Julie and her practice are the very best!What other place do you know takes a patient without an appointment after hours,just to make sure you don’t have to wait over the weekend! I am sure that Julie Bossenberry is a fine audiologist. However, I gave up trying to get an appointment. Something is broken systemically in their back office and there is a lack of reliable follow-up and follow-through.My first attempt to request an appointment was online via a form submission they required. Upon submitting said form online, I did not hear from anyone. Two weeks later, I called and left a message on their answering machine. A week after that, having still not heard back from them, I called one more time.The 3rd time seemed to be the charm as I reached a live person. There was a question as to whether they accepted my insurance or not, so Live Person and I agreed that I would email my insurance info in and, upon review they would call back with whether they accepted it or not. This was on 2/6/2018. Having again heard nothing yet again, I called and left a message on Monday 2/26 requesting Julie Bossenberry call me back.The following day I received a return call from a “Michelle” offering assistance. I explained I was waiting to hear from Ms. Bossenberry. She asked what the nature of my inquiry. I replied that I wanted to speak with her about possibly scheduling an appointment. She said she could assist with that. I said I would rather talk to Ms. Bossenberry and, if that was not possible, I could go elsewhere. She said “OK, thank you.”Off I go to find an office that can handle making an appointment on the first try. I am sure it will not be this difficult.
