I stopped in without an appointment on a Thursday morning (“walk-in morning”). I rang the bell in the waiting area and Elizabeth came right out and told me she was with another client but would be with me soon. I waited at most 5 minutes and then was assisted by Elizabeth. She was very courteous and personable. She answered the 2 questions I had about my CPAP equipment. I then expressed interest in buying a cleaning machine. She explained the benefits and ease of use, and that it was covered by my HSA. Altogether, I spent about 30 minutes with Elizabeth which included her assembling my new cleaning machine and her (very patiently) explaining how to use it.My experience could not have been better! Deceptive billing practices. They told me there would be NO monthly copay, only to charge me $400 over the course of 10 months. They failed to mention that Epoch is a Tier 1 with my insurer, however they bill their durable medical equipment through Coastal Sleep Center (which they own), which is a Tier 2, resulting in a $40 a month charge. Healthcare is rampant with contract deals like this that cost the consumer, and it needs to stop. I should know, Im a registered nurse.

Have always had a good experience here...did my sleep study here as well. Most recent visit was for a compliance check of my CPAP. The therapist assisting me could not have been more pleasant.

This placed sold me a dirty used CPAP machine when I was eligible for a new one. When I confronted them they said its considered new since it has been used for less than 1000 hours. Total BS. They also charged my insurance for supplies I never received.

Epoch has a TV commercial that claims if your unhappy with your current CPAP supplier to stop in and see them. Well I did and they were rude and wouldnt help me basically saying make an appointment even though their ad claims stop in and they will help you. Dont deal with them, the battle axe that comes our to greet you is very rude.

The worst place ever. Very rude people. Went there first time for sleep study and the technician refused to let m ed in for my scheduled appointment. She also took my ID and ln egy me waiting for more than 30 minutes outside. I kept ringing the bill and she never answered. I end up calling their emergency line and they were not helpful at all. I had to g ok back i. The morning t ok get my ID. When I raised hello third VP of operation called me and give me s ok ne pullshit excuse for missing up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. This time they asked me to come as t 8:30. I am there now and its 10:30pm abd the technician is an idiot we hope didnt come to see me yet. Keep walking around taking to everyone else. Telling me to wait. It has been 2 hours. This place is a joke. Go there at your own risk. She just took over an hour getting one patient ready and told me to give her 20 minutes and after 20 minutes I lost it as n came out. She asked me for another 20 minutes while setting joking with other patients the place is a disaster.
