I absolutely do not recommend Dr. Jung. I waited an hour and 45 minutes in his office to see him. I even came early (on top of the hour and 45 min) to make sure I had time to fill out all of my new patient paperwork.Not once did anyone let me know they were behind, wait time, etc. The only reason I stayed that long was in hopes that he spent time with his patients and truly listened to them. I was very wrong. After he finally showed up to the room, he spent all of 5 minutes with me. He did not ask for my history, and he ignored every word I said. He did not discuss my concerns or health issues. I was shocked with how unprofessional he was, and how little he seemed to care. He handed me an order for blood work and said, See you in a week.As I was checking out, the woman up front said, Well, was he worth the wait? Not once did anyone apologize for the wait, let me know what was happening, etc. It was a complete waste of time and money, on top of my husband having to take a personal day to watch our children so I could come to this appointment.Its very obvious this is a doctor that churns out patients without actually taking the time to provide adequate care. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone.

So unprofessional. There’s only 1 girl working in the reception office at all times… & she always has an attitude. You have to wait on hold for at least 5 minutes every time you actually get through to her. And don’t even get me started on how long you have to wait in the office to actually be seen for your appointment. i don’t recommend this Dr to ANYONE

We dearly love this doctor and his nurse Shawn. We are so well cared for and happy to see them. Kindness is wonderful in this office and expertise great

Dr Jung is the Best Dr Ive seen in my 52 years of life. he gives his patients close attention and will work very hard to figure out what might be making you ill. the thing that impressed me most about dr. John is that he is not too proud to ask advice from other doctors a condition that is difficult to diagnose.

Best Dr ever been going to him for along time now my little one does... She loves him just as much as I do ask to go see him even when shes not sick.. he never lets u leave feel like u werent treated the right way

If I could give a 0 I would. In these covid times hes had me coming to office every 2 wks for nothing but to charge my insurance company. Never takes my temp, BP, listens to heart etc everything a Dr should do but doesnt. Very unprofessional & disregards anything I ask him. Only hounds me bout my smoking but when asked about weight issues he blew me off. Will be looking for a new Dr. soon!!

Takes time to listen always has a good plan to care for my kids.

Dr. Jung is a very knowledgeable doctor who takes the time to listen to you. He always makes sure you understand the problem and what you can do to help yourself. The entire staff are a great group of people who treat you with respect and make you feel they care about you.

Dr Jung is absolutely fantastic. He has helped me more in the past year than my previous doctor did in 4 years. He is a must try if you need a physician.

Very kind doctor and staff. Caring and listens. Remembered me, by face, when I walked in after not being there for a few years. I dont get remembered much by doctors I see often let alone not for a few years.

If I could give it a zero star I would ! Doctor appointment was at 11 & was waiting for a little over an hour just to get seen .! & plus on top of that 2 people went ahead of me that came in after me .!

Would give 0 stars if I could, worst experience ever!!! Ordered the wrong blood titer not once but twice then acted mad when I asked him to order the right one. Immunazation records are just a sheet of scribbles then recpetionist got an attitude when my school wouldnt accept them.
