I am here today to express my gratitude to the express employment professionals for providing the opportunity for me during my time of displaced work history, during a time I really needed the financial means to float myself until I could find a better position or employment. Express was one of the first places to give me an opportunity and I believe it provides not only temp employment but it also provides temp life stability, thats what I needed in my life more than employment(without stability, you dont know what life is going to throw at you). Express is like a bridge to a new opportunity and it provided a bridge and a means for me to continue working until I found a better opportunity in the future. Now that I have obtained employment after working 3 years and 9 months as a temp, it was a blessing. Express Employment Professionals impact peoples life in a profound way, its more than a temp, its more than money, it help beat back stress, prevent suicides, gives hope to the hopeless, it actually saves lives on many fronts. Cant count all the ways it is helping the community, I have felt that connection and it has enhanced my life. I dont know where I wouldve been without Express, I was denied a lot by other agencies. With Express, I was able to establish a positive work history, I even made Employed of the Month, in which, I used my certificate to show other employers. It was more than a piece of paper, it spoke so much about personality and how I embrace my job. To all the Express Employment Professionals staff, I just want to say you are the Best!

I had the pleasure of working with Lisa. She started out great, and found me a good job. It had a decent wage and she found it within a week. I wanted to keep my options open so I continued to search for a job on my own. Lisa told me this was a great idea. I found a job that was willing to pay me more, and was of more interest to me. Only problem it didn’t store for two more weeks. I let Lisa, and her assistant know, I would be unable to go to the first job. But would love if they could set me up with a temporary job for the two weeks inbetween. They said they’ve got lots of options and they’d call me back the fallowing day. It’s now two weeks later and I feel they got upset I found my own job and are now unwilling to help me find even a temp position. I start my new “better” job in three days so it doesn’t matter much now. If you go threw express be sure you take what they give otherwise they don’t seem to care about you at all.

Very unprofessional. I received a call asking if I was still interested in a position I applied for and if so to give Lisa a call back. I was at work so it was about an hour later I had called back. The girl that answered said Lisa was gone for the day and to leave a message. I left a message, but followed up again the next morning. I was told that Lisa was on a call and to leave a message. I left another message, but still had not received a call by the end of the day. I decided to call again and Lisa was already gone for the weekend. Apparently she only works until 2 in the afternoon. I was told to call back on Monday. I called first thing Monday morning and was transferred directly to her voicemail. I gave up at that point. About a week later I received an email stating the position had been filled. Real professional, couldn’t even be bothered to call me back. They also wait until last minute to do important stuff like background checks, when they should be doing them before they send you to the interview. I would avoid this place. Apparently no one there has any HR experience.

Before I begin I would like to say thank you, to the staff for an amazing experience. I recently just moved from Oregon, so already this change was a lot to handle. Let me say, they made this whole process easy, understandable, and just flat out awesome. It was quick, they got straight to the point and did what they promised, found me a job, a back up job, and made me feel really really comfortable. Thank you again for all the help today! Well I must say that they did an outstanding job with placing me immediately. The ladies at this office are very professional and do their jobs well especially during the covid crisis. Having said all that, I really hope that you do not find yourself in the highly unusual situation I got into where the supervisor where I was sent which is a two-person operation by the way isnt a complete and utter unprofessional and also mocks you and talks down to you in a condescending tone. I was left with no other choice but to leave the assignment. Also the jury is out on whether or not theyre going to work with me after that I am a professional and I do not expect to be treated as anything other than by a so-called supervisor. Either way I would recommend them as a good employment agency to go through.

Ive been job hunting all morning, and came in holding on to the little bit of hope I had left. Not only were LaTrica and Candaces attitudes extremely uplifting, but they also made sure to find the right job for me within minutes of speaking to them. Rather than just finding any open job assignment to throw you in, they actually study your profile and find whatever suits you the most. Ive visited several temp agencies, and Ive got to say that hands down this is the best one Ive been to.

Extremely unprofessional - received a call regarding a position I applied for... and every question that was answered could have easily been answered just by... READING my resume... including where I lived, I was asked if I lived in an area FORTY miles from the town listed on my resume... that’s extremely insulting to someone that has taken the time to create and present a professional Resume/CV...Yikes! Guess I learned my lesson applying for a position administered by a temp agency... maybe take two minutes to read a resume and see the experience and education someone has before insulting their intelligence by asking if they had “experience” that is LITERALLY in black and white in front of you.

I love the entire team, the energy and the great environment they have created. They truly do care about everyone and try their hardest to make sure you get a job that you are looking for.

Ive worked with a handful of recruiters and staffing agencys and hands down the staff at Express is head and shoulders above the rest. I signed up, filled out all the paperwork, and waited several weeks... nothing. So, I go into the office and they give me the email address of a specific recruiter and tell me to send her my resume.I sent her my resume and wait several days... nothing. So, I call the office and ask to be put through to her, she wasnt available, of course, so I leave a voicemail. Well over a month later I never heard from her, or any of the staff ever again.Edit: over two years and a job through a different staffing agency later, I still havent heard a thing from them
