RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!!! This review is specifically for Dr. Pratt and none of her hygienist as I think they are fabulous. I went to Dr Pratt for over 10 years. The past couple years I had lots of jaw pain. Dr. Pratt always asked if I wore my retainers and if I wore a mouth guard. Every time I went she said the same thing. I wore my mouth guard and retainers EVERY single night. I recently moved and have a new dentist. She noticed significant wear on my teeth. My new dentist referred me to a specialist. The specialist took x-rays and they found significant bone loss in my left jaw ball socket. 5mm of bone loss. This is something I am extremely upset about considering I complained about it for years. I wouldnt have as much bone loss if Dr. Pratt gave her patient the time of day. Clearly Dr Pratt is too busy to give her patients the time needed she should put her education to rest and retire. Terrible dentist I DO NOT recommend!!!!!!

Dr. Pratt and her assistant Sharon are complete professionals. It was my first time with Dr. Pratt and the procedure was an excellent experience. To me, it’s important that providers set clear and accurate expectations for a patient, manage a patient’s stress and pain levels, communicate frequently throughout the procedure, and maintain an atmosphere of calm. They did all of the above with true finesse and expertise. Although I’ve had some deviations from this particular experience in the past here, I’m overall happy to be a patient of Dr. Pratt’s practice.

I have been going to this practice for years, and transitioned to Dr.Pratt when Dr.McMannus retired. I think she, and her entire team, from the front desk people to the hygienists, are wonderful, kind, efficient and medically very very sharp. I am a physician myself and I feel they are alert to other medical conditions, and that I can rely on their judgement. I appreciate their care.

Ive been coming to see Dr. McManus for many years now, hes the best. Every time I come in for my cleanings the receptionist greets me with a smile and my hygienist always remembers what we talked about last time. The people here are personable and professional...I feel blessed to have such a great office to come to. Dr. McManus takes very good care of my smile.

Dr. McManus has been my dentist for many years now and I couldnt be happier. Each time I walk through the door I feel like family. The office staff is friendly and great at scheduling appointments around my schedule. Dr. McManus spends time with me at each visit and is very gentle-I recommend them to everyone.

I have been going here since I had teeth! I have had McManus, Pratt and now the new dentist. Every one is excellent. I have never had a problem or an issue. I especially love my hygienist Maria!

My visit was a total nightmare, I have no idea where Dr McManus gets that giant needle he jammed into my jaw but I have never been in so much pain in my life!
