They dont communicate well. I literally was told to be off my allergy meds by the office lady and then that appointment the doctor said I didnt so I suffered for a week for no reason. Then they pushed an appointment back a month because they messed up scheduling. Then after terrible suffering being off meds (prime allergy time) to get tested they Never warned me about not being able to get a flu shot. And I had to get one so I did the day before and got sent home. So after wasting my time, gas, and physical well being (being off of my allergy meds) I would Never reccomend them now.

Dr Garrett is an amazing doctor with a dedicated nursing staff.Receptionists and communication are downright awful. Cant trust anything said over the phone. And even then very little is conveyed in person unless asked about.If you can put up with being told one thing, and having it switched when you arrive, then this is a good place.Doctor and Nurses are amazing. Receptionists and managers are the worst.

Everyone was friendly, fast, and helpful. I reccomend this office.

The Medical Assistants and Dr. Garrett are wonderful! The receptionists are awful!
