My dad was at St. Elizabeth’s for almost 2 years on the Cove. The staff including nurses, CNA’s, activities specialists, and administrators were really outstanding. They consistently treated him with compassion and respect and helped make his last years comfortable and happy. They listened to us- his family- and tried to accommodate the best they could which was not easy during the pandemic. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are for the excellent care, especially since my sisters and I are nurses who know the challenges of providing care to residents with dementia and the difference in how care can be delivered in other facilities.

My great grandmother was just in there for over month close to two months for rehab and boy where we very disappointed with her care!!! She went in there walking about 20 steps and now she not walking at all, can’t even get on her feet!! When we where trying to get her out the nursing home was absolutely no help our answers for like two days was I don’t know after we were told to be with no longer here I don’t know!! And because we can’t come get her because of the pandemic they never sent her back brace that she had received when she was in the hospital before being transferred to Saint Elizabeth along with some other personal belongings!!! Me and my family are absolutely a palled and disappointed with Saint Elizabeth’s especially after hearing many many good things about them I can tell you that I will never ever put anyone of my family members back into Saint Elizabeth’s!! Because this is only some of the problems we have had while she was in there!! Because I can go on about how they never change the date on her whiteboard so my grandmother was constantly confused on what day it was what was going on (she is still very sharp for 92) when we did a zoom call with her and her therapist she was absolutely screaming and crying in pain because the way they had moved her!! Like I can just go on!!!

My Mom lived at the Seasons Assisted Living, then up the hill at St. E’s and then even at the new Greenhouses. The staff was wonderful and while there were those few residents who didn’t have a ton of visitors, it was always nice to see so many families in and out of there. We always felt it was a wonderful community. Most importantly, my Mom enjoyed her years there.

Mom was a member of the family on the memory care unit at Saint Es for over 8 years. The care she received was in a loving, caring environment which provided for her needs specific to her disease. Saint Es will always be considered a family member of our family

All of Feb 2016 my wife there for rehab.Everyone of them made her stay as best possible. Great, Nursing , aides the best, food is 4-5 star. Thanks from great full husband.

Would not keep a enemy there and watch out for their at home care Kathleen Naughton I believe thats how it is spelled they are worst than St Elizabeth is
