Beware of this place..insurance will cover 100% exam and glasses and they try to say money is owed for exam and glasses..was on phone with insurance company and they got scared..scammers..

I had a great appointment with the doctor! She was professional & made me feel at ease. However, its been a month since that appointment & Ive heard nothing about my glasses, not even an estimate on the day theyd be ready. So I call them & the woman say they were ready to follow day after my exam. She also said they called me & left a message. Thats a LIE, they are no where in my voicemail box or as an incoming call. Also its been a month, would it have killed you to call me again? I mean actually call me not LIE & say you did. Very disappointed with them.

They were very professional and polite.I was in and out within 20 minutes of my scheduled appointment. It was a good and comfortable eye exam

Love the customer service,very friendly staff.I didnt have to wait a long period of time for my girls to see the eye doctor. Everything was handled very professionally.My daughter loved the glasses the assistant picked out for her. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The front staff ladies were friendly and always smiling. The doctor was very informative.

I wrote one reveiw its not showing up, this whole office is filtrated with bad attitudes, fromthe front to the back techicians. Not the Drs. Thank God and theres people just as bad see how they talk to you but dont say anything,they lie and my insuranse is blue cross blue community, they hate myinsurance carier Davis or they tell you one thing ,they told me my frames wasnt covered bifocal wasnt cover, I found thatno bifocal wasnt covered,I called my insurance on them because I was totally confused,they wanted a co-pay ,I dont pay a co-pay, Im confused,than they call me at home and disapoint me and tell me I have to pay for line bifocal I told them stop every thing. Cancell everything , I reported them to my insurance co and they refered me somewhere else.their prejudice, their non professional they lie, they cheat people they need to be investigated,all findings will be found,shut them down.

Stopped in to take a look at designer frames before booking appointment and I was definitely pleased with the kind gestures as I walked in. Ladies at the front desk were very informative and really do work with finding something you feel comfortable in. Also sought out that it is a very family friendly environment. I will definitely be finding may way back to Vision Quest in the near future.

I love this vision store!!! The girls are smile and speak every time I enter. I will recommend this vision center to my family.

I hate that I ever went to this place they dont care about anything but money at the end of the day my old eye doc was soooo much better so sad he retired
