Dr. Mamedov set me up with a CPAP machine and after using it for 4 months I got a letter from the insurance company saying they were denying further coverage because they hadnt received information from the doctor. I had done everything necessary for coverage but he had not. I called his office and they sent him an email with info on what he needed to do and he didnt do it. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this corrected and finally filed an appeal with BCBS. Im very disappointed with this doctor and would no recommend him.This is an update to my initial negative review. First, I do not believe I was non compliant with my usage. I received a call from the doctors main office and talked to Jenny. She was very helpful in explaining the entire process of satisfying the insurance requirements and she was going to contact Sparrow Medical Supply and send over the information they need to continue coverage. She also asked that that I come into the office and work with them to help with the comfort and usage of the CPAP machine. Based on this experience Ive revised my rating with the expectation that my problem will be taken care of.
