I love going here. Very friendly staff will always recommend Robin and Wendy very patient and always listen to your concern and try to help.

I never had a bad experience in the almost 7 years Ive been going with uchc. When they had pediatrics my children came to the same building and that was great too.now its ccmc and we wait hours and have to clear out our whole day when we have appointments.

The doctor is very nice and friendly. But, the people from the front desk have a very nasty attitude. They need to hire people with better customer service

I’ve been going to the Women’s Center at UConn Health for about 2 years. Recently had an allergic reaction and was prescribed antibiotics for it. The antibiotics gave me severe nausea and vomiting among other unpleasant symptoms. Called the internal health office on a Wednesday morning to request an alternative medication and did not get a call back until the following Monday.By then I was able to keep the medication down but was still experiencing other severe side effects and symptoms from it. Called the office the following Friday, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, again with no response and for the second time I was left all weekend to deal with the side effects with no guidance from my doctor.Called the following Monday morning and was told I needed to wait for the doctor to respond to the message. Called again at 1 pm and was told I still needed to wait and that they would rush my message to the doctor. Finally at 2 pm I get a phone call back only to be told that the message had been sent to the doctor and that I needed to continue to wait to hear back.Terrible customer service from all representatives involved besides Valerie who was the only representative who offered to prioritize my message. I spoke to her on my FOURTH call. By the end of the day, someone called me back and let me know that a prescription had been sent to my pharmacy. Unfortunately, the prescription was sent to a pharmacy I’ve never been to. When I got to my usual pharmacy they told me nothing had been called in.

They rush you out the room. They don’t listen to your concerns/needs. Makes me regret transferring.
