I love these new if youre 10 minutes late we drop you as a client policies at doctors and dentists. They inherently effect primarily poor and disabled who are reliant on others for transportation. Not my fault a bus never came. Seems like a new way to target people, of course they will make exceptions for preferred clients generally. Im running literally 15 minutes late due to my bus never showing and having to wait an additional 30 minutes. Even called and told them and was treated by receptionist like it is my fault. Other than that Dr. Barnhurst is great. Taking the bus mean I had to take a whole day off work for this...

Most of the staff at this clinic is awesome, the only one I believe is a bad apple I think happens to be the office manager. I want even speaking to her and she was very defensive and a little combative almost I feel like; her demeanor wasnt friendly at all, quite rude actually. After we had a discussion over what was each others responsibility she went on helping others clients in line. Because she wasnt even the women that I was actually speaking with initially, but she decided to jump in on a conversation that want her own. I think her name was Mary but can be sure. The women I was checking in with was very sweet, calm, and nice. Bottom line no ones going to want to come to a medical office where they dont want to deal with your frontline, were already in pain no one wants to deal with another headache as well!

Have been going there for years. Love the friendly staff. Am being treated for sciatica pain. Started out weekly, am now once every three months. Very satisfied!

Time will tell if it makes a difference, but my doctor today was very attentive, spent a lot of time with me, and explained his approach and thinking clearly.

I love OMM. Helps my neck problems and hip problems. The exercises really help out afterwards if you go out again. Best thing ever.

My husband and I were both VERY impressed with Dr. Matt Zatkin. Thank you for your kindness and treating me as a person, not just a pt.

I have been working with Dr. Mark Gugel for the last few months. I am always amazed at his abilities and skill set. He listens to my plight and even though, I have been battling chronic pain for years, with no relief and felt very defeated in the war, he seems to be able to pinpoint the spots, that are causing me angst and keep trying to bring me relief. The pain wants to claim victory, some days worse than others, but I am not out of options quite yet and I keep my fingers crossed that we will figure it out...and yes it is really pronounced Dr. Google. :) I am grateful for him.

Terrible experience start to finish. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was incredibly rude. When I arrived the two women at the counter were very unfriendly, made no eye contact, and made me feel like I was a bother for having to check in. I almost walked out at this point but was hopeful that it was just poor customer service at the front counter. The doctors room was dark (the lights were strangely turned off) and the heater was loud and blowing directly at my face. All of this was fine in comparison to the incompetence of Dr. Vincent Cipolla. He clearly had no idea how to treat and essentially laughed at me for coming in, which seemed like an attempt to cover up that has clearly not kept up on current medicine practices and did not know what to do for someone who is under the age of 75 and isnt fooled by him throwing around medical terms that are above the heads of his typical patient population who isnt in the medical field to make them think he is competent. I was then charged a ridiculous amount for his incompetent services that were always covered by my insurance from other OMM practitioners. My insurance informed me the large bill from the clinic was due to the unusual diagnostic and procedural codes the clinic used. Apparently in order to make more money. Which makes sense as there was another gentlemen arguing with the receptionist when I arrived as he had also received a pricey and unusual bill. Save yourself the time, hassle, and poor treatment and go to a different clinic that actually cares about their patients and knows how to treat them.

I had been seeing Dr Donahue for many months...she is one of the best doctors Ive ever had at any practice. She is sooo compassionate and caring...I just wish more health care professionals had her true caring approach and SINCERE patient interest and concern. We never did figure out the root cause of my problem, but she tried everything and conferred with many other doctors and practices to do everything she could. Great practice, but moreso great doctor!!! Thank you so much!

Very bad experience here and I didn’t even go to them for my appt... I had a appt for today and I forgot all about it because my life is very busy with work and kids and other personal things and now I can’t even go to this doctor ever because I missed my appt. I thought once I called them and told them I could reschedule and everything would be fine, but nope they have a policy that says if you miss your first appt then you can never come to there office to get treated or looked at.. this really upsets me because I’ve heard so much good about this place. Pisses me off. What kind of business does that. 🖕

I will never go here again or refer my patients here again, they don’t care if you really need to be seen you have to wait weeks at a time anyways. The receptionist told me the wrong time and I was ten minutes later than she said and 10 minutes earlier than she told me and she told me I couldn’t be seen, I saw it happen to others before too

Didnt get a chance to even see the doctor. Scheduling an appointment was a huge hassle and the receptionist was very rude.

Best Clinic in town!!!!
