I was told to proceed to office,, I arrived within 10 minutes after the call. Then I was told, I have to reschedule the appointment. That should have been said on the first call. This is a inappropriate office manner Sarah. I will follow up with my Insurance provider about this inconvenience practice of rescheduling.Minister Murray
