If i could give negative stars i would. Not only did they take long periods of time to respond but they never filed my case. I literally finished my paperwork work within a week of filing and was told to wait for further communication to move forward. I never received any communication unless I reached out for updates. I filed in February 2020 didnt hear back from the company until the end of the year, literally right before New Year’s. They then had the balls to tell me I had further paperwork to sign and return before the ball drops or will need to pay an additional $300 to file my case and retake a credit class which would be a additional $40. Long story short they suck, they wont file your case in a timely fashion, lack communication skills, dodges calls, and steal your money. I would not recommend their services.
