are not lucky they will attend you reluctantly after seeing all the patients who have an appointment, better go to the hospital because obviously you never know when you are going to get sick to schedule an appointment.But the staff definitely needs to improve the way they treat patients, which in the end is why they have work.

I love it because they receive me well and everyone is very attentive and friendly and whenever I need something they give it to me and they attend me when I have felt bad I recommend Via Care as the family clinic I recommend them bye
