Worst customer service. They change the policy on you without having you sign anything. They tell you you get free waxes when you buy the bundle but never use the free ones on your account. I use to recommend this place to all my friends but after realizing how poorly they treat their customers I will never go again or recommend. Don’t bother wasting your time. The hair grows back the same if now worse.

When I got home I noticed that there was a lot of hair missed and some were definitely long so shouldn’t have been missed. Not a clean wax. I’ve gone to multiple other locations in NE and multiple wax passes. This is by far the worst wax I have ever had. I would not recommend this location at all. Waxers must be inexperienced. I should’ve trusted the other negative reviews

I usually get waxed back home on Long Island but come to school here in Rhode Island. I was very nervous about coming to a new waxing center after months of the same waxer. I went to Alissa today for my Brazilian and Underarms and have to say she did a phenomenal job. She was super quick and honestly might have been one of the least painful waxed i’ve had. She was also super outgoing and easy to talk to which I think made my experience so much better. Will be coming back to her everytime!!

I went to the East Greenwich location for my first Brazilian. Being very self conscious and overweight, I was terrified. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome. My only regret is that I didn’t find this store earlier!!

I travel almost 50mins to go here because the ladies in here handle business the right way and make me feel amazing when i leave

I went in to get a Brazilian and I hadn’t been to this branch of their stores. The girl I had was absolutely lovely and made me feel very comfortable but when i got home i realized she had missed a lot of spots that were definitely long enough to have been taken off. So I paid a lot for a service that I then had to try and complete at home. I’m not an experienced waxer so obviously I haven’t done an amazing job but I was very disappointed that I paid so much and had such bad quality of work. I had multiple places that were simply left untouched. Not sure if I will go back to this specific branch.

I had my first ever Brazilian (full) wax, I’ve never had anything waxed except my eyebrows, I was a little nervous about the whole experience and the possible pain, but Marisa did an amazing job ! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed the entire appointment and did an amazing job at waxing. I will for sure continue going back to her !

I had an appointment tonight and the girl who waxed me was so nice. I actually left thinking Id request her in the future but I dont think Ill be going back. When I got home I was beyond disappointed; this was the worst brazilian wax Ive ever had. I was shocked by how much hair was left. I have a waxing kit that I used to try and remove the remaining hair, but after paying so much money I shouldnt have had to do that.

Went for my first visit last week to take care of these quarantine eyebrows! Amazing from the time I checked in to the time I left! Super friendly and does an amazing job! I cant speak for other waxing they do since Ive only had my eyebrows done but I will be back here every 3/4 weeks to get my eyebrows done ❤

I have been to many EWC locations in the US and I have been happy at all of them. However I have never had such a wonderful wax specialist as Cynthia at this location. I have fair skin and thick, dark hair - Cynthia understands hair, wax and skin care. A clean wax every time and she is so personable! Highly recommend!

This place is a must for anyone who wants a professional clean waxing experience. The girls are so knowledgeable and know what there doing. First wac is free which is a bonus, though they are a little expensive your getting way more than just Wax and its definitely worth the little extra money for what your getting.

Love the job they do but when I rebook, I dont get the reminder text for the appointment, so I forget the appointment totally. Happened twice now.
