The man named Larry at the Calcutta Store can be rude and speak to you in a condescending way and tone of voice. I realize I have government insurance right now, but it only due to being on unemployment because of covid. I am grateful to have any insurance, but dont appreciate being treated substandard because its not working insurance.

Friendly, convinient, affordable. Love that I can stop in and have my glasses cleaned while I am out shopping if I need to. Stopped the other night one of my lenses kept popping out they looked at them and ordered a new one at no charge. Glasses came in quickly after ordering them too!

Got eye exam and glasses in November 2019 picked up in January because of the virus. Been back 5 or 6 times for adjustment. Was in again in May told to come back in June. Been back but not open when I went in. Wasted my money!
