We were at a loss as to what to do when my mother-in-law needed our help. The family decided a live in was what we needed. I contacted Synergy and was so impressed with their thoroughness! Every “t” was crossed and every “i” was dotted. The two caregivers we had were wonderful with our Mom. Mom accepted them gracefully and they took very good care of Mom. Today we are ending our care with Synergy as the family has again decided as Mom nears the end of her life that we will care for her until God sees fit to call her home. I contacted synergy to get help for my parents. Gordon and Margaret were absolutely fantastic!!. They met with me right away, went out of their way to make my family feel comfortable in every possible way! They were there for us anytime we needed them, their staff was amazing! They even communicated on the weekend to check in to see how my parents were doing, and provide direction, totally went above and beyond!! I should also mention they are very reasonably priced! I highly recommend them for any care that you need!

Deciding it was time to have someone come into our home and help care for my loved one was difficult. Peoples’homes are private and personal. Having a stranger in that space seemed like it would be uncomfortable and weird. It hasn’t been.Margaret and Gordon came highly recommended by a professional in the field and we haven’t been disappointed. In the couple of years we have been working together, Margaret and Gordon have completely taken care of us. They are super responsive when things come up and our needs change.Once, there was a last minute emergency that prevented our companion from coming so Gordon came! Imagine that happening with another organization!I have recommended them to others numerous times and will continue to do so. It is not a coincidence when everyone in an organization treats clients with dignity and respect. Clearly, Margaret and Gordon expect that from their employees- they certainly model it themselves.
