I’ve been going to this office for years even before they moved from East Haven to Foxon. I see Dr. Muller & she is absolutely wonderful. I brought my dad to see her as well who gets anxiety with medical visits. Dr. Muller was so kind & patient with him. My mom sees her too!

They’re nice, but their ability to answer a phone is almost comical. I waited 3 weeks to call and ask about my glasses since I never heard from them. I left voicemail, never got a call back. Called multiple times next day, same thing. I understand a wait time to get an appointment, but just to get in contact with the receptionist isn’t worth the trouble.

Everyone at this office has been wonderful to deal with. From my phone call to schedule my appointment to the actual exam. I would highly recommend this office. I used insurance and they were able to look everything up and explain my bill in excellent detail... Very happy with the service!

I think the place is great, how ever I understand that with the covid stuff going on things have changed.. I gave them a 3 star because I was highly irritated when they told me I couldnt go in with my minor child not only in the begining of the visit but then again twards then end.. I was told due to many patients coming in, not for nothing when you make an appointment for a minor child you should take it into account that the parent is coming also.. Im very displeased...

My husband and I have been coming to Envision for many years. Dr Diaz is the best! She will take time to explain things in a way that puts you at ease. She is also very thorough. We have never encountered a problem here and the staff is efficient and personable. We love Envision!

The staff is so well trained in the niceties of how to treat patients. Everyone is always helpful and pleasant.

State of the art equipment. A doctor who truly cares about patients eye health. I go every year.

Of all the people who work, only one was kind, the other people very rude and without manners that hurts the place it looked very fine and cuteI do not recommend it
